Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Appartamento di grandi dimensioni, noi eravamo in 7, 4 adulti e 3 ragazzi entro i 14 anni, arredato con tutto il necessario ed anche con gusto; appartamento bello. La posizione è ottima in quanto a 50 metri dalla metro, stessa distanza una pastelleria ottima, di fronte un market. Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma la lavatrice sì e ci è stata di grande aiuto per ammortizzare il rientro!!
Dormendo con la finestra aperta la strada sotto stante è trafficata fino a tardi. Le porte di casa cigolano in maniera fastidiosa.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Tivemos uma ótima estadia! O apartamento tem uma localização excelente, perto do metrô e com fácil acesso a vários pontos de Lisboa. É confortável, muito limpo e bem organizado. A anfitriã foi muito solícita, atenciosa e simpática, sempre disponível para ajudar quando precisamos. Foi uma ótima escolha para nossa viagem em família e certamente ficaríamos novamente!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Le logement est bien situé (une station de métro à moins de 5 minutes à pied). Les locaux étaient propres et correspondaient au descriptif. L'équipement de la cuisine est satisfaisant et l'espace de vie est très agréable. Il y a même un petit balcon. Les hôtes se sont montrés très compréhensifs car ils nous ont permis de rentrer en nous remettant les clés en mains propres alors que je n'avais plus moyen de passer par la plate-forme Booking pour communiquer.
Le bruit d'un conduit extérieur assez désagréable puisque cela donnait dans deux chambres sur trois. Néanmoins, une fois les fenêtres fermées, le bruit était tout de même amoindri. Il serait également bien d'avoir une clé pour fermer la porte de chaque salle de bains afin de préserver l'intimité des personnes.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Posizione molto comoda rispetto alla fermata metro ed al centro a piedi, supermercato ben fornito difronte casa, zona tranquilla appena fuori del centro. Comode le tre camere da letto (eravamo in 5) ed i due bagni entrambi con doccia, oltre ad un bidet. Disponibilità del host a soddisfare esigenze di check-in fuori orario classico. Se tornerò a Lisbona con famiglia o in gruppo di amici, so dove andare.
Se paragonato al soggiorno a Porto di qualche giorno dopo, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente inferiore, ma probabilmente Lisbona costa di più in termini di alloggio, a parità di qualità che è stata in entrambi i casi molto elevata

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Niemal w centrum miasta. Świetnie skomunikowane. Blisko autobusy, linia tramwajowa nr 28, przystanek metra. Obok dwa duże sklepy spożywcze oraz małe knajpki. Dzielnica zadbana. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą zarządzającą mieszkaniem. Doskonałe wyposażenie kuchni i łazienek. Było wszystko Mieszkanie i łazienki czyste. Bardzo funkcjonalne wszystko urządzone. Mieszkanie w nieco stylu vintage. Meble, obrazki i drobne elementy gustownie dobrane.
Mieszkanie jest w centrum więc niestety podczas pobytu należy liczyć się z hałasem nawet w nocy. Od około 23.00 z mniejszym natężeniem, ale ciągle pojawiał się skuter, auto, śmieciarka, auta. Zamknięcie okien nieco poprawia sytuację, natomiast wtedy w mieszkaniu robi się duszno. Trzeba się z tym liczyć. Natomiast jest to super mieszkanie i ogólnie godne polecenia.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Bonito y cómodo piso con cocina completa, amplio salón, dos baños y tres dormitorios. El piso estaba ubicado a una media hora andando del centro, pero tenía cerca el metro y los precios de Uber/Bolt en la ciudad son muy accesible para moverse desde aquí a cualquier punto. A un minuto andando tienes tanto cafeterías, como supermercado.
El único pero que le pondría es que para una casa en la que se pueden alojar cómodamente 6 o 7 adultos, la vajilla se queda escasa (especialmente vasos y tazas de desayuno) si no quieres poner el lavavajillas medio vacío en cada comida.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Excellent location very close to a metro station. Easy 30 minute downhill walk to Rossi o square. Lovely cosy sitting room and good kitchen facilities. The full weekly clean included in the price was a real bonus. I stayed for 3 weeks.
In November it was a bit cold on occasions. There are 4 plug in heaters which did help a bit but it was hard to get washing dry on an extended stay.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Apartamento espacioso, con un salón y un comedor independiente, una cocina muy bien equipada y camas muy cómodas. Se nota que esta muy cuidado y con detalles de gran confort: por ejemplo, variedad de tipos de almohada para elegir. Estaba extremadamente limpio. La ubicación es buenísima, en 15 min andando estas en Rossio, y el metro está a escasos 100 metros del apartamento. Enfrente hay un supermercado grande que abre domingos y festivos.
Nada, era comodisimo. Como sugerencia, solo hay platos grandes, para el desayuno vendrían bien platos más pequeños. No es un problema porque la mesa de comedor es grande y caben bien de todas maneras.

Washing machine could do with a clean - the drum seals were full of gunk Only gave us 4 rolls of TP for 5 people for 8 days - 3 women in our group (1x who was menstruating at the time of our stay) - we ended up buying some Water from tap, although drinkable, tastes heavily of chlorine - not the owners fault. Construction was happening on the entire street when we arrived, which lasted our entire stay. There was so much dust and loud noses early in the morning. - again, not owners' fault. The oven hadn't been cleaned, and when we cooked at home, it smoked a lot due to previously uncleaned oil - no overhead fan present either. We proped up the living room fan and stuck it toward the window to let the smoke out. Only gave us 2x dishwashing tablets for entire stay - could have used more. Dishwashing soap was practically empty, and we needed to add water to hand wash dishes due to not having enough dishwasher tablets. No large pan was available for cooking- We ended up searing and cooking our steaks in a pot. The elevator has 2 doors of which both need to be entirely closed to work. Some people in the building didn't close them properly (or at all), which made it quite frustrating for us with my elderly mother getting to and from the 5th floor. - not the owners fault.

Apartament był czysty, zadbany oraz bardzo dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Lokalizacja również świetna – wszędzie blisko, można spacerem dojść do wszystkich najważniejszych zabytków i atrakcji. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce. Piotr

Hosts Mrs. Filipa and Mr. Antonio were there for all the info and questions. Thank you very much for taking care of the luggage on the last day and calling me the taxi! I will definitely come back with the family!
