طلب الإكراميات !!! ( الشحاته داخل الفندق ) التعامل مع السعودي علي انه بنك متنقل وليس نزيل فندق له كامل الحقوق التي تم دفعها مسبقا أثناء الحجز

صوت الديسكو يصل للغرف لعدم وجود عوازل الموظفين غير مرحبين عدم مساعده النزيل في ايجاد سياره لاخذه الي المطار وعدم المساعده على ايجاد او محاوله ايجاد سياره للنزيل المطعم قديم والإفطار سي لن اسكن فيه مره اخراً ابد ولا انصح به احد النت يفصل وكل مره سوف نصلح العطل ولا يفعلون شي ولا انصح فيه دفعت مبلغ ولم اجد الراحه السويت عادي لا شي فيه جميل

The room was clean, good shower, laundry line, tv, good lighting optiins in room. Flexible checkin times. Staff face to face appeared to want to be accomodating.

Wifi was slow and spotty, difficulty communicating with staff for simple things like wifi password, room service, etc. It was ramadan so we inquired about restaurant availability, we were told it was open 24/7. However I called 3 different times in the morning for food and was given a different time the restaurant was open- later and later each time. The front desk ordered random food for me without my knowledge or asking- which i was allergic to so we left for the day without having eaten. This could have been avoided had we been told the truth upon asking about the restaurant hours at our arrival so we could have purchased food in advance for the morning. We also delayed our plans forbl the day waiting for the restaurant to open- really created a hassel. Also, times are not listed anywhere for restaurant, room service or check out. The staff has high surveillance as well, so you feel like youre being watched at all times. This hotel is not english accomodating.

Location and the comfort of the room

The price is a-bit not reasonable if you compare to the facilities that hotel has , beside all foreigners who booked through booking.com must pay by US Dollar even outside currency change much higher then they just follow bank rate .. advice take your foreign currency n pay to them

The rooms are clean and luxury furniture and the stuff were helpful and supporting.

The hotel is located on very busy roads and extremely loud noise from the street. It affects your sleeping comfortably. The other side of the hotel is also affecting by the noise from the night club which stays until 6:00 in the morning. I wouldn't advice it if you're looking for quite rooms and easy access location.

Honestly nothing to be noted as a like. We simply liked nothing and we were prisoners because we paid upfront. Maybe the rooms had some original old taste, but doesn't make it up for the amount of disappointments and shortcomings

To start with check in, the receptionist insisted on seeing proof of marriage while I was travelling with my wife and child. I found that insulting. That was only the beginning of a nightmare The hotel is just in front of massive traffic: expect immense noise anytime of the day and night. On top of this, the same building has a disco club. One can enter via an internal door. So noise is permanent. Location is poor. We thought it would be downtown, but this is miserably located. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned, after the hotel skipped a full day without cleaning The breakfast is a joke. And we paid considerable amount of money, thinking this is a 4 stars hotel. There were better offers but we were fooled. Just avoid this place...more or less 1-2 star or pension hotel.

The hotel has an attached night club to it which is extremely loud, you can feel the base in the second floor. Falling asleep can be quite difficult
