Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Very traditional moorish style property in the old town. Large room with en-suite facilities and comfy bed. As part of the stay access to the moorish/roman baths for an hour session each day including tea & biscuits! Very relaxing after a long day’s sightseeing.
There are quite a few stairs at the property and it is located near the top of the old town. For people with mobility issues this would be difficult. Narrow winding cobbled streets and some local traffic.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Forme, how the people greet us and treat us always outweighs the architecture or the parking or the breakfasts. The staff is lovely and we felt at home. There is nothing I can think of that we did not like, and we were especially delighted by our experience with the baths. How unique, how wonderful, how relaxing. I only have one regret. I would have liked to discover this hotel decades earlier when I was younger, so that I could return again and again.
Honestly, as critical as I am, I cannot think of anything.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026This was such an amazing facility. I loved that we had time in the Arab baths included in the stay. The baths were so relaxing and a perfect break from the heat and touring. It includes tea and some cookies too. The whole place had spa vibes to it. The room was very spacious, comfortable and beautiful furniture. The room amenities were exceptional, with water bottles, Nescafe coffee machine and complimentary juice each day. The location was good, right in the old town, which means everything is close by.
The hotel does make you very aware, and we were ready, but people need to be ready for the walk with your luggage.

El servicio y atención al cliente de 10. La profesionalidad y simpatía de las chicas de recepción así cómo las chicas del hammam, mención especial para Pilar por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Maravilloso hotel ubicado en el casco histórico, a 7 min andando de todo. Lo recomiendo 100 por 100. Estancia cómo en casa.

entgegen dem Angebot gab es keine Massage Als Platz für das Abendessen wurde von der durchaus freundlichen Receptionistin der Hauptplatz, auf dem sich ein Burgerking, ein McDonalds und ein Restaurant, das sich als absolute Touristenfalle erwies, empfohlen. Ebenso war die Empfehlung für das Frühstück - es gab kein Frühstück im Hotel - nicht viel wert.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026O Hotel é pequeno, com apenas 5 quartos. Nosso quarto era lindo, bem amplo e confortável. A diária dá direito a uma hora nos banhos árabes, que são uma delícia. Aproveitamos para fazer uma massagem, o que recomendo. O hotel fica num local tranquilo a poucos minutos do centro da cidade.

I didn’t stay at the property at all. They transferred me to another property a day before, claiming that there was renovation in the hotel. They said the new hotel was 1 minute walk away but it was actually 4 minutes. I booked a 30m room but at the new hotel was only given a 20m room. Lastly, when I visited riad Medina mudejar for the Arab bath, there was no sound of renovation and I saw people returning to their room so I do not think there was renovation, but that the hotel was actually overbooked.

Das Frühstück war üppig und wurde auf dem Zimmer serviert. Der Aufenthalt in den Bädern war ein tolles Erlebnis. Unbedingt vorher reservieren. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Gezellige Arabische vibe in het hotel. In de kamerprijs zit 1 uur gebruik van de baden inbegrepen en dat is de moeite : een koud, lauw en warm bad waar je « speelt » met de temperatuurverschillen. Hotel is goed gelegen in het centrum.
Bed is klein voor 2 personen We hadden een kamer met zicht op een binnenkoer met zeer weinig daglicht Mogelijkheden om te ontbijten zijn zeer beperkt ( op de kamer mits 48 uren op voorhand geboekt) Kamer was wat uitgeleefd, badkamer biedt zeer weinig ruimte om je spullen op te bergen

Estuvimos en la habitación Alelí. Nada mas entrar notamos un olor excesivo a humedad pensabamos que serian de los baños. Por la noche nos dimos cuenta que eran las almohadas. Suponemos que la gente las utiliza con el pelo mojado...no podíamos dormir con ellas. Las deberian cambiar o hacer algo. Estuvimos dos noches y la limpieza del cuarto de baño no la realizaron.

Es gibt ein paar gratis Getränke im Eisschrank auf dem Zimmer. Aber das allerbeste ist kostenlose Nutzung des arabischen Bades. Entspannung nach einem schönen Tag in Toledo. Wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder.
