The property was well located, a short walk from the Metro Station

Old, noisy, rattling air conditioners that keep you up all night. Faulty shower. Cracked kitchen counter. Dirty and stained kitchen surfaces. Rusty doorframe in shower. Non working bedside lamps. When I asked for them to be fixed, I was told they all don't work and they would be fixed in December, maybe. Dirty kettle. Stained and dirty couches. Shower fitting completely non functional, loose, almost falling out the wall. Not a place that I would ever recommend.

Easy to get to to from Riyadh Metro. Launderette in the building, and close to shops.

The room was a bit old and tatty but OK

رغم أن المكيفات من نوع الشباك القديم إلا أنها كانت تبرد بشكل ممتاز رغم الضجيج الذي تحدثه

بداية للأسف قمت بالحجز قبل فترة كافيه على شقة ذات الحديقة الخارجية ثم عند الوصول فاجأني الإستقبال بأنها غير متوافرة رغم حجزي المؤكد❗️وقالوا لي "حنزبطك ياباشا" 😂 كنت وصلتهم الساعة 2 صباحا ..فاستسلمت للأمر الواقع وواصلت الإقامة معهم وقاموا بتخفيض السعر . الحقيقة لاتستحق ابدا السعر العالي لكن ربما لظروف العطلة والموسم و موقعها في حي العليا وقربها من بعض الدوائر الحكومية سبباً في ارتفاع السعر لكنه يبقى غير مبرر برأيي

What I like the most about this hotel is the location which is matchless. The metro station is just around the corner. This is what really makes a big difference in such a huge city like Riyadh. It was very easy to get from one place to another. Another big plus is the room which was very spacious and comfortable.

The cleaning is done only before guests do their check-in. On the other days it's not done. On my second day I was surprised to see my room in a mess. I asked it to be cleaned but the cleaner looked annoyed. For the following days of my stay I didn't reiterate my request. The level of cleanless leaves to be desired. I could even spot a cockroach, which was something that didn't surprise me that much.

Centrally located. Big and comfortable rooms.

The location is ok but the room conditions very bad even though not providing bath accessories no towel and even you want to call reception telephone not working room nb 409 They gave water tea bag but they didn’t provide cups 😄 Next time i will not choose this hotel 🏨

The room was ok, it had all the basic facilities you needed, nothing fancy. The hotel was located within the CBD which was good. Basic kitchen facilities like microwave, fridge etc but no cutlery, plates or cups. The hotel staff were always polite and helpful.

The cleanliness was not up to standard the carpet was crunchy with dirt and spots everywhere, the A/C had not been cleaned for years. The supervisor wasn't the friendliest. The bathroom was not to my liking both in design and functionality. The design mixed both toilet space and shower together which I didn't like and the hot water machine broken upon me checking into the room. It took a couple of hours for them to replace and the issue was fixed however, the technology was outdated.

There is very poor internet and poor ventilation for rooms. Almost warm. Staff is no supportive it is not at the class of Dubai and the money they get.

Location was best and available in reasonable rate.

Furniture and washroom requires repair swift repair. Water was not getting drained and accumulated in bathroom. Some doors were not getting closed and some handle was broken. Rooms requires some kind of maintenance.

Breakfast wasn't provided even they don't have the facility to provide any food items in the room

The doors were damage and broken, no hair dryer, i requested the housekeeping but not provided

Disappointing that they cancelled our original booking of 3 bedroom suite. Instead they provided us with 2 bedroom and 1 separate room.
