The staff were so friendly and kind, making sure everyone had what they needed and were looked after. Good breakfast choice. Well appointed room. Good location just off the main drag.

El hotel está muy bien situado, en el centro de Calafate. El desayuno muy bueno. El personal es amabilísimo y las instalaciones están muy bien! hay mesa de ping pong y billar arriba. Las habitaciones perfectas, espaciosa, cama cómoda y el baño perfecto, con todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Comfortable! I love the details of the hotel. Everything is very well maintened. The hotel is not new, but kept great, every corner and detail have been taken care of. I could not help to speak loud to my partner, this is swiss standard. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. In the end of the main street of el calafate, quiet and good access to everything.

Beautiful interior of the hotel, top quality finishings and furnishings, very comfortable bed, centrally located close to all shops and stores, friendly and helpful staff.

El trato de todo el personal del hotel y en especial de Raphael Lim. Todo super cercano, tenía sala de juegos que aprovechamos un montón y el desayuno es increíble. Super recomendable. Y por cierto, super céntrico.

Lovely quaint hotel in great location. Easy walk to downtown Calafate shops and restaurants. Quiet & clean rooms. Great bathrooms with super jacuzzi tubs and good water pressure! Good breakfast buffet included. Best of all was the friendly and thoughtful staff. Raphael Lim has a fun ‘experience’ for you after you visit Perito Moreno - be sure to ask!

We loved the hotel, the staff was super friendly. We stayed here for our honeymoon and we really enjoyed it. We had the pleasure to meet Rafael who made our stay even more special. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to restaurants and cafés.

The Patagonia Queen feels like a lodge in a forest. Everything is wood and feels warm and welcoming. The front desk staff is excellent and accommodating. We arrived around dinner time and wanted to eat at Mako but there were no reservations available -- the front desk was quick to grab a phone and offer to get us a reservation. The beds were comfortable and the location is excellent -- you can walk to every restaurant in the area and your tours will likely pick you up right at the front door. We booked two rooms (family of 4) and were told thad adjoining rooms were not possible -- however, upon arrival they said that we did indeed have adjoining rooms and they opened the door between the rooms which worked out perfectly. The windows open and it's dead quiet at night so you can sleep with the cool air pouring in from outside. Breakfast was a very solid buffet. Meats, cheese, scrambled eggs, pastry, yogurt and some fruit.

The only complaint would be the amount of space in the rooms. There wasn't a ton of space to open up suitcases and still have room to move around. Another 50 square feet would've made a big difference.

Melhor hotel que ficamos na Patagonia, de longe. Ambiente super aconchegante, arquitetura bonita, acomodações confortáveis e café da manhã delicioso. Ainda tivemos uma ótima surpresa com uma experiencia única preparada pelo Rafael. Hotel super perto do centro da cidade e da lagoa que costeia a cidade, ótimo para passeios tanto para compras/comida e pela natureza.

Le prix me semble élevé mais c est peut etre la valeur a El Calafate. Je paye moins cher un hotel 4 étoiles en.plein centre de Montevideo qui est réputé cher !

I loved the location and the staff was so friendly. They helped us with a lost passport and made us a surprise drink from glacier ice.

Very comfortable hotel near El Calafate’s main street. Large room with bay windows. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Nice bathroom with rain shower. Above all, staff were extremely nice and welcoming, including Mr. Lim, the manager who surprised us with his “miracle drink” after our glacier tour.

That our room was on the first floor and not the second floor.

Hôtel de type chalet à la propreté irréprochable. Ici, le parquet brille (mais vraiment) ! L’hôtel est superbement entretenu. C’est très agréable et beau à voir intérieurement et extérieurement. L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel sont parfaits.

O Hotel é bom, mas o custo benefício não: Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom. Localização muito boa. Quarto grande.

Pelo que o Hotel oferece, o custo deveria ser menor. A cotação do dolar que eles usam aumenta muito o valor em relação à projeção do booking. O valor saiu 20% a mais do que a projeção do booking, E não foi por conta do imposto. Procurarei outra opção numa próxima oportunidade.

Hotel excelente, recomendo muito a estadia. Hotel bem localizado, excelente quarto, banheiro, chuveiro. Café da manhã excelente em um ambiente muito agradável que dá para um jardim. Água potável 24h. Portaria 24h. Um ótimo bar para descansar ao final do dia. O Rafael é um ótimo administrador, muito atencioso, fez muita diferença na nossa estadia. Recomendamos esse hotel sem qualquer receio.

Pra não dizer “de tudo” eu recomendaria que o café da manhã pudesse se estender até 10:00 ou 10:30.😇

Hotel muito agradável em ótima localização de El Calafate. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Pablo e Rafael. Quartos confortáveis, ótima cama, ótimo chuveiro, café da manhã delicioso em um salão agradável. É possível fazer um happy hour antes de sair para jantar ou passear na cidade. Acertamos na escolha e recomendo. Espero voltar!

Les membres du personnel étaient très attentionnés, la nourriture au buffet était varié et de qualité. De plus, l’hôtel est d’une propreté exemplaire. Il est également très bien situé près de tous les services, mais au calme. Le lit était aussi très confortable.

Boutique hôtel charmant et bien situé dans la ville. Le petit jardin rend l'hôtel très paisible, le personnel est chaleureux, réactif, et participe à une expérience conviviale. La chambre est confortable, bien chauffée, la salle de bain est également agréable. Le coin salon / bar de l'hôtel est un vrai régal, décoration chaleureuse et cosy, petite musique jazzy, c'est un réel plaisir ! Le petit déjeuner est bien, la salle bénéficie d'une jolie vue sur le jardin. En résumé un lieu parfait pour explorer la région.

Hotel confortável para o frio da patagônia, cama grande e gostosa, ducha maravilhosa! Localizado no centro de El Calafate, então fez toda diferença. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Gostei do café da manhã, porém senti falta de alimentos mais saudáveis ( geleias sem açúcar, iogurte light, torradas ou pães sem glútem, queijo magro, mais opções de frutas) todos os dias tinham as mesmas coisas. Tbm achei a academia ineficiente. Apenas uma esteira que era impossível de correr ( era pequena dos lados) e alguns aparelhos.

Excellent accueil de Raphaël le manager et du personnel en général. Les chambres sont confortables et calmes. La situation est centrale, pratique pour accéder aux nombreux restaurants de la rue principale. Il y a une fontaine d'eau glacée et bouillante accessible à toutes heures dans la salle du petit déjeuner, bien pratique.

Les petits déjeuners dans les hôtels touristiques partout dans le monde sont désormais standardisés au maximum, comme s'il existait une charte que les établissements doivent respecter scrupuleusement, ce que fait le Patagonia Queen, d'autant plus que la clientèle est majoritairement américaine. Parfois une attention particulière est portée sur un ou des éléments du petit déjeuner.

The hotel staff were excellent. Mr. Lim and the day time staff were so helpful, giving restaurant recommendations and helping with requests (printer, call taxi, etc...)

The night time reception recommend a well known tourist trap. Do not even bother asking the night time desk for any food recommendations. Also the doors sometimes took a few times to open.

The team at Patagonia Queen were incredible. We received the most welcoming attention, and the team clearly enjoy what they do and take a lot of pride in their work. Knowing that many of them have been around from the beginning shows the kind of workplace this is, where they go above and beyond to make our stay here comfortable and enjoyable. They really are memory-makers 😊

The savoury breakfast offering could be improved but it's similar to what you would get anywhere else in this town. Pre-cooked scrambled eggs, bacon, hams, sliced cheese... Although these were disappointingly not ready for us when we had to have an early breakfast before a tour on one day. The hot foods really should be available and ready when the advertised breakfast time starts. The cakes and pastries were pretty tasty though.

Das Patagonia Queen Hotel Boutique ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Es ist sofort ersichtlich, dass sich der Eigentümer Rafael, intensiv und sehr sympathisch um jeden seiner Gäste kümmert. Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Morgens wird ein exklusives mit viel Empathie zubereitetes Frühstück serviert. Ein kleines GYM sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Billardtisch stehen zur Verfügung. Rafael und seine Crew sind stets hilfsbereit und geben tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und zu Unternehmungen in der Großregion. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenso ideal. Ein wenig entfernt vom Trubel der Stadt, jedoch ist man innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten in der Hauptstrasse mit unzähligen Restaurant und Geschäften.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel in a convenient location. Very good breakfast with many options, and the coffee was excellent. Best of all, the entire staff was highly professional, friendly, and responsive. We wish we could have booked a room on our way back through El Calafate for the night before our flight to Buenos Aires. Sadly, we are stuck in another accommodation across town which just doesn’t compare with the Patagonia Queen Hotel. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
