洗濯機がないのがとてもとても不便だった。 5人部屋はせまい。 ソファーベッドの倒し方が分からず、大変だった。 クーラーから異音が夜中ずっとなってて、眠れなかった。 髪の毛が落ちていたから、不衛生に感じた。 トイレの床も綺麗に掃除されていなかった。臭いも気になった。

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026まず立地環境が素晴らしく、駅近で梅田やＵＳＪからも近くて、移動がめちゃくちゃ楽チンでした。 お部屋も隅々まで掃除が行き届いていて、すごく綺麗で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 独立したトイレや洗面所などの間取りや充実した設備も最高で、ずっと住みたいくらいでした。
１Ｆにあるコインランドリーが２３時までだったので、２４時間営業か部屋に洗濯機があればなお良かったです。 というのもタオル類が人数×１日分しか用意されてないので、足りなくなってしまったからです。

洗面、脱衣所に洗濯機置場があったのですが(洗濯機自体はありません)、排水溝の蓋がなく水が見えている状態で、そこから下水のくさい臭いがずっとしていてとても不快でした。 洗面の鏡も汚れており、ベッド横の床には長い髪の毛が落ちていました。 立地は最高に良いが、清潔面には欠ける印象ですので綺麗好きな方はホテルの方がオススメです。

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Self ceck in fatto senza problemi, la posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione ed a ristoranti e kombini e una lavanderia automatica sotto l'hotel. La stanza molto minimal, ottima la soluzione di uno spazio per i bagagli in camera. Un piccolo dettaglio che mi sarebbe piaciuto, è una piccola luce da utilizzare la sera, vicino al letto, invece di dover tenere accesa la luce grande.

Fino a 3 persone penso si stia belli comodi, noi eravamo in 4 (il quarto letto era il divano/futon) e direi che si comincia a stare strettini.

The fact there were no drinking glasses, not enough hooks for hanging towels, no bench or shelves for toiletries. The other helpful thing would be to give simple detailed instructions or have a map prior to arrival showing location from the station.

パジャマが無かった。完全に確認不足でした。 ゴミの分別は良いが、ゴミ箱がもう少し大きいと良いかも。 受け付けの方法が私は好きでは無いです

Reviewed May 5, 2026わからないことを電話で問い合わせることができました。USJに行く目的の旅行だったので、近くて安くてよかったです。近くにスーパーやコンビニ、居酒屋、ラーメン屋などがあるので、食事にも困りませんでした。雨で濡れた靴をコインランドリーで乾かすことができたのも助かりました。 部屋もきれいで、また使いたいと思いました。
チェックイン前に荷物を、チェーンを付けて置いておくことができるのですが、チェーンをかけて固定する柱などがなく、2つのキャリーケースをつなげて無人のロビーに置くだけなのが少し不安でした。防犯カメラはありますが… 簡単な食器やフライパンなどがありますが、お皿が少し汚れていました。前の使用者の洗い残しだと思います。清掃の際に交換や洗うことはないのだなと思いました。なので、使う人は一度洗ってから使ったほうがよいと思います。

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026La ubicación es excelente, sobre todo para ir a universal. Apartamento muy amplio con camas cómodas y cocina bastante completa. Pudimos secar la ropa tras lavarla con el sistema que tenía el baño de secado que nos pareció algo suuuper positivo a tener en cuenta.
Le faltaba algo de limpieza, tuvimos que mover las camas para juntarlas todas y que los niños no se pudieran caer y habría bastantes pelusas.

ロビーに入る前にパスワードが必要だが、その位置では電波が非常に悪く、メールアプリを開けなかった。 あらかじめスクショしておくなど工夫が必要だった。 パスワードは宿泊前々日に送られて来たので、本当に部屋がキープされているのか不安になった。もう数日早いとありがたい。

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026ユニバ旅行のため家族5人で利用しましたが綺麗で広くてまるで家にいるように過ごせる空間で大満足です 近くに安い駐車場もあって、近くには飲食店やスーパーもありなにより駅がとても近くユニバまでスムーズに行くことができたのも良かったです ユニバまで2駅で到着するのも助かりました 格安で利用できとても満足です
気になったことといえば遅い時間まで上の部屋の足音など生活音が聞こえてくることが少し気になりました またお風呂の掃除道具があると良かったなと思います

家から荷物を先に送って預かってほしかったんですが、受付が無人のためできないのが残念でした。部屋の壁が薄いのか足音や物音がひびきました。

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Punto a favore senz’altro per la pulizia e la posizione rispetto alla più vicina stazione della metro. Per chi vuole andare in direzione Universal studios poi sono proprio 5 minuti di metro.
Bisogna far attenzione perché dell’hotel non ha niente. Non c’è personale in sede. Le procedure di check-in e checkout vengono svolte da remoto mediante videochiamata, non vi sono le classiche amenities a cui ci si abitua in Giappone e ci si sente un po’ soli. Camera molto spaziosa pulita e con piano cucina dotato di frigo fornelli lavello microonde perciò ci si rende autonomi ma la mancanza di personale si fa sentire. Ad esempio: meno male ho scritto nei giorni precedenti per prendere accordi per la spedizione delle valigie. Da loro non è possibile perché non c’è nessuno che le riceve. Informata, ho inviato le valigie al più vicino ufficio della Yamato (20 minuti a piedi) ma se non mi fosse venuto in mente di chiedere forse avrei perso le valigie. Idem per la ripartenza, le ho dovute portare al familymart più vicino, questo per fortuna proprio sotto la struttura.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026Close proximity to railway offering easy access to Osaka City. 3mins walk. Several convenience shops and dining options including 7/11 and McDonalds - great if u have fussy kids. Laundromat directly outside the building.
Where do I start... 1. Check-in is a complicated process of entering a 8 digital code. It doesnt allow you to enter the code until right on 4pm, so arriving even 30mins early won't allow you to check in. Although they offer luggage storage, its in an unmanned area open to everyone, so its not secure at all. We waited an hours with our luggage. Checkin involved a video call with someone in an overseas call centre (Philippines or Indonesia maybe). They validate ID over a video call and provide you another code for your room. So no keys or access cards. 2. Our bath was dirty, there were black stains in the bath as well has black hair. My wife needed to clean it. 3. The beds are hard. You could almost say it would be alin to sleeping on a timber board with a thin sheet on top. Pillows were no better. Not your standard pillows, these felt like they were filled with rice 4. The adjacent train station can be noisy at times. 5. Rooms are small. Nowhere for luggage or to put things. Any more than 2 people is a crowd 6. Our room door lock randomly spoke something in Japanese throughout the night. Subtle but enough to wake you.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Check-in process was very fast compared to other places - simply show up with your passport and the people staying. Room was awesome, it was well-insulated, heating was very good in the winter. Location is very good - immediate access to USJ, easy access to the city areas (e.g. Umeda, dotonbori) via Osaka loop line and Hanshin line. The walk from the train station is very quick. They also had a self-service luggage storage where you can lock your luggage at the first floor, helped saved some money from using coin lockers.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026西九条駅から徒歩2分は最高。観光地には電車で15分圏内だから1週間は楽しめる。周りも格安居酒屋が多いから観光地より割安で楽しめる
カビが結構多いかな。建物側RCだから仕方ないけど。

連泊の際はタオルを交換してもらいたかった。 チェックイン前に荷物を部屋に入れるなり預かってもらいたい。ワイヤーロックは盗難の不安があり、駅のロッカーを使用した。

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025La ubicación sin duda es lo mejor, esta a pocos minutos de la estación, lo que es conveniente si llevas bastantes maletas. Aprovechamos para cocinar, ya que hay un supermercado cerca. Para un grupo de 4 personas resultó bastante bien el espacio y el precio.
El sillón cama no es tan cómodo y ya se ve un poco viejo, podría ser mejor. La cocina es un poco pequeña, cuesta cocinar.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025It was hands down my favorite property to stay at during my entire trip and I would have stayed longer if I could. It was very spacious and clean, you get far more for less than what other hotels are offering in the area. Especially when you consider how close it is to universal studios. It’s exactly like renting out your own little apartment
I was a little nervous about the digital check in but it ended up being super easy and the person who answered was able to speak perfect English. The entrance is a little confusing. Right by the laundromat is a massive automatic door that looks a little bit like a wall. You just walk right up to it and down the hall where you’ll find the actual door with the key code to enter.
