Reviewed Apr 29, 2026What a surprise. 8 onsen at the b&b... 8 different onsen with different temperatures. You go there with your bathing suites... men and women together. Super. Very lively. We brought our picnic dinner with us as they recommended us. They do not have a restaurant. Bought in Maolin, a short drive from the Onsen in a really good 7 Eleven. We loved our day there. Such nice people. Good aircon. Moskito screens at the windows. Great experience. Nice lady in the breakfast room, they do offer breakfast very taiwanese. We even were given the so tasty little tomatoes for our way onwards. So nice
Only little minor I would say is the rooms look a bit outdated. But everything was so clean. No worries.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026住宿即可泡溫泉非常的放鬆，也有可以烹煮食物及桌椅的地方，能夠三五好友一同聚會用餐。
烹煮的地方稍微髒亂些，工作人員需要叮嚀一下使用的客人做好維護的動作，並花點時間檢查整理環境。 留意泡湯的時間到晚上8：00而已喔！

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025Den před příjezdem na ubytování jsem na kartě zaznamenala neoprávněnou platbu ze strany ubytování, která měla být účtována až při příjezdu. Ale řekli jsme si, že to nebudeme řešit jelikož ubytování mělo slušné recenze a nic nenapovídalo tomu, že by mohl být problém. Zároveň jsme ubytování žádali o včasnější check in, na tuto žádost do dnešního dne nemáme odpověď. Již při příjezdu jsme měli první potíže a to už v tom, že poloha na mapách v bookingu neodpovídala skutečné v Google mapách, tak jsme trochu bloudili. Po delším pátrání jsme ubytování našli. Byl to celý opuštěný areál ve vesnici, kde bylo všechno zavřené. Na zavřené bráně jsme našli cedule, že ve čtvrtek (den našeho příjezdu) jsou lázně uzavřeny. Po obchůzce jsme nalezli otevřený boční vchod a vevnitř jen jakéhosi opraváře, který nám po delší době poslal slečnu recepční. Ta přišla a vůbec neměla ponětí, že by dnes měli přijet nějací hosté, tak jsme jí přes překladač v čínštině složitě vysvětlovali, že tam máme rezervaci na booking, tu poté našla. Pak jsme se jí snažili vysvětlit, že ubytování vůbec nesplňuje podmínky, které mají uvedené na booking. Na to už slečna vůbec nereagovala, po delší době vysvětlování někomu zavolala, pravděpodobně majitelce a ta nám do telefonu opakovala jednu jedinou věc a tou bylo, že nám peníze nevrátí. Na jakékoliv argumenty nereagovala a říkala že nerozumí. Situaci jsme ihned řešili s bookingem. Popsali jsme situaci a zažádali o bezplatné zrušení rezervace, ale na tuto žádost booking do dnes nereagoval. Po návratu do česka jsem psala email na booking podporu, kde si vyžádali více podrobností, ale zatím také bez úspěchu. Ve vybavení hotelu byli mimo lázní, které byly vypuštěné, uvedená i restaurace, ale žádná restaurace se v okruhu 20 minut jízdy nenacházela. Dále psaly že více informaci o tom jak se ubytovat nám bude poskytnuto po vytvoření rezervace, ale ani po té nám narozdíl od jiných hotelů žádná zpráva nepřišla. Celkově to vypadalo, jak kdyby ukončili sezónu

Reviewed Jan 6, 2024We were looking forward to a hot spring pool the (Thursday) evening we arrived but they were being cleaned so we adjusted our travel schedule to use the hot spring in the morning. The hot spring tub in the room didn't get hot enough. The bedroom windows faced a second-floor walkway. There wasn't an elevator.

We hoped that the hot water to the tub would have been more hot spring water than heated tap water.

Reviewed May 1, 2023The facility is quite and cozy. There is big bath tab in the room to enjoy hot spring. Taiwanese style breakfast is simple but delicious. There is no shops nearby. Just relax in the room at night.
Maybe due to COVID prevention, no dinner available.
