Novotel Suites Colmar Centre

Fantastic hotel, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good spa and nice training room. Great breakfast Recommend it with all my heart

Great location. A 15-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful streets of Colmar. Clean, modern hotel with large rooms for families.

We had a lovely stay at the Novotel Colmar. The service was amazing, even going out of their way to make dinner reservations for our large group. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The amenities were beyond what we expected (our teenager was particularly excited about the bathrobe and slippers). The breakfast was excellent and at a reasonable price. It was truly a wonderful stay.

Above all, extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Property within walking distance to the train station and the old town. Excellent breakfast with caring and attentive staff. Water station provides free water, flat or with gas, to meet the needs of active clients. Our suite was clean and neat with a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable but best suited for those who prefer a soft, as opposed to, a firm mattress. Nice private terrace available on sunny days and lovely ready to eat meals when you just feel like staying in.

Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Colmar. We visited with our 1 year old and dog and had a smooth stay. The rooms were quite warm with the aircon setting not going below 20 but everything else was spot on.

Great location and the hotel was clean and close to the centre.

Good location. Quiet rooms. Every day our key cards stopped working and we had to go back to the desk to have them re-initialized. We did not realize we needed to reserve parking with them in advance, and on arrival learned their garage was full. So we had to find on street parking each time we drove somewhere. That was a bit cheaper but a bit of a hassle.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is lovely and close to the town centre. Staff very friendly and welcoming, especially Caroline. Spa area was a bonus and very clean. Would recommend.

Great big rooms and clean. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Pleasure to stay with kids and elderly.

Great location and within walking distance. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Great modern hotel. Full shower, staff was exceptional, breakfast included and just right. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very close to the town center, La Petite Venise (Little Venice), and the shopping areas by walking. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and we really loved the holiday hot apple cider that they offered! Very walkable to all areas of Colmar, yet a bit away from the business of the center of town.

I like the unique layout of the room. Wasn't able to enjoy the spa amenities because it was fully booked. I paid for breakfast for my whole stay and it was buffet style from 6-10 we went to enjoy breakfast and my daughter forgot that she wanted an apple. She went back down to grab one sense it was still breakfast hours and was told she could not. The wifi was very spotty. Outside of that. The beds were soft, they had multiple wall outlets and usb outlets. The shower pressure was amazing. For the most part the staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is in a great location just a 7-12min walk to nearby shops, and beautiful picturesque views.

Perfect location and hotel services

Cosy and nice

Wonderful hotel and staff!

Wonderful property and very central location

Stayed here to visit the Christmas Markets. It wasn't our first choice but was very surprised by how nice and convenient it was and felt fortunate my first choice wasn't available.. We saw people dragging their luggage to hotels in the middle of the markets frustrated because the roads are blocked off to traffic and nearby parking was full. Parking at this hotel was extremely convenient and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Went out of the way to let us know that our room will be ready by noon for check when we arrived with luggage’s at 10am. Close to train station.

The lifts were not working.

Staff really helpfully, good breakfast. 5 min walking from city center and 15 min to train station. Very happy we stayed in that hotel. Highly recommended.

The property was not very well equipped as a 4 star hotel.

very good

Wonderful location and great staff.

Loved it!

Short but enjoyable stay at Novotel Suites, Colmar Centre. We booked parking for our rental vehicle which was convenient. Hotel location was very central and walkable to Colmar sights. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful and convenient location. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Wish we stayed longer in colmar with a large portion of it due to the experience here

Great location, parking option, very clean, very cofortable, big room, wonderful shower, wonderful bed, very kind service, breakfast was o.k

The staff was very friendly and warm. Our room was perfectly clean, nice and quiet, and so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of wonderful options. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

The property is new and a great option if you are in Colmar. My only negative experience was with staff ordering ‘taxis’. On 2 occasions the taxis arrived and were clearly just local people with a car. No issue with that concept - except their charges were exorbitant…. Double or more than what we paid to a labeled taxi. Uber and Bolt are extremely rare, so taxi the only viable option. My advice - order your own and don’t ask for the front desk assistance.

Perfect place for families visiting Colmar. Walking distance to the main sights but in a quiet peaceful area. Clean and comfortable, plenty of space, very kid friendly. Staff is very kind. Would stay again.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Great place to stay.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The parking can be a bit tight but it was definitely convenient to have it onsite and available with prior booking. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walking distance to La Petite Venise which was very convenient. The staff were all friendly, professional and very accommodating. There was a good range of breakfast options which were all delicious.

Very clean and nice!

We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, best bakery in town right around the corner, and staff who go the extra mile. While there my driver's license fell out of my pocket - a neighbor found it and took it to the hotel, and they mailed it back to me! Thank you Novotel Suites Colmar!

Driving in France on holiday from the UK. Great position near the centre of Colmar. Large room with all the facilities. Good breakfast and options if you prefer to eat in your room. This was the first time we have used Novotel Suites. I was impressed.

The rooms were spacious. Breakfast buffet was great. Walking distance to the old town. I would stay here again.

Hotel is in good location; lovely welcome gift of gingerbread for adults and toys for the kids; very helpful front desk; kids eat breakfast for free; free filtered water in reception area; walking distance to main sites; and comfortable waiting area and kids play area.

Close walk to the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would stay there again.

Did not have bathroom basics, hand cream and shower cap and only one towel for both of us.

Nice good location

overall solid property. Gym was lacking - almost no weight lifting equipment. Air conditioning was also not modulating temperature well. Other than that, rooms were fine and service was solid.

We had a great stay at the Novatel. Our room had lots of space and was conveniently arranged The staff was excellent. The hotel was only a five minute walk from the old part of Colmar so we were able to go back and forth several times during out trip very easily.

Helpful front desk. Good location.

Spacious rooms that comes with microwave. Very nice hotel only 5 min walk to the center. Friendly staff and even gives a welcome treat for your dog.

Great family room with our 9 & 5 year old. Very clean, comfy beds and a great breakfast provided. Literally 5 minutes walk and your in the old town of Colmar. Parking in underground park king was easy and efficient.

It was a wonderful stay conveniently located 5 minutes walking distance from La Petite Venise. We loved our stay, the breakfast was great and staff attentive.

Michaela y el resto del staff fueron super amables !!! El hotel muy bonito y limpio.

We spent a week in this hotel. We have nothing bad to say. Starting of the lication. The rooms, the breakfast buffe and the staff. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in Colmar. Large, spacious and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. They offer parking (for a reasonable fee) whish was very helpful. The location is great - just a 5 minute walk from Petite Venice. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.

Room size very large for EU

Very nice hotel.

We really enjoyed the sauna and hamam included.

Novotel colmar was amazing. Location is 5 min walk to little venice. we stayed at the superior queen room by winter time and pleased by the Christmas decorations at the hotel. Great breakfast with many options. Comfortable clean and quiet room (even though our room was in front of the elevator) with coffee/tea, hair dryer and more. Friendly stuff. Thank you!

The room is nice but the carpet was dirty, I'm sure they cleaned it but there were some major discoloration. In addition, the sink is very shallow, making hand washing rather difficult.

Clean and spacious hotel with 15min walking from train station , kids friendly, my kids loved the little play area and the breakfast. Highly recommended!

This was the best Novotel hotel I stayed in so far. The room was large: managed to host 2 Adults, a teenager and a 11 year old in the sofa double bed that was made up for us before we came and the queen bed in the room. Came with a. Fridge and a microwave oven, a coffee maker and kettle. The WC room had its own sink. There was a another sink in the room. Came with a separate bathe and no another standing shower. Breakfast was great with a nice spread.

Excellent hotel, located very close to the center. We got a spacious suite with a great bathroom, separate toilet. The breakfast is rich and varied and the hotel staff is courteous and professional. Just one comment - exiting the parking lot is very problematic, on a very steep and narrow road.

Large and very comfortable room. Modern hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very close to Little Venice. We stayed there last year and found the same quality of service and comfort.

Nice big comfortable rooms, staff less than helpful, which was surprising for a Novotel and for the price. While close to town, the area around the hotel seemed a bit sketch. Know going in that that they don’t have a restaurant, which depending on when you go means it could be difficult to eat dinner so make sure to book reservations to avoid seeing “full” signs in restaurant windows.

My room needed updating. Bathtub was chipped, carpet had stains and a mat with worn down edges. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

Excellent place to stay

Great location.Great parking Great room. Great breakfast

Location 3 minutes from center, comfort bed, friendly staff, breakfast very good (although I would add more salad..) , great Patisserie down the hotel as alternative for breakfast, the shower sream was not strong this would be a good opportunity for improvement 🙂, but overall very satisfied.

The hotel was excellent with good amenities and well appointed room. The location was a short walk from the town centre. Parking was reasonably priced, Breakfast satisfied all requirements and was copiousness excellent breakfast.

For £100/per night for a 4 person room, I thought this was outstanding quality. The hotel is modern, clean with lots of amenities - room had a sink/tap, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, safe and a huge smart tv that we could stream the kids movies to. Staff were great, location is excellent, secure parking on site, very happy.

Clean - quiet - friendly - new - convenient location to Old Town - great breakfast

Excellent location if travelling by car, only about two/three minute walk to the Petite Venice bridge. Clean and spacious room. Good parking in the basement of the hotel (need to pre-book).

The hotel is very well located with walking distance to town, quiet area & easy to access by car. The room is quite big & comfortable. They have small gym room & sauna as well. Breakfast has many choices. Overall are good. I recommend this hotel for Colmar trip!!

Good hotel & perfect location

Very modern and clean rooms. Shower was large and luxurious. The room had nice amenities like microwave, mini fridge, tea kettle and espresso coffee maker. The room also had a nice sitting area with a sofa that could be turned into a double bed. I will highly recommend staying here. Location is a few minutes walk from Colmar Old Town and easy to get to if you arrive by car.

Location was average. We liked to walk to the old town. Others may not. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Large rooms. Had a very cold refrigerator. Microwave. Great shower. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked having the frig, couch, AC, and separate toilet. Comfy bed.

Just outside the center (5min walking to Little Venice) modern clean and nice hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Warm welcome when we arrived with our 2 kids. Nice breakfast and very nice room.

Great location, a short walk from the historical centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, very functional. Would be nice to have more than one towel hook in the bathroom in a room booked for 3 people though, and a proper bedside cabinet which fits a book. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Modern hotel in a quiet yet good location. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Absolutely wonderful room - Mike on reception was so kind The breakfast was fantastic too

Lovely hotel. Spacious room. Superb service. Very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel super close to Little Venice! Very modern with great, in room, amenities. Would recommend.

Great location and everything you need. Garage is a bit small but convenient when arriving by car. Shower was great and everything very clean.

Great hotel and room, nice staff, great price and location

great location and brand new hotel. good breakfast

Staff super-kind tomorrow children Good breakfast Ideally located

Clean and modern with very good sized rooms. Breakfast a little under whelming

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is just steps away from the main attractions of beautiful Colmar, the rooms are modern, large and impeccably clean. The staff were great as well, and the buffet breakfast. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel is in a great location and walkable to all the downtown area. Staff on the front desk very accommodating and engaged. Rooms large enough to be comfortable for 2 adults and a toddler. Not the cheapest property but we did book last minute and it suited our needs given we were only there overnight.

The room size is comfortable. The quality of the room is average 3 star facility. Breakfast is fresh with nice quality and plenty choices. Very well positioned to most attractions.

Well situated. Only 5min from the old town. Large and clean rooms. Great breakfast and great staff.

Everything was great: location, staff, property condition, very large room!

We had a large room on the fourth floor. Enjoyed all the amenities(coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator). A short walk to Petit Venice. Staff were very accommodating, although could have had more check in staff.

Very helpful staff, close to town, great garage for in and out access day and night.

Everything was perfect. The supirior room was very comfertable and large. (But the spa was very modest)

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well despite the extreme summer heat. The position of the hotel was good

location to Petite Venice was ideal, the amenities and breakfast was appreciated

Our room was very nice & spacious with plenty of storage. The bathroom was huge & pretty clean. Little Venice was within easy walking distance and it was easy to find free street parking near the hotel.
