صيانه المكيفات أول بأول تفادي لما حصل معي اخترب مكيف الغرفة وتم استبدالها شكرا لكم وثاني شي التلفزيون القنوات مشوشة وغير واضحة كذلك الإباجورة كان فيها التماس ولا تشتغل هاذي ملاحظاتي أرجوا منكم معالجتها واخذها بعين الاعتبار

My booking confirmation was not found in the system during the check-in process it took some time to find it. Maybe due to the system failure. Noise level inside the room is too high because of the construction work carried on the adjacent building.
