La disponibilità del propietario e della sua famiglia. La posizione tranquilla poco fuori di Ubud. Abbiamo affittato anche il motorino con loro per spostarci. Camera spaziosa.Sembrava di essere nel paradiso. Ci hanno preparato anche una cena che non é un servizio standard che offrono. Lontano dal caos di Ubud e con piscina privata bellissima. Vengono anche a prepararti la colazione in giardino nella cucina esterna all'orario in cui desiderate. Famiglia incredibile, non abbiate dubbi a prenotare qui!

Het is een heerlijke rustige oase als je binnenkomt. De mensen zijn ZO ZO ZO lief! Ze doen letterlijk alles voor je! Koken, wassen, niets is te gek!

Het enige wat wij onhandig vonden, dat de slaapkamers losse ‘huisjes’ zijn wij reisde met 2 kleine kids (2 jaar en 4 jaar) als ze ons nodig hadden moesten ze naar buiten langs het zwembad lopen. Dat vonden wij zelf te gevaarlijk gezien ze niet kunnen zwemmen dus hebben we bij de kids geslapen. Maar dit hadden we natuurlijk zelf kunnen zien toen we het boekte!

Gode store værelser. Der var koldt og varmt vand i beholder som vi bare kunne bruge. Morgenmad tilberedt på værelset. Friske frugter og frisk lavet juice. Vi fik lov at se værtsparrets hus. Værten delte generøst ud af deres kultur og reglion. Værten kørte os til Ubud og på ture. Der blev arrangeret massage som foregik på værelset. Vi kommer gerne tilbage hertil igen.

Naboerne brændte meget af så der lugtede af bål men er nok meget almindeligt på Bali.

Naja villa is a must if you are staying in Ubud. It is away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud, but within easy reach. The villa and pool are exceptional and beautifully styled. There is absolutely everything you could want and need. including pool towels, an outdoor kitchen and a water dispensing unit with safe cold water and hot water for the complimentary fresh coffee and tea. Naja and his wife Lenny went above and beyond for us and made us feel very welcome. Naja is available for transport into Ubud at a very fair price compared with other taxi services. Naja can also offer tours in his 1974 VW golf safari which was a highlight. The pool at night and its fountains are stunning. Thank you Naja and Lenny for an amazing stay. I only wish we had found you in our first trip to Ubud.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit : l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Belles chambres spacieuses et très propres. Emplacement à 3kms d’Ubud. Un délicieux petit déjeuné balinais est servi le matin. Ils nous ont gentiment organisé des activités que nous leur avions demandé la veille et nous y ont emmené. Leur chauffeur Putueka est vraiment top! Si besoin ils proposent un service de nettoyage du linge. Couple soucieux de notre bien-être durant notre séjour, ils ont tout fait pour qu’il soit parfait! Ils font partie de nos beaux moments passés à Bali, ce fut une très belle rencontre.

Lovely place to stay with a family 2+2. Wonderful breakfast prepared right in front of you with freshly mixed fruit and a selection of sticky rice - best we have had so far. The host is really friendly and helpful throughout your stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Naja and his family are amazing and he showed us around his traditional balinese house. The pool was a god send after full days of activities in ubud. It's not really within walking distance of main attractions but we had a private driver the whole time so didnt affect us. The cooked breakfasts in the mornings by Najas wife were amazing (try the sticky rice!) and you can also request a dinner for a little extra which was so delicious. There is filtered water in the villa which is safe to drink (and cold!). The price is so good compared to other places. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bali.

This is our third time staying at Naja villa ❤️ and we won’t be going anywhere else. Naja and Lenni are just beautiful people so welcoming in to their home and so willing to help. We did go to Munduk for a few days up in the mountains so for those wanting to see more of this beautiful island Najas villa is a perfect base. The area outside of villa has everything you need Tama spa a short walk away. Bamboo restaurant has world class fresh food highly recommend and 7am is definitely worth a visit all on the doorstep of this beautiful villa.

Naja Private Villa is located a little outside the Ubud Central area. The villa comes with a private pool, an individual kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. It is a great place to stay for two to three days.

It is located a little away from the central market area, so there are not many restaurant options at waliking distance.

Naja and his wife took great care of us. He was ready to help with whatever problems or questions we had. We loved the freshly cooked breakfasts in the morning. We appreciated Naja's dedication to making our stay special.

There was lots of burning off happening close by throughout our stay. The geckos are also loud and scared our kids while sleeping at night.

We had a wonderful stay in Ubud, and what truly made the experience special was the incredible hospitality of Mr. Naja and his wife. The room was comfortable, clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of exploring Bali. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and we were especially touched when Ibu (Mr. Naja's wife) kindly cooked for us. Her warmth and generosity made us feel like part of the family. Mr. Naja went above and beyond as a host, taking the time to explain Balinese customs and local traditions, which gave us a much deeper appreciation of the culture and made our visit even more meaningful. If you're looking for authentic Balinese hospitality, delicious food, comfortable accommodation, and hosts who genuinely care about their guests, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Mr. Naja and Ibu, for making our stay so memorable.

L’établissement en lui même est très très propre, tout est impeccable, la climatisation fonctionne très bien, il y a tout plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur micro-ondes, un appareil adapté avec de l’eau chaude et froide pour boire en toute sécurité, la salle de bain est très sympa avec tous ce qu’il faut, Naja et sa femme ont étaient d’une gentillesse extraordinaire, aux petits soins avec nous, très attentionné, toujours prêt à aider! Ils nous ont trouvés des masseuses à un prix battant toute concurrence, tellement pas cher que maintenant nous sommes choqués par les prix demandés! Ils peuvent tout avoir et sont super gentils allez y vous ne serez pas déçu! Nous reviendrons les voir avec grand plaisir

A nice villa in a village very close to Ubud (Grab works very well) with the most amazing hosts. Naja will give you the most authenic Bali experience as he also acts as a driver if you need him. His English is perfect, so he will also tell you about his temple, his life and challenges, and everything about Bali. His wife and family will cook you breakfast and clean the villa with a smile.

C'est le propriétaire qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport Pendant le trajet nous lui avons demandé de s'arrêter pour que l'on puisse acheter une carte SIM indonésienne (ce qu'il a fait avec plaisir) en arrivant à la villa, il nous ouvert cette sublime villa avec tous ce qu'il faut une boisson offerte pour la bienvenue j'avais réservé un scooter (il nous attendait :-)) Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place car avec ma femme nous aimons découvrir des breakfasts dans des coins insolites Super séjour Sa femme et lui même sont très gentils comme la plus part des indonésiens c'est notre deuxième voyage sur Bali et on y retournera c'est sur

Отдыхали в апреле 2026 на вилле с 2 спальнями. Отличная вилла в тихом месте, есть абсолютно все необходимое без исключения. По расположению очень удобно, 10-15 минут до центра. Но вместе с тем, очень уютно и тихо. Наилучшим украшением этой виллы однозначно есть их собственники - Наджа и Ленни ( и конечно же вся их семья). Нас окружили неимоверной заботой с первого до последнего дня. Вам доступен любой трансфер от Наджи в самые интересные места Убуда и не только. Ленни готовила отличные разнообразные завтраки, уборка выше всяких похвал! Благодаря Надже мы увидели все самое интересное. Отдельное спасибо им за возможность посетить церемонию в храме. Это незабываемые впечатления на всю нашу жизнь. Всем рекомендую. И огромное спасибо семье Наджи, вы невероятные люди!

A beautiful villa based on their traditional houses. Beautifully lain out, amazing pool, close to everything, with the owner and his wife being perfect hosts and being very attentive and very friendly. Would recommend

The villa was a dream 😍😍 We were 3 people who stayed in the villa and it was perfect. The place was really clean and very modern. There was a pool as soon as you enter, 2 rooms on either sides and an open kitchen which was amazing. The villa has been decorated with a lot of thought and it was a perfect blend of culture and modern vibe! The host (Naja and his wife Nyoman) live right next doors so they are very quick and helping and responding to your messages. Naja was really helpful! The first day after check in we were really hungry so he took us to a very good Indonesian restaurant and offered to pick us up as well! He has a book in the villa that has details of all the attractions. The explained to us a lot about the Indonesian culture. Nyoman (his wife) came every day to make breakfast and made whatever we wanted from their menu. She was really sweet and always smiling. On our last day she also brought some Indonesian snacks to try. In addition, she also provides cooking classes!! She came to the villa and taught us how to make Indonesian dishes. They also store luggage if needed. The pool in the villa was really beautiful as well. I took a lot of videos but couldn’t upload them. The villa looks exactly like the pictures.

Det var perfekt til to mennesker og virkelig dejligt køkken med alt man skulle bruge. Sengen var perfekt og gav udsigt ud til den dejlige - og store - pool. Beliggenheden var super og værterne tilbød at leje os en scooter så vi nemt og hurtigt kunne komme omkring. Alt i alt en virkelig godt oplevelse.

The team is very friendly and very available. For the first night, they gave us a drive to a restaurant, because we were tired. Amazing Breakfast!! I recomand

Great location just a few minutes from centre of Ubud but very quiet neighbourhood (you can really only hear the “wildlife”), great facilities (we loved the pool and common space), cleanliness, the host and his wife were super friendly, kind and helpful (whenever we texted they would bring us water and answer all our questions). The vila looks exactly as on the photos !!

Yummy and fresh breakfast prepared by the host at our villa’s kitchen every morning. Naja, the owner was very kind, responsive of our requests and generous of sharing the Indonesian and Balinese tradition and culture (including his private space and temple) as he toured us around so we learned a lot!

Great atmosphere and loved our pool surrounds. Naja and his wife were so helpful. Loved the breakfast each morning!

A big thank you to Naja and Leni for showing us the most amazing hospitality! Leni and her sister prepared breakfast for us each morning - fresh fruits and smoothies for a great start to each day. The whole villa is beautiful and we enjoyed using the private pool. It's also in a great location being in the centre of Bali - great for day trips.

Die Villa besteht aus zwei Bungalows mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. In der Mitte der Bungalows ist eine überdachte, Küchenzeile. Der Kühlschrank ist ziemlich praktisch. Vor der Küchenzeile ist ein privates Schwimmbecken. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super, es ist sauber, die Betten sind bequem und die Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Aufenthalt wird uns in angenehmer Erinnerung bleiben.

Das Frühstück macht die Familie direkt in der Küchenzeile. Es war etwas störend, weil man dann nicht wusste ein mit sich, außer im Zimmer zu bleiben. Man konnte entsprechend auch nicht noch verschlafen im Pyjama oder Unterwäsche aus dem Zimmer stolpern. Das hat mich persönlich gestört, weil ich mich nach unseren beiden Kindern erst zum Schluss fertig machen kann, was sich als schwierig gestaltet, wenn die Sachen auf zwei Zimmern verteilt sind und man nicht hin und her laufen kann. Am ersten Tag wurde nach der Zubereitung des Frühstücks auch noch geputzt. D.h. nackig mit Sonnencreme einschmieren und dann zum Ausflug bereit machen, war auch etwas komprimiert. Die Lage des Hotels war auch weit ab vom Schuss, aber mit Grab ging die Hürde gut zu überwinden.

Naja and his wife were truly the highlight of our trip! From the very first moment, they welcomed us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt at home. We learned so much about Balinese culture through our conversations with them, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. They not only cooked the most delicious homemade meals for us, but also invited us to join local ceremonies, giving us a unique glimpse into hindus traditions. Naja also drove us during our stay in Ubud, and choosing him was without a doubt the best decision we made. His guidance and knowledge made every journey special, and we felt safe and well taken care of at all times. The villa itself was simply wonderful—spotlessly clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. Every little detail was clearly done with so much love, making the place feel magical. Es tal i com surt a les fotos. Es de mena tot exterior, a part de les habitacions no hi ha cap sala tancada. Cap soroll ni de dia ni de nit, nomes animals de camp.

Els espais per caminar són justos, sobre tot si plou. Manquen una pica o prestatgeries als lavabos per deixar les coses. Per seure nomes hi ha cadires, es troba a faltar un sofà o similar. Es troba en un carrer bastant secundari.

We had a wonderful stay in Naja's villa. Naja picked us up from the airport and also gave us plenty of recommendations and took us on day trips. The villa is super nice, the bed is comfortable, the pool is amazing, the kitchen outside is well equipped. We loved the breakfast everyday with fresh fruits and Naja's wife prepared everything fresh every day. Whatever we needed they helped us get. Absolutely recommenced.

We had the most incredible stay at this villa in Ubud! From the moment we arrived, Leni greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The private pool was spotless and perfect for a morning dip or a relaxing evening under the stars. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated in Balinese style, and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was freshly prepared by Lenu and Leni’s Sister every morning and served right at the villa. Fresh tropical fruits, delicious dishes, and the best Balinese coffee to start the day — They also prepared wonderful local food in the villa for us ! what more could I ask for? Location-wise, the villa offers the best of both worlds: tucked away enough to feel secluded and tranquil, but just a short drive from Ubud’s main attractions like the Monkey Forest, rice terraces, and local markets. Naja, Leni, Leni’s Sister were absolute stars — attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Their recommendations were spot-on every time. All in all, this villa gave us not just a place to stay, but a truly memorable experience. We left feeling recharged, inspired, and already dreaming about coming back. The property was stunning and felt secluded from others around. The pool was lovely and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind throughout the whole stay. Breakfast was freshly cooked in front of us every morning. Whatever question we had they would endeavour to find out the answer if they didn’t already know. Fabulous hosts and a fabulous place to stay, couldn’t recommend it more.

Loved how quiet and peaceful the villa was. Was a little out of town but so easy to book taxi or bike.

I liked how it was off the main drag. No street noise, no scooters, no hustle and bustle. Rural outlook. Clean! Tidy and well maintained. The breakfast. Naja drove us around and gave us a locals perspective on Bali.

The funny wood bugs but that can’t be helped haha. I knew what I was getting myself in for when I booked in Ubud.

The villa is very well equipped with everything you need, everything is very clean and organized, it has a good location near the center. What I think makes the place more special is the owner Naja, who is always attentive to what you need. He offers breakfasts prepared in the villa with fresh ingredients every morning. If it's your first time in Ubud and you want to experience some of the real Bali, Naja is the right person. He always offers more local and quieter alternatives than the popular Instagram spots and he can drive you around.

This property was very nice. It is rainy season so we weren't able to use the pool but we enjoyed the property and were comfortable. The hosts were incredible to us. They cooked us an amazing breakfast and then took us to tour Ubud. I can't say more amazing things about Naja. We had a wonderful time.

Naja and Leni are the best hosts! They live nearby and came to make us a beautiful breakfast everyday, arranged a guide to hike Mt Batur for sunrise (one of our best experiences in Bali) and were always happy to help and advise. . They were the most helpful and accommodating people we stayed with a huge trip around Asia. Such lovely people.

We liked everything. There are roosters nearby and a Gecko you can sometimes hear at night. It didn't bother us at all but might not be for everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa and Naja and his wife Ni were fabulous hosts. Having read previous reviews I had communicated prior our arrival and arranged a pick up from our hotel, already combined with a tour before arriving at the beautiful Villa. Naja was amazing and explained everything well to us. It was fantastic to learn about Balinese life including a trip to the local temple. The hospitality could not have been better! Breakfast was prepared for us beautifully and we also enjoyed a floating breakfast experience. Ni cooked an evening meal for us which was DELICIOUS! I can't recommend this stay enough. It has been a true gem. Thank you Naja and Ni 😊

Naja and his wife are amazing hosts! Super kind, friendly and atentive. Naja picked us up from the airport, rented us a scooter, recommended plans, explained a lot about culture and traditions... It was a great experience. The villa is beautiful and peaceful, really well located. We would repeat with them anytime!

It has way too many geckos INSIDE the villa very noisy at night i had trouble sleeping as it was traumatising, we informed the host but she said it is normal!

Naja and his wife are wonderful hosts. They come and cook you breakfast each morning. So lovely. There is a wonderful coffee shop and massage place close by.

Traffic in ubud is disastrous now. Accommodation wonderful, but ubud is crazy now.

Nice quiet location with a lovely feel to the whole property. Compact but green. Large clean rooms with a nice pool and deck in the middle. Think my kids spent their entire time at the villa in the pool!! And Naja and his family were most helpful, knowledgeable and great hosts.

The owner have a wonderfull attitude to us. He helped with everything and also prepare for us a dinner, which was absolutely great. We recommend this accomodation after arrive in Denpasar and we will come back if we flight to Bali again.

Lovely private villa with all you need - we stayed 4 nights. Very quiet apart from some of the wildlife noise ( and the thunder we had!). Naja was a great host - friendly and helpful. He took us around Ubud one day on a trip for a very reasonable price. It is a little far from town but easy to get taxi/ grab and we did walk it one day. Matur suksma! This is the best villa ever. If you're looking for something luxurious, this is it. It's so beautiful and comfortable with kitchen, gazebo, lounge chairs, and a small pool. You get your own garden area which is so peaceful to sit in and listen to the pool fountain or watch the rain. The room is huge but air conditioning cools the whole place, and the bed is amazing and comfortable. We slept so well here. Naja and his wife Leni are the most hospitable hosts you'll ever meet and Naja can help you plan tours or even take you himself if he's available (and he is a great driver, which you need in Bali lol). We were so lucky to get 2 nights here and we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can - it's very popular so get in if you see an opening!

If you look for a quiet place (just nature noise) with reasonable distance to Ubud center (4km or 45 min walk), great hospitality (getting to know a Balinese family and their house), a villa with private pool, kitchen - this is your place! We particularly liked the hospitality of our host Naja and his wife Leni. Leni is preparing your breakfast every morning including fresh fruits from their own garden, fruit shakes, eggs, banana pancakes- delicious! The family assists you with every need.
