تعامل موظف الاستقبال كان سيء جدا ولم يساعدنا حتى في الحصول على سيارة اجرك الا بعد دفع قيمة المكالمات التي اجراها من هاتفه الخاص وطلب السائق مبلغ باهظ جدا مع ان المسافة قريبة جدا من الفندق وذلك بحجة ان الموعد في الصباح الباكر. كما لم يقم بمساعدتنا في انزال الحقائب بدعوى انه يريد ان ينام !

لا يوجد لفت والغرف والفراش غير نظيفه. كان معنا مريض وطلبنا منهم غرفه تحت ولم يعطونا. واعطونا غرفه الطابق الثالث وبدون لفت

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025Location is good but difficult to find through map as it shows only main street. I paid 21OR which about $55 for one night for a 2 bedroom Apart. In July .
The building has no elevator which is difficult for elders. Check in time is 2pm which is not good Check out is 9 to 11 am It shoud be 12

It's like your own home, there wasn't anything you don't like except you need to walk like 2 to 3 mins for metro or taxi or any public transport, rest everything was great. No complain or dislike of anything.

You have to mention if your property not hvg lift as some time old people traveling with us and its was very difficult for them to go to even 2nd floor. Save problem I faced....
