We liked the stuff, they were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was great as it's close to the beach, just few minutes away on foot. Breakfast was the same every day but was delicious. You could choose between omelet or fried eggs each morning.

Our room and bathroom was a bit disappointing. After reviewing ratings from this property I expect more but they obviously rated apartments with balcony. We had just a room with the bathroom and it wasn't good value for money. Everything was old, it looked like it wasn't refurbished for 30 years tbh. There were no images of the rooms we had when we booked the room, and after arrival we were disappointed. A/C was old too and loud.

A wonderful stay, especially thanks to the owner’s kindness and willingness to help. From the very first minute, she explained everything to us in a very clear and simple way, with great attention to detail, and made us feel very comfortable. She also gave us access to a beautiful beach and was always attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, they were very, very kind and attentive. Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The beach is great. The bus stop is right outside the complex. There are shops and cafés nearby.

The room is not very large, with a good bedroom but a small kitchen. However, it has everything you need. Don’t expect much of a view from the window — just something to keep in mind if that is important to you.

The location was perfect, and the owners were super warm, polite, and helpful. The whole place had a very cozy atmosphere and genuinely felt like home. The hosts were always happy to help with anything I needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It was also very good value for money. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Kitchen need some improvements. Sink and tap to be changed and maybe add big mugs for big coffie/tea drinkers. Also to have a broom would change lot.

Virginie y su familia fueron muy amables y nos dieron una cálida bienvenida. La habitación tiene tanto aire como ventilador de techo, estaba limpia y tenía todos los utensilios para cocinar y comer allí.

Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos de la playa de Cote d Or, una playa espectacular, cerca de supermercado y de restaurantes y take away.Buen desayuno, con fruta, tostadas, cafe y huevos o tortilla hecha al momento. El entorno es muy bonito. Habitaciones espaciosas.

Falta un cartel en la entrada a la propiedad, porque nos resultó un poco complicado encontrar la casa. En el camino de entrada hasta las habitaciones por la noche falta un poco más de iluminación. El cuarto de baño está para una reforma.

Camera spaziosa, era un bilocale con cucina attrezzata e balcone vista giardino tropicale, colazione abbondante e ben servita. Abbiamo potuto tenere la camera fino alle 17 il giorno del check out. Molto gentili.

La frutta della colazione avrebbe potuto essere più tropicale. Bisognava lasciare le chiavi della camera se volevo che venisse pulita. No chiavi, no pulizia.

Struttura basica e un po’ datata

Obiekt z pięknym, zadbanym ogrodem. Na ogromne wyróżnienie zasługuje przemiła Pani obsługująca śniadania i dbająca o czystość, zawsze pomocna i udzielająca wyczerpujących odpowiedzi na każde pytanie. Dużym plusem jest bliskość przystanku autobusowego, choć niestety autobusy jeżdżą bez większego ładu, więc trzeba uzbroić się w cierpliwość. Do oceanu jest całkiem blisko, ale dojście prowadzi przez teren innego obiektu.

Pierwszy zgrzyt pojawił się już przy płatności gotówką- właścicielka rzekomo przez pomyłkę prawie mnie oszukała tłumacząc, że banknot 50 rupii seszelskich i 100 euro ma podobny kolor. Po 15 godzinach podróży naprawdę niewiele brakowało, a zostałabym poważnie oszukana. Ogromnym minusem była również łazienka- ciśnienie pod prysznicem było fatalne, mimo kilkukrotnego zgłaszania problemu nic się nie zmieniło. Na ciepłą wodę również trzeba było długo czekać, zanim zaczęła choćby kapać. Sam pokój i łazienka również wymagają zdecydowanego remontu. System oświetlenia w pokoju to jakiś żart projektanta. Śniadania przez 5 dni były dokładnie takie same, z jedyną różnicą w postaci możliwości wyboru formy przyrządzenia jajek. Jak na cenę, którą zapłaciliśmy, oczekiwałam zdecydowanie wyższego standardu i większej różnorodności. Po zachodzie słońca w okolicach obiektu jak i na terenie samego obiektu panują grobowe ciemności- bez latarki choćby w telefonie ani rusz.

We liked the garden. The personal is very friendly and the parking lot is spacious.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Even tough we were very careful with the windows and doors we had ants, bugs, spiders.

Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Nach dem Duschen war ein Teil des Badezimmers geflutet. Die Küche samt Ausstattung könnte ein kleines Upgrade gebrauchen.

The staff was friendly. We were told that we did not have breakfast inkluded. When I went through our booking a day later, I found out we had, and it was corrected.

It is more worn out than the pictures show. The aircondition made so much noise that we could not sleep from it. Apparantly you are supponer to leave your key if you want cleaning. Nobody told us, and it was first on day 3 when there was sand all over and we really needed it and asked for it, that we found out.

L'appartement correspond à l'annonce. L'accueil par Dana est très chaleureux.On se croirait à la maison. Dana, c'est la gentillesse incarnée qui répond à toutes nos interrogations à propos de son île. Tout près, il y a de très bons take away.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Praslin. The location is fantastic, set in a beautiful and spacious tropical garden. From our balcony, we even had a lovely view of the giant tortoises at the neighboring hotel, which was a special experience. The service was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was perfect. The beach is only a short walk away, and along the way there are shops, restaurants, and takeaway places, making the location very convenient. There is also a bus stop right in front of the villa, which made it easy to explore the island. If we return to Praslin in the future, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Posizione ottima, pochi minuti a piedi da Anse Volbert, negozi e ristoranti.

Abbiamo prenotato un monolocale standard, molto differente dagli appartamenti garden view e ci sta, vista la differenza di prezzo. L' appartamento viene pulito in modo approssimativo. La cucina non è decisamente pulita e in generale è tutto molto tirato via. Non ci formalizziamo per questo, perché l' importante sono letto, doccia e aria condizionata però un po' più di cura non guasterebbe. Inoltre non rispondono mai, né su Booking né al telefono.

L'exposition au soleil de la chambre 1, même la climatisation à fond, il est intenable et étouffant de rester dans la chambre. Le soir c'est acceptable heureusement. Si on revient ça ne sera pas dans cette chambre. On a connu mieux dans ce quartier. Les chambres deluxe sont d'une qualité bien au dessus

Le lieu est magnifique et très bien entretenu par le personnel. L’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à la plage et dans le centre à pied.

Quietness and greenery of the area. Nice outdoor space/veranda. Close to beach, shops and take aways by passing through a shortcut via a nearby hotel. Special mention to the great staff who was always there to help (we don’t know his name, but this gentleman was around 24/7 to assist guests and helped a lot to reduce the mould smell, providing a missing cooking gear, Wi-Fi, etc - thank you so much, sir!).

The smell of mould and huge amounts of humidity everywhere in the apartment, especially in the bedroom and in the kitchenette, including in the drawers and furniture. Lots of mosquitos. Maybe in the high/dry season it’s better. Not much space to dry wet towels/swimming suits.

lokalita je vynikajúca, pár minút chôdze na nádhernú pláž, hneď oproti stojí autobus, autopožičovňa 2 minúty chôdze, možnosti parkovania v areáli, pani domáca urobí rezervácia na pláž Anse

Komáre sú všade, či je noc či je deň, večer sa von nedá sedieť na sedačkách, komáre boli aj v izbe. Ľudia v susedných zariadeniach však tvrdili, že oni žiadne komáre nemajú. Otrasne mäkký madrac, na tých posteliach sa nedá spať, nevyspal som sa ani jednu noc, neskutočne ma bolel chrbát, ten madrac je tak vyležaný ako by mal 25 rokov, každé otočenie na posteli sprevádza neskutočný vrzgot.. v sprche by bolo vyčistiť odtok, išiel z neho neskutoný zápach. Záchod nedokázal spláchnuť !!! Raňajky každý deň tie isté, trocha ovocia a vajcia, bez zeleniny, bez kečupu, suchá praženica.. a tea or coffee ak sa to dá nazvať kávou..

We were supposedly "upgraded", but looking at the photos of the room I originally booked, it didn't feel like an upgrade at all. The shower tray was in terrible shape, and the sink faucet had barely any water pressure. The bathroom window faced the office hallway, and weirdly enough, closing it seemed to let in more mosquitoes than leaving it open. The lighting in the room definitely needs improvement—just adding a small bedside lamp would have made the ambiance much better. Also, even though the room was huge, the fridge was placed right next to the bed on top of the nightstand. As for breakfast, it was decent, but the portions were a bit tight, and the breakfast area desperately needed fans on hotter days

Stanza sporca, quantità di insetti infinita: avevamo 3 ragni e 1 geko dentro la stanza. L'acqua calda arrivava solo a volte e la stanza era vecchia, rapporto qualità/prezzo è il peggiore del nostro viaggio alle seychelles, con questo budget troverete strutture di gran lunga migliori!

Un accueil et une attention pour chacun au top. L’emplacement est super, on peut faire plein de choses à pied. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses et la literie confortable.

Aucune pression d’eau à la douche ! Un enfer pour se rein et les cheveux et l’eau chaude est aléatoire. La chasse d’eau a fonctionné très mal tout le séjour malgré les interventions multiples du personnel…

Un emplacement parfait à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants, un accueil chaleureux et un logement spacieux avec dressing. Une parenthèse dépaysante !

Quelques points pourraient être améliorés : le petit déjeuner, qui pourrait être plus qualitatif

Minden tetszett abszolút ajánlott ár érték arányban. A reggelit lehetne bővíteni, változatossá tenni ,de a napot el indítani elég ez is természetesen. Köszönjük hogy itt lehettünk!

Pohodlné pokoje s výhledem na obří želvy, v korunách stromů spousta barevných ptáků, nádhera. Veškerý personál byl neuvěřitelně milý a zvláště paní majitelka, která nám velmi ochotně pomohla s řešením problémů s kufry, které nám nedorazily na Seychelly. Dokonce volala i do našeho nového ubytování, aby věděli, že tam mají čekat na kufr z letiště. Úžasná dáma, moc za vše děkujeme. Rozhodně doporučujeme ubytování v tomto zařízení.

Huoneisto puutarhanäköalalla oli loistava! Todella tilava, siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu - siellä olisi viihtynyt pidempäänkin. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen - pilkottuja hedelmiä, mehua, kahvia, teetä, paahtoleipää ja kananmunia valmistettuna toivomalla tavalla. Henkilökunta ja erityisesti paikan omistaja oli erittäin ystävällinen ja pyrki auttamaan meitä parhaansa mukaan kun yksi seurueestamme sairastui. Majoitus on kävelymatkan päässä lähimmältä rannalta, autolla on helppo liikkua myös muualle saarella. Autolle löytyy parkkipaikka hotellin pihasta.

Pienemmässä kahden hengen huoneessa oli muutamia pieniä korjausta vaativia asioita, mutta ei mitään mikä olisi haitannut majoitusta. Tämäkin huone oli hyvin toimiva ja riittävän tilava kahden nuoren majoittamiseen.

Buongiorno, purtroppo non posso fare una buona recensione per il mio soggiorno a Villa Rafia. So cosa è la colazione continentale. Questo è quello che booking dice” colazione favolosa” li elenco pane, prodotti da forno, burro, formaggio, uova ,frutta ,marmellata e cereali ,the ,caffe ,succo di frutta. Io mi sono regolato con questa descrizione nel fare la prenotazione. Il primo giorno ha portato succo di frutta tre fette di pan carrè un cucchiaino da caffe di burro e marmellata, una frittata 3 pezzetti di frutta caffe e latte. Il giorno dopo ho chiesto se era possibile avere lo yogurt mi ha risposto di no poi ho chiesto se era possibile sostituire la frittata con i wuestel e mi ha risposto di no. Vicino alla sala della colazione c'era il dosatore di cereali ma era vuoto, questo e quello che abbiamo ricevuto per il periodo del soggiorno e sinceramente colazione favolosa non corrisponde. Il primo giorno e il secondo dal rubinetto del lavandino scorreva pochissima acqua; per quanto riguarda i prodotti da bagno c'era solo una piccola saponetta mancava lo sciampo e la crema per il corpo.Distinti saluti

Great location close to the beach and super helpful and personable staff. The landscaping was also very nice.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und hat uns Tipps für die Insel gegeben, ein Taxi gebucht etc. Es gab jeden Morgen leckeres Frühstück mit frischen Säften und Früchten.

Nichts, wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Заселили сразу по прибытию, очень скромные завтраки, на море ходила через отель рядом- но моря не было хорошим - отливы и много травы и мусора.

Il giardino esterno è meraviglioso, ben curato e caratteristico. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento “garden view” ed era molto bello, grande, accogliente e luminoso. Il Wi-Fi funziona benissimo e anche l’aria condizionata. La posizione è comoda e vicina alla spiaggia, take away, ristoranti e supermercati. Noi avevamo l’auto e disponeva di un grande parcheggio, in ogni caso la fermata dell’autobus era subito fuori dalla Villa. La colazione era molto buona e il personale adorabile. Justin e Virginie sono stati gentilissimi con noi, sono davvero delle belle persone. Consigliamo molto la struttura.

Очень приветливые сотрудники. Хороший завтрак. Красивая территория. В комнате есть чайник и холодильник. При заезде дали важную информацию по острову. Близко к пляжу, в пешей доступности take away и маркет.

Не было напора в раковине в ванной. Мебель старовата. В номере не было пляжных полотенец, но если попросить, дадут. Это уже не минус объекту, но важно учитывать: много комаров. Пляж Анс Вольбер находится близко, но в марте был усеян водорослям, мелководье.

Vialetto non adatto a portare valigie, se si hanno valige pesanti diventa difficile e faticoso.

La posizione vicina alla spiaggia, la comodità dell’appartamento provvisto di tutto il necessario e il personale gentile.

Colazione ripetitiva e caos con le chiavi. Per quattro mattine la colazione è stata un piatto di frutta, delle fette di pane con la marmellata ed eventualmente delle uova. Se volevi che ti pulissero la camera dovevi lasciare le chiavi alla reception, così abbiamo fatto. Al nostro rientro, alle 18:30 siamo andati a recuperarle alla reception ma non erano presenti. Siamo stati mezz’ora sotto il diluvio a tentare di chiamare tre diversi numeri per ricevere aiuto, una decina di chiamate senza risposta. Sono andato a bussare di persona in una casa poco distante dalla struttura principale e fortunatamente poi i proprietari sono stati avvisati e abbiamo risolto. La colpa non è stata loro ma di altri ospiti che avevano preso le nostre chiavi. Forse però un numero attivo che possa aiutare gli ospiti in maniera più celere sarebbe opportuno.

Es gab viele Tiere, kleine Spinnen und Geckos waren immer wieder in den Zimmern. Wer damit zurecht kommt, für den ist die Unterkunft echt top.
