It was so relaxing and peaceful.

The tranquility is amazing. Great place to recharge. Staff all very friendly from the security guy at the gate.

The water was cold after my wife took a bath.

The tranquility and how relaxing the views are were just a phenomenal sight for us as a family. The kids wanted us to stay for weeks.

The restaurant had some items in their menu not available which was a disappointment for my wife.

The Zebras

it was very dissapointing to get a room in 2026 with a TV the size of a tablet in a room worth more than a 1k a night. Limited channels and some of the rules, like being warned that you will pay a fine if you dont wash your own dishes. There was also a very rude guy in a silver bantam who was taking pictures, who rudely restricted us from trying to take pictures with the animals with out any sound explanation. He did not even ask for our pass to see if we had a booking there. I am never ever recommending that place to anyone.

The lovely timber cottage is beautiful and located right on the river. The cottage is well appointed with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Below is a barbecue area right by the water. It's pet friendly and was a very comfortable stay. We would recommend this property.

The photos on booking.com show this unit to be stand alone and not right next to another unit. However that unit was unoccupied so we had privacy. The barbecue grill was awkward to barbecue on as it's chained to the barbecue itself with very little room to position properly. We ended up finishing off our meat in the microwave. Apart from these small things, it's a beautiful accommodation.

Absolutely nothing

Not too sure what the ruling is with the restaurant, however, we were disappointed that it was closed seeing that it was a long weekend. The shower had not much water pressure and they are definitely too small.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff. Absolutely breathtaking views. The suite offers great privacy while also providing spectacular balcony views. The kayaking activity was a cherry on top!

The views from the unit was amazing. Loved seeing horses outside our unit. The grass was so green. The unit has everything you need. Beds are luxurious and comfortable, bathrooms neat and big and the kitchen equipped with eveything you need. Family friendly.

Perfect getaway place where you can relax with family. For me it was getting away from.the concrete jungle and get some fresh air. The price was so reasonable for booking on festive season as well.

We went to the restaurant and the service was not up to our expectations.

The room was very cold, no heater or electricity sheets ,Boring TV channels , cold water , we could not even charge our phones due to electricity issues.

Property doesn’t offer what they say. Terrible Wi-Fi didn’t connect to our devices. When you report to the staff the excuse is that we don’t charge for the WiFi it’s free. So it like you take what you get. Bedding was stained and had holes in. The fridge wasn’t working properly. Initially when we asked if we could be moved to a different room the receptionist just flat out said no. At this point my husband was ready to go home. We ended up going to Chintsa during the day to do make our stay more enjoyable.

Words cannot begin to explain the experience: - Animals at a touch (of course respect to the gentle ones). - River of mysteries at a door step. - Calm, serene 😀, maybe cancel your Therapist...not medical advice by no means. - Truly an educational experience for the little ones, so many questions and excitement which they can talk about at school. - Very awesome GSD dogs, I wonder if they could give a puppy or two from the breeder. - From a wine bottle opener to an ironing board you will not have a problem, truly an awesome experience.

Two way street, WiFi but then again what are you doing in a peaceful space if you want to be still scrolling at the world 🌍.

Great place to spend time with family and friends, the en suite double rooms is so amazing! It's better than many hotel rooms we've stayed in! Great quality bedding with all the amenities that you might need, the kitchen is also well equipped, if you want to cook your own meals you will not be missing anything!! The property has a lovely pool( with a very strict, but kind caretaker 😉) and a restaurant, we had their delicious pizzas and everyone loved it! Many activities as well! Cant wait to visit again!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Areena and all the entertainment offered. We did a trip to Yellowsands with kayaks which was a great experience and surrounding beaches were beautiful. The unit and facilities at Areena also offered everything needed and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast and service. Don't offer a eggs Benedict and get a relish, no sauce. Service was shocking

Loved our timber chalet. Loved canoeing on the river. Loved interacting with all the free roaming wildlife. I would definitely visit again!

Beautiful place with loads to do and a great view. Spa was amazing, restaurant had great service. I loved the animals and it was very peaceful. Will definitely be back.

My only complaint is that I came back around 10pm one night and there was no one by security. There was a car waiting at the gate in front me. No one seemed to open but then 2 cars drove out so luckily we could get in that way. I’m not sure how we would have gotten in if those cars didn’t come down unless they came down in order to let us in, but I didn’t see them driving back in.

The Location was amazing, firstly or room was upgraded yo the one by the river and I must say that was therapeutic. The room was big and comfortable. The food was great we enjoyed the buffet and when we got there out table are we reserved it was ready❤️. Most of all the place at large was beautiful. We enjoyed our activity also out instructor was friendly.
