Dobrá poloha, pohodlné postele, denní úklid , k dispozici čaj a káva ve společné kuchyňce, terasa.

Měly jsme 1.pokoj, takže byly dost slyšet zámky u obou vstupních dveří. Pokoj byl situovan do ulice , kdybychom neměly špunty do uší, asi bychom se nevyspaly.

We stay hear often when in town. A few times per year for many years. Great location, safe, secure, easy parking close, fast internet, hot water, good AC, lots of English TV channels.

They turn AC totally off when not occupied, and it was 35C/95F outside that week and day. It takes a long time to cool a room from close to that temperature. Only other issue was key odd given to room didn’t work. Never had this before. Had to call to thr correct number.

Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße, dadurch war es etwas lauter. Es gibt auch Zimmer Richtung Innenhof.

Bell'appartamento e pulizia top

La pulizia generale dell’ambiente in comune (cucina e bagno di accoglienza), la camera di buone dimensioni. Le pulizie quoitidiane un plus per una guest house. PIN code per accederà alla camera molto comodo.

Le camere che si affacciano sulla strada principale risultanti rumorose nelle ore di punta, nonostante finestre con doppi vetri.

Muy buena ubicación. Se puede tomar el metro, varias líneas de bus y el tranvía 24E. Buenos colchones, baño, y ventana de doble vidrio (aislan del ruido del tráfico) y cocina. Tienen taquillas para dejar las maletas el día de la salida, pero sólo 4 y no se pueden reservar.

1) La habitación no se puede ventilar bien: conserva mucha humedad y, por la noches, si no se abre la ventana (por el ruido del tráfico, hace calor húmedo (experiencia en agosto). 2) La ropa de la cama no estaba preparada para el verano. Tenía sólo un edredón (mucho calor con él y frío sin nada). 3) Las toallas eran cambiadas todos los días (innecesario) pero el suelo no se limpiaba. 4) Mala insonorización con el pasillo y las otras habitaciones pero si la gente es tranquila, no es un problema. 5) La cocina carece de vitrocerámica u hornillo. Aunque tiene horno y microondas.

Muy buena ubicación, con la parada de autobús y de metro al lado. Sin agobio de turistas por la zona. Habitacion limpia y cama comoda.

En el anuncio pone que hay un parking al lado por 14€ el dia, nosotros metimos el coche y a partir de 8 horas ya te cobra dia entero y son 22€. Alrededor no es posible aparcar porque es solo residentes.

Ottimo soggiorno. Una delle strutture più pulite in cui ho mai alloggiato. Posizione ottima, molto vicina alla metro Rato, che ha consentito facilmente gli spostamenti.

Dobra lokalizacja (blisko do metra i uroczego tramwaju, w pobliżu jest też Aldi, knajpki, kawiarnie), klimat kamienicy, wspólny taras, możliwość skorzystania z kuchni (jednak bez płyty kuchennej i ekspresu do kawy) oraz świetne udogodnienie w postaci skrytek na bagaże przed/ po wymeldowaniu, wydajna klimatyzacja

W pokoju od strony ulicy przy otwartych oknach było nieco głośno, ale wieczorem ruch uliczny był mniejszy, a po zamknięciu okna w zasadzie nieuciążliwy

My daughter and her friend stayed here and absolutely loved the location and the general standard of the room. It was fairly spacious for two people. They had a minor issue with the lock upon arrival, but this was resolved very promptly by the host. It is worth noting that the digital lock system only activates after the official check-in time of 15:00. However, the property has lockers right behind the door where you can securely store your belongings if you arrive early. Although the hotel faces the main road, the room was well-insulated and they experienced no issues with traffic noise whatsoever.

Lack of mirror and curtains in the room

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and clean.

I wish there was a coffee machine in the kitchen. They only had instant coffee.

I loved the fact that it was very well organized, i got an email with all the details a few days before my arrival. It included all the indications on how to get into the building and the room. Overall the facilities were a little like a hotel but without the front desk: rooms were cleaned and picked up every day which was very appreciated. It was very clean and matched the pictures perfectly. And there was great AC in the room.

I was unfortunately woken up every time someone entered the facilities or moved around between their room and the kitchen (including the cleaning staff at 10 am using the vacuum cleaner). I believe it would be good to add rugs to the rooms and the hallway in order to absorb some noise. Also the doors were very noisy if people didn’t pay attention so maybe a written reminder on the door would be helpful. The beds were not comfortable at all while the pillows were great and of rather average size. There was a duvet covered by a duvet case which in my opinion doesn’t make sense with such weather. It would be good to have a lose sheet underneath it so one can just sleep with the sheet if it is too hot. I was forced to sleep with the duvet if I wanted to be a little covered during the night. And also, the cleaning staff left my bedroom window open even though I was able to cool down the room during the night. This means that when I got back at night was hotter than the outside temperatures….

Colchón y almohadas muy cómodas. Todo muy limpio. Cocina común con casi todo lo imprenscindible. Acceso independiente por códigos. Parking de pago al lado del alojamiento. Ubicación: unos 30 min andando al centro.

Het verblijf ligt in een super leuke buurt! Echt een aanrader!

The location and the neighborhood is really good. Walking distance from the center (from room to center is downwards so easier) and also has its own vibe with design stores, restaurants and parks. Really loved it. The room is spacious with high ceilings.

The noise from the road is too much. The windows do their jobs perfectly fine but it's a crowded and noisy road. There were no curtains in the room, just wooden window hatches, it creates the necessary privacy but not flexible for arranging.

Fijn verblijf. Je kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Ondanks de drukke straat en vliegverkeer heb je er geen last van.

Wat mij tegen viel is dat het gehorig is als mensen binnen komen. Vooral de gasten die denken dat ze alleen op de wereld zijn en niet nadenken dat er andere gasten in de kamers zijn. En dan heb ik het over de tijdstip rond 7 smorgens of na 23 uur. Dit is mijn minpunt. Misschien een tip voor de eigenaar om dit al bij inkomst te vermelden en niet alleen op de site.

Goeie locatie dichtbij leuke restaurants e.d.. Elke dag werd je bed opgemaakt. Leuk terrasje buiten om even te zitten.

Very straightforward and secure self check in process and good communication. Great location in walking distance to one of Lisbon's vibrant and cool neighbourhoods. On a very busy road however.

Feels souless and a little bit cynical with no human contact whatsoever. Room was noisy and airless because street is too busy to open either window or shutters. No coffee in shared kitchen space apart from instant (nice baker on the corner does make a great €1 pingado however, and is open at 6am).

Maybe have an iron in the room and more water and maybe some more amnesties like cotton, had/body cream

Location, decor, very practical and minimalistic

Great location for visiting Lisbon, great size room for a couple, simple but classy decor. I especially liked how the original features of the building are incorporated, the shared balcony area was an added bonus. There’s also 24 parking next door. Will definitely rebook if I return

It was a little noisy in the morning with other guests opening and closing doors, but nothing can be done about that.

This location was terrific! Quiet and within a mile or less of everything! Easy to get an Uber pick up and drop off. Room was very comfortable with everything I needed. Great AC and super comfortable bed, pillows, and linens! I was a solo traveller and felt safe and comfortable!

I disliked nothing.

Location was great. Rooms were clean. Check-in/Checkout was easy. Parking close by.

Bathroom had an occasional sewer smell. Layout didn't really match the pictures and the second bedroom being upstairs wasn't clearly communicated.

Very safe/ secure all doors coded so no need for keys. Loved the area compared to more touristy/ loud areas. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. The shared kitchen was lovely & handy. Great terrace for catching the late sun. Plus easy to use secure luggage storage when needed. Fabulous 👍

Can be a bit loud in the early mornings as guests talk loud, enter door codes and doors bang etc - ear plugs solved that !

Location, spacious size of rooms. Warm atmosphere. Easy checking but no staff in sight. Seeing a person on duty will be nice.

Odour in entrance and kitchen, carpets up the stairs are dirty does not make good first impression . Liquid soap or soap was not topped up . Water in room was not replenished.

Never saw staff-

We had a great stay: The rooms are cozy, stylish, and clean. As a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a larger room than we booked. The shared kitchen was perfectly equipped (including coffee and tea). The host was very nice and welcoming. Also great location to get into the city by walking - and to reach the Airport.

Fabulous property with shared kitchen and balcony a real bonus. Very handy for Rato metro and overnight parking nearby.

Smell of the drains was the only problem we had with this lovely apartment.

Location was magical, although I wish we had done more research into how to get to the castles because that was a little bit of a struggle. Pro tip: don't worry about calling an uber, just stand outside the property and someone will be able to pick you up and bring you to to the top.

Our shower was a little unexpected and required some creative solutions to make sure the floor didn't get wet. Other than that, our stay was great!

Wirklich tolles Gästehaus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sauber und neuwertig. Schöne, charmante Zimmer und eine toll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche. Wer früher anreist oder später abreisen möchte, kann seine Koffer in einem eigenen Schließfach einschließen. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Würde in jedem Fall wieder buchen.

Pulita, moderna, staff efficiente a seguito di un piccolo inconveniente. Servizio di desposito bagagli incluso nel prezzo, abbiamo approfittato del bagno prima di partire. Ho adorato questo servizio e non andrò da nessun’altra parte che non lo abbia!

Very clean and comfortable. The location is also excellent. We would definitely come back to this place when visiting Lisbon.

Very clean - lockers were great to leave luggage before check-in. Great location to uber to/from. Beds were made every day, which was nice.

There should be clear and apparent signs on the walls asking the guests to make as little noise as possible and not to slam doors as all noise echoes and amplifies in the building.

Second time booking there, clearly love it!

Iluminação? O quarto da para uma varanda ótima, mas que os outros hóspedes tem acesso tb, ou seja, não pode deixar a janela aberta, nem apenas o vidro, pois não tem cortina. Então precisa fechar a parte de madeira o que deixa o quarto extremamente escuro.

Prima kamer met badkamer, schoon, goede bedden. Goede uitvalsbasis om Lissabon te bezoeken: metro en bussen om de hoek, trammetje voor de deur. Pastel de nata en goede koffie op 50 meter van het guesthouse, supermarktje in de buurt. Goede wifi, goede keukenfaciliteiten, terras , vriendelijke en goed bereikbare contactpersoon.

Ligt aan een drukke straat, echter de ramen en luiken isoleren goed en je hoort niets van het verkeer.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’ambiente è pulito, ordinato e confortevole, con servizi adeguati e ben organizzati. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la cura per la camera: il letto è stato rifatto e gli asciugamani cambiati durante il soggiorno, dettaglio non scontato e molto gradito. Nel complesso siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dall’esperienza, che è stata assolutamente positiva. L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda il riscaldamento: il servizio di aria calda non era sufficiente e la camera risultava piuttosto fredda. Viaggiando a gennaio, con pioggia e umidità, è stato difficile riscaldare adeguatamente l’ambiente. Nonostante questo, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e consigliamo comunque la struttura.

La douche de l etage qui siphone lorsqu on tire la chasse du wc Les velux qui manque d'insonorisation sur le matin compte tenu des bruits de la rue.. Mais c est vraiment pour donner des points qui ne vont pas...

Very well connected and clean, good size room with window, shared kitchen and a porch, entry to facility and room through password and less hassle that way.

The information sent after booking only mentioned what’s inside the room and didn’t highlight about shared spaces and kitchen. I was wondering where the kitchen or tea/coffee facilities were. There was a board on the passageway which could have gone indicated the kitchen location. It was good that there was a window but it looked like a door and didn’t realise initially. I also felt the need of a reading table as I needed to have some work done.

It was super noisy. I think if we got room from the terrace side it would be perfect. But our window faced very busy and noisy street, so it was unpleasant to open the window.

This was a perfect last minute find. Clean. Close to transportation. We loved the cleanliness and the character of the building. It was comfortable and we loved hearing Lisbon life out our window!

I wish the towels had been softer but they were clean and large and refreshed daily. No other concerns or complaints. Very clean and close to everything.

The room was comfortable and clean. We were in a family room with two separate bedrooms. There was quite a long staircase to get up to the second bedroom, but there was a second bathroom there as well so no need to go up and down the stairs in the middle of the night. The location was excellent - easy to get around, and there was a paid parking lot nearby.

Room are easily accessible with codes. Very clean.

Too bad there is no stove to cook and that the room were cold. AC/heating unit didn't do enough for the room. Cleaning lady gave me portable heater and that helped a bit.

Il faisait très froid et la couette était trop mince pour nous réchauffé nus avons donc dormi habillé et c'était bruyant car très mal insonorisé.

Stayed here twice already in one month. Very self explanatory, very chill, very nice. Easy communication. Good mattress. Best neighborhood, my favorite neighborhood—RATO and Principe Real. Close to Anum café (the best coffee) and Honest Greens, other great restaurants and path towards baixa chiado. Private ensuite bathrooms. Communal kitchen space (no cooking) You can leave your luggage there. Just Love it. You do need earplugs.

Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. For me that is zero issue.

La ubicación y los lockers para guardar el equipaje. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Falta limpieza en el baño. Habia moho en el piso de la ducha y detrás de la puerta.
