Het luid en respectloze gedrag van andere gasten waren zeer storend. Het gaat over ‘s avonds luid roepen ‘en met de deuren open of dicht slaan. In zulke gevallen mag er wel sneller ingegrepen worden.

Ostello tenuto molto bello, ricco di servizi, in posizione strategica in una delle vie piu belle e vive di Yogyakarta. Camera con due letti matrimoniali pulita. Il punto forte della struttura sono i ragazzi alla reception, super gentili, simpaticissimi e generosi di sorrisi e consigli per un soggiorno ottimale. Vi hanno suggerito e aiutato a prenotare attività e servizi. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale.

Niente di particolarmente negativo, solo qualche segno di ruggine in un cardine nella porta del bagno.

La ubicación es genial. Estás a 10 min en moto de Malioboro y justo al lado de la zona más animada, perfecto para cenar y tomar algo. El personal encantador y simpático, muy predispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda sobre tours etc. La habitación bien, sencilla pero limpia. La piscina una bendición después de un día de turismo.

La única pega es que se oye bastante el ruido o voces del pasillo. Mi habitación daba también al patio de la entrada y se oía bastante también cada vez que pasaba un coche o moto. Pero es la única pega que le pondría, la gente por lo general respeta el descanso pero es verdad que se oye.

Un lieu très bien pensé à proximité immédiate de la zone touristique mais au calme. Service parfait et personnel très professionnel. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

El baño olía muy fuerte, no tenía ventilación y la ducha echaba poco agua.

L’emplacement est parfait, dans une rue pleine de restaurants et bars. Le personnel et également très agréable, et attentif à nos besoins.

Merci à Kira et Cacang pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement. Ils m’ont aidé sans cesse à préparer mes sorties. Vraiment des personnes adorables et très professionnelles. Une adresse de backpakers fait de rencontre et d’échange autour de la petite piscine! On a adoré !!!

Le personnel est exceptionnel ! D’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité et d’une grande aide ! La piscine est un vrai plus ! L’emplacement est très bien situé dans un quartier animé et sympa . L’hôtel n’étant pas sur la rue principale reste très calme !

Für den günstigen Preis ein gutes Hostel mit einem fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht. Die Lage ist super: Das Hostel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, nur wenige Schritte von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem kommt man von hier aus schnell zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und kann die Umgebung gut erkunden. Die Zimmer sind einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, waren bei unserem Aufenthalt aber sauber.

Der einzige größere Kritikpunkt war ein teilweise starker Geruch aus den Abflüssen, insbesondere im Badezimmer, der zeitweise auch in der Umgebung des Hostels wahrnehmbar war. Da wir dies während unseres Aufenthalts nicht angesprochen haben, können wir nicht beurteilen, ob sich das Problem hätte beheben lassen.

After long days exploring Yogyakarta, it was so nice to come back to the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hostel. The common areas are really great, especially the pool and the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed relaxing. We also wanted to thank all the staff. If we had one small suggestion, it would be about the smell in the rooms. We found the deodorizer ball in the bathroom had a very strong chemical scent that spread throughout the room. We actually removed it during our stay because the smell was a bit overwhelming for us. Apart from that, everything was great!

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, juste à côté de la rue Prawirotaman. Le centre de Yogyakarta n’est vraiment pas loin depuis l’hôtel soit en Grab soit en scooter. Les espaces extérieurs de l’hôtel sont superbes et très propres. La piscine est très jolie et nettoyée tous les jours. Les douches et WC communs sont nettoyés tous les jours et très propres ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable, vous pouvez leur demander des conseils pour tout, ils sont très gentils et toujours souriants. Nous avons pu discuter avec tous et ils sont vraiment extrêmement sympathiques. Vous pouvez également acheter de l’eau directement à l’hotel ce qui est très pratique. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent et même imbattable dans une ville comme Yogyakarta donc je recommande vivement de séjourner dans cet hôtel !

Nous étions au courant que nous aurions une chambre sans salle de bains dans laquelle il n’y avait aucune fenêtre même pour aérer. Mais en arrivant, cela rend quand même l’espace un peu anxiogène. De ce fait, si on ne laisse pas la clim tout le temps, la chambre sent l’humidité et les serviettes de bains ne sèchent pas.

Le personnel est très gentil notamment Saturday qui nous a aidé à planifier notre visite de Borodurur. Le quartier est excentré du centre ville mais dans un quartier animé. La piscine est très appréciable en fin de journée. Super rapport qualité prix, je recommande vivement.

The place is clean and beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendlier - they were always ready to answer our questions or give some advice. We really enjoyed the common area with the swimming pool and games to play. The stay would be excellent but

there is a cat kept in a small cage in the hotel's parking area. The staff can do nothing about it so I asked for the reason for that situation through booking.com and I still haven't got the answer (a week), so I assume there is no good reason. Keeping a cat confined in a small cage in a parking space for an extended period is not humane and does not meet its basic welfare needs. Cats need space to move, explore, and express natural behaviors. Long-term confinement can cause stress, anxiety, behavioral problems, and physical issues such as muscle weakness, stiffness, and obesity. A parking area is also a poor environment because of noise, traffic, fumes, weather, and other stressors. A small cage is only suitable for short-term use, such as transport or veterinary care, not as a permanent living space. Cats need adequate space, shelter, and enrichment to stay healthy and well. I truly hope something can be done about it.

Hébergement très adapté pour les Backpackers, situé à deux minutes d'une des rues animées avec toutes les commodités. Le personnel est très professionnel, il y a une petite cuisine d'appoint avec frigo pour se réchauffer à manger. La piscine est vraiment agréable avec de fortes chaleurs.

Everything was so nice ! The reception staff is the best, the funniest, the kindest, simply lovely 😉 The bed was very comfortable and spacious ! Nice pool also !!

Great localisation and a nice pool with super friendly staff 😍

The bathroom had a terrible smell of sewage. It was coming from the sink and shower. Because we had a room with a private bathroom that was a big deal as the smell was passing through and you felt that smell all night long. The staff did all they could to fix the issue by making the doors close tight but that didn't fix the smell within. Additionally to that, the bathroom itself didn't feel clean. The tiles looked dirty and I understand that this is a hostel which trades something for the price but I feel like the cleaning is not the tradeoff that they should have chosen.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was leaking severely onto the bed - they were full so we were unable to move rooms and had to look elsewhere. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout.

Unfortunately the drains were a bit smelly, but the staff cleaned the bathroom each day and did all they good to improve it.

Zona in comune molto accogliente con bella piscina e personale super disponibile e cordiale . Abbiamo lasciato gli zaini tutto il giorno nel deposito bagagli gratuitamente e usufruito dei servizi la sera prima del treno notturno. Inoltre la struttura ci ha anche preparato il transfer dalla stazione alla struttura senza doverci preoccupare.

Bagni molto umidi con odore un po' sgradevole e pulizia migliorabile..il letto singolo non aveva il lenzuolo solo la copertina. Comunque ottima qualità prezzo e staff super cordiale e gentile

La única pega para mejorar, es que en la habitación había muchísimo olor del lavabo era bastante desagradable... Y muy oscura la habitación y bastantes mosquitos, por lo demás de 10, volvería a repetir.

Uso de la piscina y horario entendido hasta las 22h.Buena situacion cerca de tiendas y restaurante. La sala comun en la terraza junto a la piscina.

Hostal con personal muy amable que nos dejaron quedar en las zonas comunes hasta la noche del día siguiente que salía el tren nocturno. Ubicación en calle turística llena de restaurantes. Zona comun bien.

Great place with pool and awesome staff. Nice fridge with drinks and good breakfast.

The toilet was incredibly smelly and not very clean. AC controller was also not working properly, the commands were weird and mixed up. Hard to set the right comfort for sleep. Plus the AC was directly pointed on our heads during sleep.

Les personnel incroyablement gentil et disponible 24/24. La piscine et l’espace commun très sympa. Localisation parfaite dans un super quartier animé mais top, pleins de bons restos et massages (nous avons adoré le salon The Blitz qui propose des massages haut de gamme à petit prix). Nous avons loué un scooter à 80.000 (4€) la journée, prix imbattable !

Está próximo a una calle concurrida con restaurantes y tiendas. La piscina estaba bien también.

El baño desprendía un horror horrible. Era imposible estar dentro. Además desprendía el olor hacia la habitación lo que ha hecho la estancia bastante difícil.. por otro lado tiene una mezquita muy cerca, no como algo negativo pero lo comento a modo informativo para los turistas que no lo tengan ubicado, al final debemos ser conscientes del destino en el que estamos :)

Très bien situé. Les commerces sont très chouettes et les restaurants alentours excellents. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment serviable et charmant. Les lieux communs sont très agréables et la piscine est un vrai atout.

Salle de bain pas très hygiénique car tuyau qui descend du toit et qui coule devant la douche. Odeur d'égout par moment.

The staff at OTU Hostel were amazingly friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend staying here for anyone considering visiting Yogyakarta!
