Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Le Riad est d’un raffinement absolu ! Un havre de paix au milieu de la tumulte. La chambre était magnifique. Le service parfait avec un petit déjeuner délicieux. Une expérience inoubliable.
On pourrait attendre quelques attentions en plus pour ce standing : des serviettes douces, des produits de toilette plus variés et de meilleur qualité,… mais c’est des détails 😊

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026C’était génial tout était parfait. Le patio intérieur est magnifique et reposant. Le chant des oiseaux toutes la journée … ma chambre était somptueuse. Le personnel est au petit soin. Digne d’un 5 étoile. Je n’avais même pas envie de sortir ….. et que dire du petit déjeuner ! Un régal. Le meilleur msemen que j’ai mangé. Les portions sont parfaites. il aurait manqué juste une piscine.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Het gebouw is prachtig! goed verborgen in een steeg met een prachtige bijzondere binnentuin, heel stil en heel bijzonder. Er zijn maar een paar kamers en dat maakt de beleving fantastisch. Het ontbijt bij de vijver is heel romantisch en met veel liefde bereid door de staff.
Een iets gemakkelijkere stoel voor de kamer of de galerij werd gemist.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Ik heb al veel plekken gezien, maar deze riad steekt er met kop en schouders bovenuit. Vanaf moment 1 voelde ik me welkom. Het personeel is ongelooflijk lief, behulpzaam en maakt je verblijf echt speciaal. En de riad zelf… prachtig! Authentiek, schoon, rustig, gewoon perfect. Dit was zonder twijfel mijn beste verblijf tot nu toe. Dankjewel voor alles!

Wir wurden von den Gastgebern äusserst freundlich und aufmerksam empfangen und haben die grosszügigen und luxuriös eingerichteten Räume und den wunderschönen Garten im Innenhof sehr genossen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich ausserordentlich. Auch der Empfangstee mit Gebäck und ein schöner Früchteteller im Zimmer sind erwähnenswert. An diesem Ort waren wir sicher nicht nur zum Schlafen, man könnte den ganzen Tag da verbringen.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Von außen so unscheinbar, doch sobald man durch die Eingangstür tritt, befindet man sich wirklich in einer anderen Welt. Märchenhaft. So viel Ruhe.... Das Personal unglaublich freundlich und angenehm - das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Wir wünschen dem gesamten Team nur das Beste.
Die Matratzen waren für uns persönlich einfach zu hart.

It’s the best place we’ve ever stayed in our lives so far! Not only the artistic architectural and interior design, but also the care and attention to details by the team and all the staff. The whole experience was completely beyond imagination. We felt like prince and princess while staying here. And we will put on our wishlist to come back again!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste und das Frühstück was aussergewöhnlich. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt regnerisch und kühl war, haben wir das Kaminfeuer beim Frühstück sehr genossen.
Es war alles ok.

EXCELLENT breakfast, huge rooms, nice courtyard, extremely nice and helpful staff. If you need to pick a place to stay in El Jadida, this is THE place to stay!!
The town itself doesn't have much to see. Parking/location is a bit tricky - you will need to coordinate on whatsapp and they will help you (either finding by foot or parking). Our bathtub was the size of an apartment :) but might be tricky for older people (steps, no shower), as are the steps to the upper floor rooms. internet was too poor to run Netflix/Disney on the TV.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026Ein absolutes Paradies. Man vermutet hinter der Fassade keine solche Schönheit. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um einen 200 Jahre alten Stadtpalast. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt mit Tee und Gebäck,und dann mit Informationen versorgt. Man begleitete uns zu unserem Auto und fuhr gemeinsam mit uns zu einem bewachten Parkplatz, fußläufig 2 Minuten vom Palast entfernt. Der große Saal, der auch als Frühstücksraum fungiert, ist vollständig mit Marmor ausgegekleidet, ebenso wie das Treppenhaus und die sonstigen Räume. Das Zimmer selbst war großzügig bemessen, das Bad ausreichend versehen mit Pflegeprodukten, Toilette mit Bidet -Funktion und einer Regenwalddusche. ist bestimmt die Möglichkeit der Tee und Kaffee Zubereitung. Das Bett verfügt über eine harte Matratze, Futonähnlich ,für uns sehr angenehm. die kombinierte Heizung/Klimaanlage funktionierte wunderbar. Es war ausreichend warm. Von der Unterkunft sind es maximal 5 Minuten Fußweg bis in das portugiesische Viertel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, frisches Obst, frisch zubereitete Pancakes, Joghurt, Croissants. Auf Wunsch auch Eierspeisen möglich. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch die Damen beim Frühstück lächeln und immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Es hätte nicht besser sein können.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen war das für uns zu klein bemessene Bett. Personen mit einer Körpergröße von über 1,80 m werden Schwierigkeiten haben, da das Bett sehr kurz und sehr sehr schmal ist für 2 Personen . Mit der zusätzlichen Wolldecke waren aber letztendlich auch die Füße warm.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026The staff was wonderful and did their best to assist us, including transporting out bags to our room, serving tea multiple times as requested, as well as providing assistance with transport and directions. We were a family of 4 with a packed agenda; so, I only wish we had more time to just stay and enjoy the Riad.
The water was cold in the tub, though the staff immediately looked to fix the issue when I reported it and even moved us to a larger room with hot water as soon as they realized they didn't have an immediate fix.

Vyložení zavazedel z vozidla před rijádem, pak s managarem na parkoviště, kde jsme zaparkovali vozidlo (300m?). Velice milý přístup, dostali jsme informace kam na večeři, co v městě navštívit. Doporučená restaurace skvělá. Perfektní služby

Angefangen von der Gastfreundschaft (es gab immer Teatime wenn wir heim kamen), das unfassbar toll angerichtete Frühstück das ganz frisch von den super lieben Hausdamen gemacht wird, die Ausstattung der Zimmer inkl frischem Obstkorb, die Zimmer sind alle unterschiedlich und unfassbar schön. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
Es ist zu empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten um in der Gegend flexibel zu sein, aber das hat nichts mit dem tollen Riad zu tun und parken auf der Straße ist einfach.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Wir möchten ein herzliches Dankeschön aussprechen. Das Riad ist ein kleines Paradies inmitten der unspektakulären Medina. Mit seiner architektonischen und luxuriösen Gestaltung, der erholsamen Atmosphäre sowie dem idyllischen Innenhof mit Seerosenteich hat es uns sehr beeindruckt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem Personal, das mit unglaublicher Freundlichkeit und unaufdringlichem Service unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht haben. Es war eine unserer schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Rundreise mit absolutem Wiederholungspotential.

Les chambres et suites un peu trop clinquantes en comparaison avec la délicatesse des façades du jardin.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Accueil incroyable : thé et cornes de gazelle au bord du bassin en arrivant. En rentrant le soir après dîner, on nous a proposé une verveine avant d'aller dormir. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé dans la chambre du gouverneur qui était incroyable....petit déjeuner magnifique avec des petites attentions, sous les hibiscus, datura, au bord des bassins de nénuphar et avec le bruit des fontaines. Enchanteur.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Prachtige Riad in een simpel straatje, je stapt een klein paleisje in met veel groen op de binnenplaats met zelfs een vijver. Superromantisch! Het personeel krijgt een 10! Zij weten hoe ze gasten moeten behandelen.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025Un riad magnifique, un personnel aux petits soins et très efficace (un grand merci à Hafid pour cet accueil exceptionnel), un petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, un court séjour parfait !
Rien dans l'hébergement lui même. El Jadida, mise à part sa cité portugaise, n'est pas la plus belle des villes marocaines.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025Extraordinaire ! Lieu magique, service impeccable et attentionné, tout en discrétion. Chambre magnifique, jardin superbe où prendre le petit-déjeuner, une oasis de paix. Et quel plaisir d'avoir un café avec la Bialetti!! Petit détail à améliorer : les produits de douche/bain. Nous recommandons cent fois cet hôtel !

Reviewed May 17, 2025Beautiful oasis, right in the heart of El Jadida near the Portuguese Fort. Lovely host, kind and friendly. Delicious breakfasts in the morning in the garden.
The mattress is a bit hard, but the room and facilities well and truly made up for it.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2024This riad is a gem. Our room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, even bringing us a wonderful bottle of wine with nuts and chips on our first of two nights. It was all very comfortable and I would recommend this riad.

Luxurious room with so many nide details. The staff is extremely attentive. Superb breakfast at the beautiful garden, by the pond.
