clean, staff nice when i saw them in the morning.

Chose this accommodation primarily for its convenient location. Just a short walk from Asok BTS Station, Sukhumvit MRT Station, and Terminal 21. The room was clean and spacious, and had daily housekeeping. Really value for money!

One minor design issue: the soap rack was positioned too far from the showerhead, in an already narrow shower space. The towels had a fairly strong chemical smell, likely from the detergent used. Separately, I might consider staying elsewhere next time, as I noticed how heavy the traffic can get around this area.

Balcony was enclosed and not easy to access .the door was stiff to open and there was a sofa in front of it . Ask u to take your shoes off when in the building ,which ive never had b4 . I had morning flight so had to check out at 6 am which seemed an inconvenience for them. Staff came to inspect room at 5pm the night b4 ,but wanted to clean at same time .. definitely wouldn't use again or recommend.

habitacion pequeña si te toca de las antiguas, pero bueno para pasar la noche y cosas esenciales esta muy bien. la ubicacion buena, el tren esta al lado, pero esta un barrio d noche cerquilla, pero nosotras q eramos dos chicas jovenes no tuvimos problema.

駅チカで色々な所へのアクセスがとても良かった

附近有百貨公司、按摩店、小吃攤、BTS和MRT，非常方便。床鋪很舒服，有提供毛巾、浴巾、冰箱，也有咖啡。單人房滿舒適的。

浴室的地板看起來是木頭色，感覺濕氣有點重，因為電燈需要插卡才有電，離開房間時無法插卡，浴室就會濕濕的。

La habitación es para una persona, pequeñita. Tiene una ventana no muy grande que da a la calle. Va bien para la ventilación. La ubicación es buena, a 2 minutos de la parada de metro de Asok.

Como es un bajo y la ventana es pequeña, la iluminación era un tanto pobre. Luz artificial bien.

В номере небольшой холодильник, электрочайник, чашки, ложки, тарелки.Большая удобная кровать. Яркая напольная лампа.На окне москитная сетка. Есть кондиционер, я не пользовалась: Вентилятора на 3 было достаточно. Повезло с погодой :).В номере чисто. Удобное расположение, Метро близко, до Торговый центрTerminal 21 Asok 200 метров. Большой продуктовый магазин Tops Robinson Sukhumvit 19 - 150 метров. Вход в отель по ключу. Очень вежливое обслуживание, всем довольны. Спасибо!

it is very clean and very accommodating the staff help us very much, even to carry our luggage going down because no elevator, very near to the train station ASOK no needed for taxi or grab, walking distance only, can buy some food on the way walking back from Terminal 21 MALL, i book again for 5 days this August last weekend. Air condition and WIFI excellent. 7-11 is in front also.

Only decent thing is the location but it’s still not worth it.

K Home Asok was the biggest regret of my trip. I booked two weeks because of the convenient location and the balcony shown in the booking photos, but the reality was very different. The photos appear to be from before the renovation, and the actual balcony was dark, dingy and substantially different from what was advertised. There was a strong smell in the room. During the day there was also ongoing drilling and renovation noise. The biggest issue was a persistent low-frequency hum/vibration at night, which seemed to come through the headboard/wall and made it difficult to sleep. When I complained, I was told to wear headphones if the noise bothered me and that this is not a five star hotel, rather than having the issue properly addressed. I asked to shorten my two week stay and receive a refund for the unused nights, but the hotel refused. I ended up staying the full two weeks unfortunately. The location is convenient, but there are many hotels in the area that offer much better value for money, including options that are cheaper than K Home. I would absolutely not choose this hotel again even if it was free. Be very careful with the older photos when booking, as they do not reflect the current state of the property.

L hotel ha preso 1000 bath al nostro arrivo. All'uscita, si è trattenuto 500 bath perché le asciugamani erano sporche ,assurdo. Se ero pulita di certo non mi lavavo. Come posso risolvere ? mi sembra assurdo che un hotel cerca di lavare le asciugami davanti a noi in una bacinella e non nella lavatrice .

地点很好，距离地铁非常近，附近还有个shopping mall，晚上附近也很多东西逛，餐厅也很多，还有个夜市 附近有两间7-11，外面马路也有路边摊，虽然说靠近马路，但是晚上没什么太大的声音，环境干净舒适 唯一的缺点可能就是没电梯，不过就只有三层楼，除了搬行李比较累也还好

Ich war bereits einige Male in dieser Unterkunft, da sie eine gute Lage hat. Ich war auch immer zufrieden. Doch dieses Mal hatte ich ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Es sollte ein Zimmer mit Fenster sein, doch letztendlich hatte es nur einige Glasbausteine. Der Raum war klein und durch den fehlenden Abzug roch es etwas feucht.

Es war lauter als in den oberen Stockwerken Im Bad waren die Fugen zwischen den Kacheln im Duschbereich schwarz (Schimmel?)

No 24 hours reception. The hotel provides only one key per room. If the guests forget the keys after 5pm to 8am the next day therefore they need to pay 500 baht for the spare keys delivery fee.

Sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen und gut mit Metro erreichbar.

Leider lag beim Check-in eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, die aber sofort weg gemacht wurde und nachts hat man Ratten in den Wänden laufen und knabbern gehört.

Noisey!!!! Slamming doors, footsteps, banging noises, clothes dryer sounds. Reception not manned overnight so if you lose your access card you’re on the street. Room felt moist and stuffy and had a slight mouldy smell when entering.

The receptionist is not available within the working hours. The staffs are there but can’t speak english so it’s hard to communicate when we have concerns

Es ein kleines, nettes, sauberes von einer sehr freundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Dame geführtes Haus. Die Unbterkunft liegt in einer kleinen, ruhige Nebenstrasse und zum Shoppingcenter Terminal 21 und der Skystrain Station Asoke geht man ca. 5-8Minuten

Eingentlich nichts, aber wir sind halt "Farang" und Schuhe am Eingang der Unterkunft ausziehen, in einen Schrank - der Geruch naja....-stellen und dann in Socken zu den diversen Zimmern.......Man kann das auch verstehen, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Treppen etc alles mit schönem Holz ausgelegt sind und in Thailand ist es ja nicht immer sonnig!

３泊お世話になりました。部屋全体が明るく清潔で快適に宿泊できました。バスルームもとても綺麗でした。 毎日タオルやアメニティを交換していただけたのもありがたかったです。立地も最高で徒歩圏内に観光スポット多数、駅も近い。食べるところも朝早くから遅くまでやっています。バンコクの中心地に宿泊する際おすすめです。しっかり疲れがとれる素晴らしいホテルでした。

夕方5時以降はスタッフが不在です。セルフチェックインではルームキーとエントランスキーがケースに入った状態で受け取ります。しかし、そのままだとカードキーが認証されず部屋の鍵が開かないため、必ずケースから取り出して使用する必要があるので注意が必要です。

我第一天入住時間較晚，很感謝老闆娘的友善幫忙，真是太感謝了。住宿位置很好，而且離BTS和MRT都很近。服務人員都很友善，附近購物和吃飯以及按摩都很方便。每天都會提供水、毛巾浴巾、衛生紙，我覺得這點真的很不錯，這讓旅行的生活品質更好。

Very clean room w very clean linens. Fresh towels & bottled water are offered daily, which is awesome. Very clear & easy check-in, even if you arrive after hours. Aircon works very well, clean bathroom & the beds are firm & comfortable. Premises are very clean & staff are helpful. Location is superb! Short walk to ASOK BTS, blue line MRT from airport; easy to navigate. Few 711 just across the road, pharmacy & many massage places too; convenient :) Laundry services just next door located within a massage place called Chawan Massage. Very reasonably priced. This place was highly recommended by a friend & will definitely be back. Super near Terminal 21 Mall.

No lift so we had to carry luggages up to our room on 3rd floor.

二つの鉄道の交点にあるアソーク駅に近く、食事や買い物にとても便利。 部屋は広く、設備もそこそこ整っており、不便さは全く感じない。 客向けのお愛想は少ないが、人の良さそうなスタッフの皆さんには好感がもてる。

旅の宿としてはあまりに質素な内装と感じます。決して不潔でも汚くもありませんが、旅のわくわく感がそがれました。 宿の規模が小さいこともあり、受付専任のスタッフはいない感じです。宿のどこかで仕事をしている人が、呼ぶと出てきてくれます。込み入った話の場合は、電話で英語のできるスタッフを呼び出してくれました。今回、特段困ることはありませんでしたが、少し不安は感じました。

It was a lovely and relaxing experience. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I like how convenient the place is. Walking distance to Asok and Sukhumvit station as well as to Terminal21. Perfect stay if you are travelling around Bangkok.

Die Lage

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und unsympathisch. Ich habe immer gegrüßt, aber es kam nie eine Antwort. Stattdessen nur böse geguckt und ignoriert. Kein 'hello' oder 'bye'. Ich weiss nicht warum der Mann immer schlechte Laune hat. Außerdem wurde ich um 8uhr morgens mit Bauarbeiten an meiner Wand aufgeweckt. Nie wieder!

Posizione molto comoda per spostarsi in giro per Bangkok utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. Essendo in una via laterale è stato perfetto per essere vicino a tutto ma lontani dal casino della città
