zentrale Lage nahe des Hafens, großes geräumiges Zimmer, aber am meisten hat Giota, die Vermieterin zu meinem Wohlbefinden beigetragen. Sie tut wirklich sehr viel, damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen, ist äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend, versucht, für jedes Problem eine Lösung zu finden.

The studios were beautiful, clean and offered great views across the port town. The kitchen was equipped with everything and more that we needed. Our host was lovely and left us gifts during our stay and to take away. Loved our few days here

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και το δωμάτιο μεγάλο. η τοποθεσία τέλεια και έβλεπες όλη την χώρα , το κάστρο τους ανεμόμυλους και το λιμάνι. Η κ. Γιώτα ήταν υπέροχη και πολύ φιλόξενη μα βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Niirides Luxury Studios e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La struttura è in una posizione comodissima, proprio nel porto di Astipalea, facile da raggiungere e perfetta per vivere l’isola. Lo studio era pulitissimo, curato e tenuto molto bene, con il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, un’attenzione che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Una menzione speciale va a Giota, la proprietaria, di una gentilezza e disponibilità davvero indescrivibili. Ci ha accolti con grande calore e, in diverse occasioni, ci ha fatto trovare anche dei piccoli regali che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero accolti e benvenuti. È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo, in una struttura che consiglieremmo assolutamente. Torneremo sicuramente! ❤️

Location was amazing! Fantastic views from the balcony with adjustable canopy so useable at any time. Friendly staff. A great welcome pack full of goodies to kick off your stay.

Amazing location with full view of the Hora and castle and as an added bonus it is above a fantastic little Ouzery “Salis Kafeneio” really great food.

The size, cleanliness and outlook

Großes Zimmer fußläufig zum Fährhafen, Küche gut ausgestattet mit kleinem Balkon. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr gutes kleines Restaurant direkt unterhalb.

Die Ortsbeschreibung bei Booking stimmt nicht, man muss Google Maps benutzen! Badezimmer eher klein und etwas eng.

Great location, great staff, clean and tidy

Wonderful studios for our 4 day stay. Extremely clean and cmfortable with everything we could possibly need. Castle and sea views from our room were amazing. Best welcome hamper we have ever had including bottle of wine. Would thoroughly recommend all to stay here.

Η θέση του καταλύματος είναι εξαιρετική, το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και βοηθητικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό με πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι.

Cet établissement est proche du port. Certaines des chambres ont vue sur mer. C’est celles là qu’il faut choisir. Les autres sont, en ce qui concerne la vue, n’ont guère de charme. Rien à dire pour ce qui est de la propreté, de la surface des chambres, de l’équipement. Merci encore à la propriétaire de nous avoir surclassé et gentiment proposé une chambre avec vue sur mer. Et merci pour le petit cadeau de départ, une délicieuse confiture maison.

Very nice location near the beach, enough appliances for those who cook, the room is very good, the shower is from the top of the head (rare feature in Greece), and Giota is best host ever.

Merkeze yakın, oda tertemiz. Plaja ve limana yakın. Makyaj havlusu bile vardı. Mutfakta kahvaltı için malzemeler mevcuttu. Yatak rahattı. Yattığımız yerden Chora ve kale ışıklarını seyrederek uyuduk. Ev sahibi cana yakın ve Samimi davrandı.

Posizione eccellente, a tre minuti a piedi dal porto. Ottima accoglienza da parte dell’host, pulizia eccellente della camera, come omaggio di benvenuto il necessario per una veloce colazione per i giorni seguenti. Vista pazzesca dal terrazzino. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di un transfer per aeroporto al rientro che la signora ci ha prontamente organizzato e ha prenotato per noi la gita di un giorno alle isole circostanti.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα και προσεγμένα. Επίσης είχαμε πολύ όμορφη θεα από το μπαλκόνι μας προς το κάστρο. Η κυρία Γιώτα και ο άντρας ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και μας βοηθήσανε σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε! Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε.

Struttura accogliente e ben gestita. La proprietaria della struttura è stata meravigliosa, coccolandoci ogni giorno con frutta fresca, dolci e bevande. Massima disponibilità anche nell’aiutarci a risolvere un problema urgente: contattando la Capitaneria di Porto per verificare la partenza di una nave. Servizio impeccabile e grande umanità e gentilezza. Consigliatissimo!

Καθαριότητα, άνετο και μεγάλο δωμάτιο, υπέροχη θέα, άριστη τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά, εύκολη πρόσβαση στη Χώρα και με τα πόδια και δίπλα στη στάση ΚΤΕΛ. Η κ. Γιώτα είναι η καλύτερη οικοδέσποινα και φρόντισε το ταξίδι στην Αστυπάλαια να είναι αξέχαστο.

La calorosa accoglienza e la costante attenzione della proprietaria. Ottima la posizione. Eccellente la pulizia quotidiana e i presenti di dolci e manicaretti salati casalinghi! 😁

Die Niriides Appartements liegen ideal oberhalb des Ortes Pera Gialos mit fanatischem Ausblick auf die Chora, den Hafen und aufs Meer. Die modern eingerichteten sehr sauberen Studios verfügen über alles was benötigt wird, ausreichend Töpfe, Geschirr selbst ein Bügeleisen steht zur Verfügung. Unser Appartement 35 qm groß mit Küche und modernem Bad mit Dusche, hatte einen einen großen Balkon mit Rundumblick, traumhafter Aussicht auf Chora, Castle und das Meer. Die Appartements werden täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche werden täglich gewechselt. Unsere Gastgeberin Giota war einfach nur fantastisch, immer ein freundiches Wort und Ausflugtipps für uns. Giota überraschte uns täglich mit Kleinigkeiten und legte uns Gebäck, Obst, Wein ect. aufs Zimmer.

The location was great, spacious, well equipped. Great balcony, amazing view, good aircon, comfy bed, good shower. Lovely owner, left a welcome hamper and gave us apple pie and jam to take home. Would definitely return

La propriétaire m'a accueilli, m'a donné les clés et m'a montré le studio qui était spacieux, très bien équipé et très propre, avec des draps, des serviettes, toutes sortes de cafés, des aliments tels que des biscuits, des biscottes et des confitures. Le balcon offrait une belle vue, et les restaurants et Chora est facilement accessibles. La propriétaire est aimable, accueillante et prête à rendre service. Je recommande cet endroit, j'ai été très satisfaite.

Marvelous, very friendly we felt at home with a beautiful view of the harbour. Our lovely recepcionist was always with a happy smile,,gave us cakes for breakfast and a gift when we left wishing us a safe journey a lovely person.. A luxury apartment.

La stanza comoda e pulitissima. Con tutti i confort. Posizione perfetta. L'host Jota, gentilissima e simpaticissima ci ha coccolato e viziato con le sue prelibarezze inaspettate. Sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze. Lo consigliamo.

Originally given the Thetis room which was OK which just about had a sea/castle view but was then offered the Doto room which didn't have a sea/castle view but was much roomier so we went for that. The room was a very good size and comfy enough. Daily cleaning/towels was very good. Lady running the studios was very nice, obliging and happy to help. Lovely cheese pie! Also a basic breakfast package provided plus wine was a nice touch. Astypalea is a lovely island with a superb Chora. Overall we had a great stay.

Kitchen could have had a few more items such as a large sharp knife, corkscrew, ice cube tray. Bathroom was a mix of new and old. High bath side made it difficult to get in and out of for shower. A bath mat inside the bath would also have been useful as bath was slippery.

Everything was wonderful, is definitely my number 1 choice for if we go back to the island!!!

İlk kez bu adaya gittik önce ada çok güzel deniz çok güzeldi Niriides stüdyo gerçekten harika bir otel. Yatakları çarşafları havluları kağıt beyazlığında ve bayan Yada çok güler yüzlü çok ilgili muhteşem bir insan… Odada ikinci bir oda daha var küçük bir mutfak masa ve buzdolabı var çok avantaj sağlıyor sabah kahvaltısını balkondaki masada kahve makinasından çıkan mis kokulu kahveyle yaptık. Deniz 50 mt yürüme mesafesi de ve muhteşem bir deniz Şiddetle tavsiye ederim Kos tan sea way ile her çarşamba saat 11,45 de 2 saatte ulaşabilirsiniz muhteşem bir ada

Le studio tenue par un couple absolument charmant est vraiment génial ! Nous y avons passés quelques jours avec ma femme pour notre voyage de noces et avons été particulièrement touchés par la gentillesse de l'accueil que nous a réservé la famille qui en est propriétaire. Encore un grand merci à eux. On hâte de revenir ! Astypalée est en plus tout a fait charmante. C'est calme et jolie. Absolument genial !

Ολα ήταν υπέροχα. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πεντακάθαρο με φοβερή θέα στον Γυαλο και το κάστρο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλόξενοι, ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Everything!! We felt so lucky to stay at Niriides. It was a truly memorable experience. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is exceptional, and the hospitality is beyond words. All the small touches made us feel both privileged and at home 😊. The room was amazing exactly as advertised and very clean. The location was great and around 10 mins walk to the center of the town. There are some nice restaurants nearby as well. The host was super friendly, helpful and cordial. She really made us feel at home. The view from the balcony was splendid with a direct view to the castle and port, a great spot for an evening drink and breakfast. We were surprised with delicious local snacks that we highly appreciated. Overall an amazing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped.

Nothing, it was a splendid stay. We will definitely return in the future.

Posizione molto buona una vista bellissima dal terrazzo sulla Chora di Astipalea, studios spazioso pulitissimo ogni giorno cambio di biancheria cucina attrezzata anche con macchina espresso e il caffè offerto dalla struttura. Molto silenzioso Ottima.

Εξαιρετική θέση δίπλα στο κέντρο του λιμανιού αν και πολύ ήσυχα.Φανταστική θέα στη θάλασσα και το κάστρο.Δυο λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την παραλία καθώς και καφέ, φαγητό.Ιδιαίτερα φροντισμένο κατάλυμμα από την κυρία Γιώτα, πεντακάθαρο και υπερεξοπλισμένο. Η κυρία Γιώτα είναι ευγενέστατη και καλοσυνάτη και προσφέρει τα μέγιστα στους επισκέπτες για μια αξέχαστη διαμονή.Απο τα ωραιότερα καταλύμματα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί.Θα ξανάρθουμε κυρία Γιώτα!

L’alloggio è vicino a caffè, negozi, ristoranti on zona tranquilla di fronte al mare. Comodo, pulitissimo, con una bella vista dal terrazzo. Fornito di tutto (compresa, per me graditissima) una macchina per le cialde di caffè). La disponibilità di Panaiota per consigliare, aiutare, dare informazioni è stata superlativa.

The location is great, just 2 or 3 minutes walk to the town beach and all the restaurants, cafes in Pera Gialos. The owner Panagiota is wonderful, she really treated us like family, our studio was beautiful with fresh linens and towels daily and every morning she would bring delicious home made pies for us. She speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful when we had a late flight on the day we checked out. She arranged a pick up from the airport for us and then her husband Kostas drove us back to the airport when we left.

Phenomenal stay! First class service from arrival into port on the 4:30am ferry when I was met by Panagiota’s husband, Kostadinas, with keys for my studio in hand; to my departure when he so graciously drove me to the airport to catch my flight. The studio was outstanding, beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean and the views were extraordinary. However, the real gem 💎 here is the owner, Panagiota. She was extremely attentive, brought cheese filled pastries and delicious cupcakes in the mornings, checked in to make sure I was doing well and answered every question I had about the island. I was so impressed with my stay that I can’t wait to return.

Breakfast was not included but hosts provided a wonderful welcome pack which would have provided breakfast. The view from the room sea, port, Kastro and Hora was great.The hosts were very friendly and generous.

Panaiota and her husband were most welcoming. She brought us lovely homemade pastries a few times. The room had a view on the Chora and was recently renovated and very clean.

Everything was perfect for me.

Beautiful views to the chora, spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, luxury bedding. But most of all, our hosts who looked after us with kindness and respect, always available whatever our needs - we cannot thank them enough!

There was nothing we didn’t like

Super accueil avec une abondance de petites attentions ( gateaux, confitures..). Tres belle vue sur port et Chora. A 2 pas de la plage. Studios bien décorés et hyper confortables.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet was für einen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Jeden Tag gab es neue Handtücher, einen topp Zimmerservice und eine kleine Überraschung. Unsere Gastgeberin ist einfach zauberhaft. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Excellent place to stay, couldn’t fault it, Panagiota Is an amazing host. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing, the room was very comfortable, as was the bed, lots of lovely touches, juice and wine in the fridge, and lots of little treats, and home made pastries. This makes this place stand out, would definitely recommend that you stay here, we will definitely be back 😎

Everything was perfect

Studio completamente rinnovato e super funzionale. Pulizia impeccabile e spazi molto ampi. Eccellente fornitura (dolce e salato) per la colazione puntualmente rifornito ogni giorno (con tanto di cose fresche offerte ogni mattina e macchina per l'espresso). Cambio asciugamani gornaliero (e telo mare offerto per il soggiorno). Mi hanno anche dato un passaggio per l'aeroporto. Che dire...Τέλειος!! Grazie Panaiota.

The location of the property is the best. The apartment is beautiful and the views are amazing. The host is very friendly and helpful and she ensures that your stay is 100%. The homemade baked treats from the host and her family were a lovely surprise and were delicious!

Our stay was amazing! The location is great, 2 min from the closest super market and the Astymove stop, next to the Pera Gyalos beach. Giota is an excellent host. She provided small things for preparing the breakfast, always with warm words and giving us insights about the island. The room was cleaned every day with the view being even better than the pictures. We hope that our roads will cross again in the future!

Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική, μας υποδέχτηκε στο δωματιο με πολλά σνακ και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί για καλωσόρισμα! Επίσης, κάθε πρωί μας πρόσφερε πεντανοστιμες χειροποίητες πίτες. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε φοβερή θέα στη χώρα. Το προτείνουμε σε κάθε επισκέπτη!

Η φιλοξενία και η ευγένεια των ιδιοκτητών θα πρέπει να διδάσκεται σε σχολές ξενοδοχοϋπαλλήλων . Ενώ στη διαμονή μας δεν συμπεριλαμβανόταν πρωινό , το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο με καφετιέρα , μαρμελάδες , φρυγανιές κτλ που αναπληρωνονταν καθημερινά . Η δε ιδιοκτήτρια κάθε πρωί μας πρόσφερε κέικ, τυρόπιτα κ.α. Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη

Ci è piaciuto tutto! La posizione comoda, la vista spettacolare sulla baia e sulla Chora, la pulizia e gli arredi delle stanze ampie . Aggiungo la disponibilità e la simpatia della signora Jota che ci ha accolti e coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno con le sue torte dolci e salate a colazione! Sempre sorridente e pronta a darci suggerimenti e indicazioni preziose sull'isola.

Great location, clean rooms but mainly an excellent host. Giota, the property owner was so kind, generous, friendly and helpful. The best hospitality I have ever had. I recommend it, no questions asked.
