Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Todo en general, es un sitio muy agradable, las camas son muy cómodas. El personal te hace la estancia muy fácil. La cocina es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario.
La habitación en la que estuve es pequeña para 12 camas y por otra parte el hecho de compartir con peregrinos no me gustó por los horarios que ellos llevan, mucho ruido y movimiento desde muy temprano y aún teniendo consigna debajo de las camas las dejaban fuera junto con las botas. Esto no es cuestión del Hostel porque disponen de espacio para ello otra cosa es que no lo hacen por lo que el olor en la habitación era insufrible.

체크인 시간이 조금 오래걸렸고 세탁할 수 있는 공간이 따로 없어서 아쉬웠다. 그 외 나머지는 좋았음.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and she worked incredibly quickly, especially since everyone wanted to check in at the same time. The place itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The beds were also very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Te toman una tarjeta de crédito como garantía, algo extraño en los hostel. Posteriormente te prohíben lavar la ropa en las instalaciones, cuando en los albergues de El Camino De Santiago es algo habitual. La multa es de 50€ Eso sí, te mandan a una lavandería, que debe ser del mismo dueño, para que te gastes 10€ más. Me parece poco ético, porque nadie te puede prohibir que laves una camiseta o la ropa interior en un Albergue donde el 90% de los huéspedes son peregrinos.

Reception was mostly closed and its a strange policy of a hostel keeping security deposit, though it was returned but i have never given my card details in any of the hostels i have stayed in, plus no one is there at the reception ever, and all the rooms have same codes, so no security!

La cama es cómoda, la cocina estaba limpia y resultó muy útil y los compañeros de habitación que me tocaron fueron muy respetuosos. Por el precio está más que genial.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The place is close to everything you want really. Its overall quiet and very clean. I stayed in an all female room for the first time, which was also a nice experience. There is 6 bunks and one large bathroom for these 6 people, which also is much nicer than sharing with 40 people:) For the price it was also great value. Each bunk has its own drawer with bedsheets, blanket and towels. More feels like a hotel than a hostel. There is also a little sitting area and a nice little bar in the hostel. I really enjoyed my stay and can 100% recommend it.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Su ubicacion junto a la catedral y centro histórico de la ciudad. Es un hostel válido para viajes de pareja y solo para visitas turísticas. Usar una clave para entrar a cualquier hora es muy útil.
Yo caminaba a Santiago y este hostel como otros que no son exclusivos para peregrinos con credencial no sioguen criterios de descanso estrictos y válidos para esta actividad. Hay personas que viajan y se alojan por otras razones, que no tienen siempre en cuenta el descanso de los que caminan a Santiago. Ruido a altas horas de la nochce, gente que entra, sale, en fin, no para un descanso sereno. Instalaciones del dormitorio justas y no cómodas, Ajustadas en cantidad. Zonas comunes elegentaes pero poco cómodas y algo desordenadas.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Lo mejor es la ubicación y la amabilidad del tipo de gente que se hospeda en el hotel.
Lo peor fue la atención de la gerente del hostal, una latina sin ninguna educación que cuando llamé por teléfono me atendió con una BORDERÍA impresionante y no me quiso dar el código de acceso (se supone que te lo tienen que dar cuando llegas antes de las 14h). No cogió el móvil cuando la llamé (te facilitan ellos mismos el teléfono de whatsapp para contactar) y tras insistir cuando por fin me lo coge, me miente diciendo que nunca había llamado cuando tenía la llamada sin respuesta registrada y no me quiere dar el código de acceso, diciéndome que para qué lo quiero, que ya está abierta la recepción porque son las 14h y que no lo necesito. Faltaba un cuarto de hora para las 14h y tuve que esperar con todo el peso de mi mochila y equipaje porque esta señora no quiso ayudar y hacer su trabajo. La chica de la recepción fue muy simpática, pero su jefa latina (no sé cómo se llama) no tiene ninguna amabilidad ni respeto por los viajeros y si necesitas contactarla por whatsapp, te contesta borde, de mala gana y no te ayuda, como si le debieras algo. Quise poner una hoja de reclamación por el pésimo trato que me dio, pero la chica de la recepción no me quiso facilitar más datos de su jefe superior, imagino que por miedo a las represalias. Que aprenda a gestionar el servicio de atención al cliente, que se supone que es gerente de ese hostal. Que aprenda a tener formas, empatía, ganas de ayudar y amabilidad.

직원불친절. .오픈 시간에 맞춰서 도착을 했고 6인실 도미토리 방 배정시 1층 베드가 분명 하나 남았는데 2층을 주길래 1층 비어있으니 이 베드로 달라했더니 단칼 거절한다. 28킬로 걸어와서 피곤한데다가 실랑이 벌이고 싶지 않아서 2층 시트지 깔고 외출했다가 돌아오니 뜬금 없이 1층 베드 바꾸겠냐고. .ok했다. 그리고 저녁 9시가 되어서야 도착한 사람이 2층 베드를 쓰게 되었다. 1층 비워두고 9시에 치크인 하는 그사람에게 줬다면 컴플레인 엄청 했을 거다! 직원들은 합리적으로 공평하게 손님들 대해야한다! 순례자들은 이 숙소 비추천. 6시가 넘도록 아무도 안일어나서 방이 깜깜해서 늦잠 잤다.

Un solo bagno per 6 o 8 persone. Doccia, water e lavandino insieme, quindi se uno si faceva la doccia non si poteva andare in bagno o lavarsi i denti. Poco spazio per stendere i panni lavati. Hospitalero poco gentile. Ho chiesto se conosceva l'orario della messa e mi ha risposto in modo scocciato che quello è un albergues privato, per tutti e non solo per pellegrini. Ha anche aggiunto che lui non è credente, quindi sono comunque informazioni che non lo riguardano. Errore mio che ancora non conoscevo la differenza e pensavo che gli albergues fossero tutti per pellegrini sul cammino di Santiago.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Really decent location just outside of the old town. Very clean rooms with a welcoming set of staff to greet you as you arrive. I really appreciated the build quality of the beds for it meant people could come in at all hours and not disturb people with their pre-sleep rituals. Lockers were provided by the hostel which were spacious, enough for an entire 55l backpack and more. Study construction, felt safe putting valuables away.
There is not anything I didn't like about my stay, the staff were friendly, approachable, informed and supportive. I would very much recommend staying here if you are passing through Logrono.
