Staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Maria on reception and the lady who served our breakfast (sorry I didn't ask her name). The room was small, but comfortable and very well equipped.

Niesamowity i bardzo przyjazny personel. Maria oraz Petros - wspaniali, pomocni, niesamowici. Marija zorganizowała torta dla mojej żony, która miała akurat urodziny. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania.

As a well seasoned traveller being given a a small ,cramped room set up for disabled guest was not what I was expecting ,nor what I was paying for from the cost and photos online the room had minimal charm…. Breakfast consisted of fruit salad that had been made the day before as it was brown and mushy ,a bread basket that consisted of a very average selection of supermarket offerings ,yes the coffee was good , Being charged an extra 4 euro by the taxi driver as she told me the hotel takes that as a clip …

Alles was perfect! Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We moesten vroeg in de ochtend vertrekken en speciaal voor ons hebben ze zelfs sandwiches laten maken. Echt een geweldige service en een heel fijn verblijf!

Our stay at Elakati Luxury Boutique Hotel was simply wonderful. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and incredibly well looked after. A very special mention goes to Maria, Cristina, and the entire team. They are truly amazing hosts: warm, kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They even took the time to sit down with us, mark places on a map, and personally write down their recommendations for restaurants, places to have lunch, beautiful beaches, and spots we should visit around Rhodes. These thoughtful little details made our experience even more special. The à la carte breakfast is fantastic, prepared and served with so much care, and you can really feel the attention they put into every single detail. Their level of hospitality is exceptional and makes you feel truly special throughout your stay. We are leaving Rhodes with wonderful memories, and Elakati has definitely been a big part of them. 100% recommended in every possible way! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Maria, Cristina, and the whole Elakati team for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

The only thing I would change is the bed setup. As a couple, we would have preferred one proper double bed rather than two single beds joined together. I tend to end up sleeping in the middle, where the mattresses meet, which made it a little less comfortable for me to rest. That said, both the mattresses and the pillows were very comfortable individually, so this is really just a personal preference rather than a criticism of the overall quality. Had we known beforehand, we would simply have mentioned our preference when booking. Apart from this small detail, everything else about our stay was truly exceptional.

Çok beğendik! Konumu hem old town hem şehir merkezi hem de plajlara yakın. Odanın temizliği, mis kokusu, konforu, şıklığı harika. Tüm personelin güleryüzü ilgisi yine gelmeye değer. Şefin elinin lezzeti, kahvaltı sunumları ve seçenekler süper! Özellikle Eleni'nin samimiyeti ilgisine hayran kaldık. Onun için bile tekrar gidebiliriz;)

Özellikle sese duyarlıysanız ve dinlenmek, sessizlik istiyorsanız giriş kattaki odayı tercih etmem. Önden yazıp rica etmemize rağmen dikkate alınmamasına üzgünüz. Bir daha yine gidip kalacağımız bir yer. Çok sevdik fakat üst katı garanti ederlerse;)

Υπάρχουν ξενοδοχεία που απλώς σε φιλοξενούν και υπάρχουν ξενοδοχεία που σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι επισκέπτεσαι οικογένεια. Το Elakati Luxury Boutique Hotel ανήκει ξεκάθαρα στη δεύτερη κατηγορία. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ένιωσα μια ζεστή, αυθεντική φιλοξενία, χωρίς όμως να χαθεί ούτε για μια στιγμή ο προσωπικός μου χώρος. Το περιβάλλον είναι κομψό, γαλήνιο και πραγματικά χαλαρωτικό. Και το πιο εντυπωσιακό είναι ότι, ενώ απολαμβάνεις την ηρεμία και την ατμόσφαιρα ενός μικρού χωριού, βρίσκεσαι ταυτόχρονα στην καρδιά της πόλης, κυριολεκτικά λίγα βήματα από τα πάντα. Αυτό όμως που κάνει πραγματικά τη διαφορά είναι οι άνθρωποί του. Όλο το προσωπικό – από την καθαριότητα, την κουζίνα και το service μέχρι τη ρεσεψιόν και τη διοίκηση – έδινε συνεχώς την αίσθηση ότι είχε έναν μόνο στόχο: να μη σου λείψει απολύτως τίποτα. Μια ιδιαίτερη ευχαριστία αξίζει στη Μαρία, που για μένα ήταν πραγματικά η καρδιά του ξενοδοχείου. Περιμένοντας κάποια στιγμή έναν φίλο στη ρεσεψιόν, την παρατηρούσα να κινείται… σαν τον Βέγγο στις παλιές ελληνικές ταινίες! 😄 Μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά υποδεχόταν νέες αφίξεις, ετοίμαζε τζακούζι, πρότεινε κρασιά, ετοίμαζε σνακ, φρόντιζε τους επισκέπτες και ταυτόχρονα διαχειριζόταν δεκάδες μικρές λεπτομέρειες. Και όμως, όλο αυτό το έκανε με αξιοθαύμαστη ηρεμία, απίστευτη ευγένεια και ένα ειλικρινές χαμόγελο που δεν έσβηνε ποτέ. Πίσω από τη ρεσεψιόν υπάρχει η φράση «ἅπαξ ποιούμενον». Δεν γνωρίζω αν αναφέρεται στο ξενοδοχείο ή στη φιλοσοφία του, αλλά εγώ δεν μπόρεσα να μη σκεφτώ ότι περιγράφει απόλυτα τη Μαρία. Για μένα, είναι πραγματικά «άπαξ ποιούμενον»· ένας άνθρωπος μοναδικός. Σας ευχαριστώ όλους μέσα από την καρδιά μου για την υπέροχη εμπειρία και τη φιλοξενία. Θα επιστρέψω σίγουρα και θα σας προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε κάθε φίλο και συνεργάτη που επισκέπτεται τη Ρόδο. Συνεχίστε έτσι. Είστε πραγματικά ξεχωριστοί. ❤️

The staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Maria is such a lovely person. We'd go back just to visit her again. Our room was amazing. The hot tub and terrace where we could have breakfast were a real highlight.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were always friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything i needed. They give me excellent recommendations for restaurants, which made my trip even more enjoyable. On my birthday, they surprised me with a delicious birthday cake waiting in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my day truly special. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future!

Rodos kalesine ve Elli beach’e yürüme mesafesinde. Şehrin içinde ancak gürültüden uzak. Karşılama, ilgi , odanın konforu ve temizlik mükemmel. Avrupa’da bir çok otelde konakladım, böyle iyi bir kahvaltı yemedim. Menüden istediğinizi seçebiliyorsunuz ama bizim gibi abartmayın :)) Haşlanmış yumurta söyleseniz bile ekmeği salatası ile tam bir kahvaltı tabağı geliyor. Çıkışta minik bir hediye ile uğurlanıyorsunuz.

Udany pobyt. Wygodny pokój, dobre położenie hotelu w centrum miasta, bardzo dobre sniadania. Bardzo miły i uczynny personel. Zaczęło sie od powitalnej kawy, był tort jubileuszowy, otrzymaliśmy pakiet ze śniadaniem w związku z wcześniejszym wyjazdem na lotnisko.

ELAKATI, as its name suggests, is a small, boutique and luxurious suite hotel. The entire staff excels in providing professional service, wholeheartedly, always with a smile. The warm hospitality that greeted us gave us a family feeling throughout our stay. The hotel is located in Rhodes Town, a short walk from the Old Town, the seaside and the restaurant and shopping areas.

האירוח במקום היה מושלם. הצוות חביב ביותר ונותן שירות מכל הלב. המלון ממוקם במרכז העניינים וקרוב לעיר העתיקה ולעיר עצמה, יחד עם זאת המקום שקט ונעים. ללא ספק נחזור להתארח שם שוב.

Localisation idéale pour ce petit hôtel réservé aux adultes situé dans la nouvelle ville, avec absolument tout à proximité: bars, restaurants, épiceries, pharmacies, loueurs de voiture... tout est presque sur le pas de porte. La plage pour le coucher de soleil est à quelques minutes dans une direction, la vieille ville à quelques minutes dans l'autre. Le petit déjeuner est servi à la carte, avec tous les jours une nouvelle suggestion, toujours excellente. Même moi qui ne mange pas le matin me suis laissé convaincre quelques fois! Elena qui sert le petit-déjeuner est très sympathique, efficace, et attentive. Le chef en cuisine est discret et prépare de très belles et bonnes assiettes. A l'accueil, le personnel est toujours très souriant et sympathique, donne des conseils sur les restaurants et activités, le check in/ check out sont très simples, et les hôtes sont accueillis avec une coupe de mousseux ou un café au choix. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'être upgradé dans une chambre avec balcon. La chambre est très belle, assez spacieuse, fonctionnelle, avec tout l'équipement usuel et un panneau de commande permettant de changer les ambiances lumineuses. Lit très confortable, deux oreillers par personne aux densités différentes pour plaire à tout le monde. Un miroir avec tablette dans la chambre complète avantageusement celui de la salle de douche.

Chaque médaille a un revers, et le revers de la localisation, c'est le bruit de la rue: pas de bar ou de bruit nocturne excessif, juste une circulation assez dense, une conduite "à la grecque", bref, les bruits de la ville. Pas possible de dormir fenêtre ouverte, mais une fois fermée, la chambre est calme. La climatisation a connu quelques soucis, et nous avons apprécié de recevoir un ventilateur qui a fait le travail pendant la nuit (niveau sonore équivalent à la climatisation). Dernier point, peut-être invisible pour certains: il y a des petites LED allumées un peu partout dans la chambre en permanence (lampe de secours, panneaux de commande de chaque coté du lit, la TV, le bouton mural du wifi, le panneau de commande près de la porte). Si vous êtes sensibles aux petites sources lumineuses la nuit, pensez aux masques.

Everything. The location, rooms, especially the team - it was just amazing!!! Wonderful cozy small hotel near the old town and the sea. We spent 3 nights, I came with my mother for her birthday. The staff made amazing surprise in the birthday morning with the cake and the greetings. Also, welcome day was amazing. Everything we needed we received from the staff. My mom was so happy!!!

As fotos do booking não têm qualquer correspondência com a realidade e os comentários positivos também não . Na primeira noite estava só eu instalada no hotel houve um corte de energia que demorou mais de três horas. Comuniquei ao funcionário que estava na recepção que o meu iPhone estava a ficar sem bateria e pouco depois ele foi se embora, deixando-me sozinha, sem fornecer velas ou lanternas e sem me dizer nada, tendo eu permanecido no hotel sem luz, com o telemóvel sem bateria e impedida de me movimentar mais de duas horas. Pese embora no dia seguinte após ter comunicado o sucedido aos gerentes, me terem oferecido um jantar, eu não precisava do jantar precisava de estar instalada num hotel que paguei para ter as condições de habitabilidade e segurança exigíveis. Dos piores hotéis onde já me instalei. Empregadas e donos demasiado intrusivos e pouco profissionais, pretendendo dar uma ideia de familiaridade, completamente dispensável. Localização numa rua decadente. Na verdade não é um hotel é uma casa de hóspedes. Longe da cidade velha, que para ser visitada tem hotéis de outro nível ( verdadeiros hotéis ) dentro das muralhas. Uma experiência/aventura para esquecer.

What a cozy and welcoming hotel! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were immediately offered a delicious welcome drink our holiday could start right away. The entire team is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a big smile. At breakfast, we were treated every morning to delicious, freshly prepared food by the chef. The lady at breakfast put a smile on our faces every day with her enthusiasm. The hotel is small scale, which creates a very personal and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were also always perfectly clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very modern, everything is in a perfect state, great showers, every tiny detail is thought through, cosy and stylish. The room was very clean. The stuff is utterly welcoming and understanding. Late for breakfast? They still were kind enough to serve us. No plans for lunch/dinner? Here is a hand-written list of local places with notes. Upon our arrival we were told they had a better room available and they just upgraded our room without any additional fees. And allowed us to take our time by check out without any additional fees too. We were truly welcomed like guests, not like customers. Nowadays that’s precious.

The Elakati staff was so kind, generous and helpful. Maria made us feel welcomed immediately. Since we had to leave in the morning before the breakfast started, she & the chef packed breakfast for us beforehand to take on the ferry. We are so grateful! The beds were very comfortable and the room was pristine. Also, the hotel is in a convenient location—walking distance from old town and new town Rhodes.

Any new encyclopedia should have Christina's and Maria's picture under "filoxenia". Honestly caring hospitality, amazing cuisine (a la carte-breakfast meeting any thinkable desire) and service, great location in quiet area - easy walking distance to old town.

Our stay should have been longer ;-) Claimed "soundproof" doors might not meet expectations of middle european travellers, but we haven't had any accomodation in Greece where this might have been the case. (An answer to my e-mail from October 7th, 06:51 to info@ would be appreciated too.)

Ιδανική επιλογή για μια άνετη διαμονή στην όμορφη πόλη της Ρόδου .Αν και βρίσκεται σε αρκετά κεντρικό σημείο, επικρατεί ησυχία σε όλους τους χωρους . Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα και όμορφα διακοσμημένα. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και πάντα έτοιμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά στο πρωινό, το οποίο σερβίρεται a la carte και ειναι πεντανοστιμο ! Θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκεψη!

Pienimmätkin yksityiskohdat oli selvästi mietitty huolella. Tätä paikkaa voimme vilpittömästi suositella kaikille, jotka arvostavat pienen boutique-hotellin lämmintä ja persoonallista ilmapiiriä.

We were so well cared for by all the staff during our entire stay. We arrived very late after our flight was delayed, but the instructions to enter the hotel and find our room were really clear. The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect.
