There was a shuttle bus that took you to airport and Kawasaki, which you needed as there was nothing around the hotel, ETC no shops, restaurants, tried to go to hotel restaurant, but there was some sort of a convention on so had nothing to eat except a sandwich from the 7/ 11 down the road

it was lick being in jail, as you had no where to go

空港にも近くて、大浴場があるのが良かった。

ターミナル3からホテルに向かうシャトルバスが18時以降しかなかったので、せめてチェックインの時間くらいからあれば尚良かった。あと朝食が6時からだと更に嬉しい。

お風呂は綺麗で大きく清潔でていい。　

今回で3度目の滞在です。 今回ホテルフロント対応が遅いしスムーズではなく大変時間がかかりました。最初フロント並びましたが、自動の方を勧めてきたので使用しましたが、スタッフにとの表示が出ました。 しかしスタッフは来ず、また再度並びました。 ネット予約当日支払いにしていたのですが予約時の倍の値段を請求されました。長い時間パソコンを見ていましたが何をしていたのでしょうか？こちらがメールを見せるなどして対応しましたがホテルフロントの方はさほど気にしてないようでした。35,000円が70,000円請求は誤りとして大ごとではないのでしょうか？ その後再度こちらが表示した値段を電卓で表示し大丈夫だったのでカード支払いしましたが、カード支払い時1円多くしてしまったそうで9時頃別で取った部屋のほうに電話が来たそうです。翌日フライトのため4時起きでした。 その対応としてはフロント側で勝手にキャンセルしチェックアウト時に説明され再度支払いになりました。　空港利用者にためのホテルですよね？　朝は急ぐのでチェックインのとき支払いしたはずがチェックアウト時にまた時間を取られました。 去年はフロント対応良かったのですが、1月に全て変わってしまったのでしょうか。残念です。　 名前も前に方が良かったですね。倉庫って名前のところに泊まりたい　とはならないですよね。

Great location, fantastic facilities and lovely staff.

The property was beautiful, very well kept and with a great location. I stayed there for just one night, before my travel out of Haneda, and it made everything so easy and smooth.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es wird täglich kostenlos Yoga, Karate oder eine Teezeremonie angeboten (laut Aushang). Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum/vom Flughafen Haneda oder zur/von Kawasaki Station. Sowohl ein kleiner Fitnessraum als auch ein warmes Bad stehen den Hotelgästen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Fahrräder können ebenfalls ohne Gebühr ausgeliehen werden.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und das Frühstück hatte für den Preis zu wenig Auswahl.

Navette bien pratique, l'hôtel fait peau neuve est la déco est super sympa dans les espaces communs. Bain publique agréable. Restaurant et bar sympas. Idéal avant de reprendre un vol.

Chambre trop petite pour 3 personnes, les meubles sont biens datés / abimés et a remplacer.

L’établissement est vraiment très bien proche de l’aéroport. Donc très pratique avec la navette le matin qui vous emmène à l’aéroport. Le personnel est très gentil. Les équipements sont de qualité et l’ensemble est très propre.

Ce qui est dommage c’est que nous n’avons pas profité de la restauration de l’hôtel car à 20h ils ne servent plus rien. Pour un hôtel international je trouve que c’est un petit peu dommage. Vous pourrez au moins proposer un minimum de room SERVICES. Malgré cela, le personnel a été gentil et nous a conseillé d’autres Restaurant ouverts dans les alentours.

A little confusing for the taxi driver as the hotel name was different and he had to go inside to make sure we were at the right hotel. Name of the hotel was not prominent

The location..

L'hôtel n'est pas loin de l'aéroport. Il propose une navette qui nous a déposé au terminal souhaité. Nous n'avons eu que 15 minutes de navette. La nuit nous n'avons pas été dérangé par les avions. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel, la cuisine était bonne et de style occidental. Le personnel était très gentil à nos petits soins. Nous ne sommes resté que pour une nuit mais pas mal de choses étaient proposées par l'hôtel: yoga, location de vélo,... L'hôtel est au bord d'une rivière bordée par une voie piétonne où les gens marchent/courent/font du vélo.

L'hôtel est très moderne, le décor très agréable, au bord de l'eau. Le sento est très bien. La navette gratuite depuis la gare de kawasaki et vers Haneda.

Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'espace laundry.

Good value and close to airport. Free shuttle bus to Kawasaki station which allowed you to get train into Tokyo and further.

早餐基本每一天都是一樣餐點，沒有變化這點比較可惜，長住的旅客可能會吃膩

The hotel is modern and offers great views of planes taking off and landing, which is a nice feature if you enjoy watching aircraft. The complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient and made catching our early morning flight much easier.

Although the hotel is close to the airport, there isn’t any readily available public transport. Your main options are the hotel shuttle or a taxi. Taxi fares are relatively expensive. We arrived earlier than the shuttle service started operating, so we had to take a taxi instead. The staff were friendly. However, my sister’s suitcase was damaged during transit after we used the hotel-to-hotel courier service. The hotel maintains that the bag was received in good condition, but when it was delivered to us, my sister noticed the staff member was struggling to move it. By the time we got in and out of the lift, one of the wheels snapped off. The hotel was not helpful - maybe not wanting to take liability..

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast with a nice variety of options. Peaceful riverside location with a great cycling and walking path nearby. Free shuttle service to and from JR Kawasaki Station.

We booked breakfast for two through the reservation, but the hotel only had breakfast registered for one guest, so we had to pay extra. This appeared to be a miscommunication between Booking App and the hotel. The hotel is far from public transportation. The shuttle to JR Kawasaki Station only runs once an hour and takes about 30 minutes. Dinner at the hotel requires advance reservations, so after a long trip we had to take the shuttle into Kawasaki to find something to eat.

I spoke with very very nice receptionist. She was amazing. High quality of service, highly recommend. Definitely, I would stay here next time. Thank you so much.

The location is far from the crowds and feels like we're isolated, but it's a good thing there's a free bus to the train station and shopping center, especially for passengers who are only staying for a day in transit before connecting flights. This hotel recommended .

Tout Juste super, tout est pensé pour prendre soin de la clientèle. S'il n'était pas situé à côté de l'aéroport et son intérêt est là, on pourrait y rester plus d'une nuit. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable

Location. We got scared of being stranded and wont make it to the last shutttle from kawasaki station to hotel. But we booked it because it was near the airport. It wasnt as near as the airport that we thought of. But it's a really nice hotel . Very well designed. I wish there would be more restaurants or shops in the future. But if you want peace and quiet but near airport. This would be a nice hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which was helpful since we had a departure at 4:00 AM. The staff was attentive, the hotel was clean, and the facilities were excellent. Although it was not close to a metro station, the shuttle service to the airport was convenient and greatly appreciated.

No real fitness room (2 bikes and a treadmill). It’s approximately twenty minutes on the shuttle to Kawasaki station and there is some time between shuttles.

早餐樣式簡單但中西式都有，選擇上很足夠了；入住有提供個別包裝的保養清潔用品，這點對旅人很加分。飯店離羽田機場很近，晚機抵達或早機離開住宿的好選擇。餐廳外是看飛機起降的好地點，可以花點時間在附近散步、看飛機。

大浴場內的空調很悶，所以我只去一下子就離開了，有點很可惜。

今回泊まった部屋で、広い部屋だったが、ベッドにビックリする位髪の毛がめちゃくちゃ付いてて、気持ち悪かった。 今まで、何十回も泊まったがこんな事は初めてでした。

Удобство расположения для нас было первоочередным - отель расположен очень близко к аэропорту Ханэда. Очень выручил трансферный сервис отеля при выезде на ранний утренний рейс вылета. Отлично организованное пространство в номере, наполнение номера всем необходимым инвентарем, отличная звукоизоляция, тишина и чистота - огромная благодарность отельерам и персоналу, наше размещение идеально соответствовало нашим целям и ожиданиям!
