Reviewed Sep 4, 2026It’s a simple hotel, don’t expect too much. It was very clean. Staff were friendly enough. The guy who carried the suitcases up and down the stairs deserves a special mention! Fantastic location, which is why we chose this hotel.
We enjoyed the pool, but it’s is definitely in need of renovation. 3/4 guests from our group ended up with cuts on the feet/hands.

The hotel management is entirely uncommunicative, excessively greedy, driven solely by money, and completely indifferent to customer satisfaction. They are rude, disrespectful, and incredibly unreasonable. I have traveled to numerous countries and stayed in dozens of hotels, and I have never encountered a management so uncompromising, apathetic, closed off to communication, and disrespectful. Do not be fooled by their inflated reviews. Absolutely stay away from this money-grubbing, greedy, and unreasonable management that blatantly ignores its customers and their grievances.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The location is great being in the center of Phuket Town. Lots of cafes with AC after 9 am. The staff was accommodating, and there are about 4 parking spaces free for guests. It’s relatively quiet.
The room was smaller than I expected, so it felt cramped. The first day I kept banging my elbow to bathroom walls as I didn’t expect them to be so close to me.

The only downsides were that the shower didn’t drain properly, so water tended to pool on the bathroom floor, and during a period of heavy rain, some water leaked into the room through the wall. Despite these issues, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Overall, it’s a great place with a fantastic location.

Kamer is was aan de krappe kant. Ontbijt bij het café om de hoek is ondanks korting aan de prijs en keuze is er nauwelijks. Er zijn in de buurt betere adresjes voor ontbijt.

No elevator, but the staff help with the luggage so it is not an issue. In case you have limitations make sure to contact the hotel to confirm availability on the first floor
