Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Alles. Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. De grote schone kamer met een goede douche en zwembad voor de deur, een uitstekende airco en ook nog een fan. De kamer heeft ook nog een kluisje. Bij het ontbijt werd er voor gezorgd dat er Camille thee voor mij was en ook het ontbijt was goed. Ook de ligging van het hotel is goed.

Comfy bed and kept clean. Breakfast was traditional scrambled eggs and fruit. All very nice with self service tea and coffee. Pool looked amazing but we didn’t have time to go in it.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Ich habe zwei Nächte in dem Hotel zugebracht. Es ist ein typisches mexikanisches Hotel in dem die meisten Zimmer auf den Innenhof oder das Treppenhaus münden. Daher dringt kein Straßenlärm in die Zimmer, allerdings hört man schon früh am morgen die Gäste im Innenhof. Das Hotel ist tadellos sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand; die Zimmer sind bestens ausgestattet und die Betten groß. Allerdings war ich in einem Mikrozimmer in dem es neben dem Bett kaum freien Platz gab. Das Frühstück wird in einer kleinen Bar serviert die zum Hotel gehört. Es ist ausreichend aber wenig phantasievoll.
Das Zimmer war extrem klein, ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.

Los pasillos son estrechos ademas de que hay escalones que pueden ser riesgosos para adultos mayores. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy limitado y nada apetitoso, no lo tomamos preferible ir a un restaurant La puntuación que tiene en booking me parece elevada.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Prima hotel om een paar dagen in Campeche te zijn. Kamers zijn comfortabel en schoon. Een klein zwembad komt zeker van pas in dit klimaat (wel harde ligbedden). De locatie is prachtig. je bent op loopafstand bij calle 59, het centrum en de Malecon boulevard.
Je kunt er niets te eten of drinken bestellen want er is geen bar of restaurant. Het ontbijt in de ochtend is eenvoudig maar voldoet wel.

Off street,covered parking kept car cool and safe. We stayed in room 3, it was very large and spotlessly clean. Pool was open. Breakfast is basic but good. Allowed us early check in. Vi havde betalt ekstra for balkon, men der var intet man kun sidde på, så den var ikke rigtig brugbar. Poolen var lukket ned det meste af tiden og meget grumset da den endelig blev åbnet.

The hotel is well kept but is showing signs of wear - and could use a coat of paint. We were disappointed that the pool was under repair as that is why we picked this hotel over others in the area. The breakfast was good - but there was no choice or variety.

It is too centrally located. The hotel sits on a Main Street that cuts straight through the walled city, so cars drive very fast at all hours of the day. Do not get a room facing the street

We actually checked out about 30 mins after arrival because the swimming pool was under refurbishment and out of service and no sunbeds either so nowhere to relax outside the room. We specifically chose this hotel as they advertised a pool. The hotel did not disclose this on Booking.com so we asked for a refund. They refused point blank to accept our plight and actually the staff were quite rude. I phoned Booking.com immediately and first off they sent a complaint email to the previous hotel we stayed in which was very annoying as they were excellent. Booking.com will only refund 20% unless the hotel authorise them to give a full refund. We’ll, I am still waiting for the hotel to give authorisation to Booking.com to refund us in full. Booking.com promised to get back to me within 24hours but I’ve heard nothing in over a week. Not good enough! The hotel manager did not speak English and she couldn’t have cared less about the non disclosure of works to the pool. Taking money under false pretences is frankly fraud and unacceptable behaviour. We booked another hotel and left as we didn’t want this nasty incident to sully the enjoyment of our short stay in Campeche.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026It's in an excellent location very near to the pedestrian c/59 with all its bars and restaurants. Front-of-house staff are not very interested in guests, and are relatively unfriendly and unhelpful (when folk check in, give them their breakfast vouchers rather than letting them go for breakfast and be turned away - and don't make then ask for vouchers every day). The woman who runs the breakfast room is absolutely lovely - promote her to front of house immediately! It's an alright hotel, but I wouldn't go back. Don't rely on getting answers to any emails you send - we never got any.
When we booked, we paid for a room which promised: - outdoor furniture - patio - outdoor dining area - swimming pool The first three never materialised. The pool was being rebuilt - that can happen, but tell us beforehand so we can adjust expectations.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral! Wenige Schritte bis zum Zentrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten! Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Wichtig in der Altstadt! Ein super nettes Café liegt ganz in der Nähe nach dem „tollen „ Frühstück. Wa wir in Kauf genommen haben ist das es laut ist in der Nacht
Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber aber halt schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist dürftig. Kaffee aus dem Spender, Saft und 3 Sorten Rührei. Deswegen das Café in der Nähe. Das Pool war eine Baustelle! Angeblich gab es einen Hinweis vor dem Buchen!
