Det ligger i kort gangavstand til alt man trenger i Porto. Rommet er fint, sengen god og alt er rent og ordentlig.

Det var mye styr i forkant hvor man måtte oppgi og svare for når man ankom, og når du gjorde det var det å vente på intruksjoner om å komme seg inn. Det var veldig lytt og veldig trangt. Neste morgen måtte driver inn på rommet og stille på a/c gjentatte ganger, også når det absolutt ikke var beleilig og etter at jeg hadde bedt om å få være i fred. Housekeeping jobbet i ekstremt trange kår og en så ut til å måtte ha pause på gulvet inne i et skap direkte utenfor rommet mitt. Underlig opplegg.

Location is 10/10, brilliant really for proximity to the Flores area, and was mostly within walking distance to everything we were most interested in seeing. Breakfast was simple but enough to kick start the day. Coffee was dark roast and delicious. Fresh fruit was nice touch. Cleanliness was overall very good and the bathroom was well kept and maintained throughout our stay.

Towels - our overall impression of the place would be improved if they replaced all the towels that were stained, had holes and/or had tattered edges. A simple and relatively inexpensive thing that would push me towards a better overall score. Pillows - only one pillow per guest with no extras available, another simple and inexpensive thing that would improve the overall score from me by +1. The decorative pillow is a waste of space, get 2nd pillows for each guest on all beds - we love that as do most others. My thought, increase the nightly rate by 5 euros and that will pay for 2nd pillows on all beds and a towel replacement program in no time at all. I would then score the property 8 or 9 and move the comfort to very good!

Outstanding location in the heart of Porto's Riberia district with easy access to all the main attractions and landmarks within a few minutes of walking. The rooms were small and cozy with all the necessary items (bed, closet, shower, toilet, sink, small desk and AC). They did have a breakfast that is included with your stay that was held in the lobby during the mornings by very friendly staff who were welcoming and extremely kind.

The rooms although came with all amenities, was a bit small with not much extra room besides the bed and desk. The layout of the room worked very very well with the space so it didn't feel cramped but not much movement allowed otherwise. The check in was a bit difficult as it was somewhat hard to find and we did have to wait 20 minutes before we were able to flag down a worker inside who notified the front desk. Otherwise, our check in was easy with no hassle and relatively early (2pm check-in) compared to other locations.

We have stayed here before. Location is great. You are right down by the river. This Guest House has obviously undergone an intensive refurbishment, so very clean but still keeps its charm. Breakfast is included so that is a bonus. You are close to all the attractions and very good restaurants.

Trying to get into the property involved us contacting the number on our booking.com invoice even though we did informed reception off our arrival time. So this can be a bit off putting. However, they did answer right away and told us our key was on the reception desk.

The location is ideal, close to the center, walking distance.

The cleanliness of the place was disappointing, the photos was taken while ago, the hotel have some closed space smell. The lights are flickering and the breakfast does not meet the portuguese standards, it only offers the very basic.

The refrigerator was broken and the room was small and the door tiff the lobby was tiny and hard to get through with luggage.

Excellent location, nice staff

Very stingy, especially for the price. This is a management issue but for example in breakfast, each guest gets only one half of breakfast meat. Building is poorly maintained, water damage and lack of ventilation abound.

La única ventaja de este alojamiento es su ubicación y que la habitación estaba limpia. Todo lo demás fue una gran decepción.

El precio es excesivo para la calidad que ofrecen. Además, anuncian que tienen aparcamiento, pero es completamente falso: no existe ningún parking para los huéspedes. Lo peor de todo fue el desayuno. Es vergonzoso llamarlo “desayuno”. Nunca había visto una oferta tan pobre en un alojamiento. Si no están dispuestos a ofrecer un desayuno decente, sería mucho más honesto no incluirlo ni anunciarlo. No volvería a alojarme aquí y, sinceramente, no lo recomendaría por la relación calidad-precio.

We didn't figure out the A/C and it read write warm. The next morning the owner helped us and it was very comfortable after that.

Er is geen nooduitgang aan de achterzijde.Bij brand in het trappenhuis zit je als een rat in de val!! Bij ontvangst duurde het twintig minuten voordat we konden inchecken; dame was aan de telefoon bezig met eigenaar over (registreren van) rekeningen, terwijl aan het wachten waren.

Pokój był bardzo wilgotny, ciężko się spało, ciężko się oddychało. Dodatkowo znalazłam w pościeli włosy, które nie były moje. Śniadanie bardzo skąpe, nie było żadnego warzywa, tylko jeden rodzaj sera, pieczywo jedynie jasne. Nie było niedobre, ale bardzo mały wybór. Nie jem słodyczy, więc zdecydowanie się nie najadłam.

Sehr saubere und geschmackvolle Wohnung. Fatima hat uns mit sehr umfangreichen Frühstückskorb verwöhnt und hat eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Art.

Die Lage ist nicht optimal.

Es war für Porto die perfekte Unterkunft. Beste Lage……Ausstattung perfekt…….Personal sehr freundlich. Ein typisches Haus für Porto. Es hätte nicht authentischer sein können. Eine 10 von 10. Parkhaus für PKW in direkter Nähe.

Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig besser sein können, aber das Personal war sehr bemüht.

La ubicación era excelente, junto al río y a solo diez minutos a pie de las principales plazas de la ciudad.

Antes incluso de entrar en la habitación, el fuerte olor a humedad era muy desagradable. Dentro había un deshumidificador completamente lleno, que volvía a llenarse en apenas unos minutos de funcionamiento, lo que demuestra el grave problema de humedad del alojamiento. Las paredes estaban llenas de manchas, el ambiente era muy incómodo y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: rincones con polvo acumulado, pelos en la ducha, restos de cal y humedad en la grifería y una sensación general de suciedad. Además, aunque el check-out era a las 12:00 (hora portuguesa), desde las 8:00 de la mañana era imposible descansar. La persona de la limpieza hacía muchísimo ruido golpeando la escoba contra las puertas, limpiando las escaleras y moviendo las sillas de la zona del desayuno. Viaje con un niño pequeño y, tras una noche muy corta por la celebración de San Juan en Oporto, necesitábamos descansar unas horas más, pero fue totalmente imposible. El desayuno estaba incluido, pero el estado del alojamiento nos generó tan poca confianza que preferimos no tomarlo. En definitiva, una experiencia muy decepcionante que no repetiríamos. 113€ por una noche en un espacio sucio y mal cuidado.

Falta fumigaccion, hay bichos en las paredes y sobretodo en la de piedra. A mi hija le pico un bicho en el tobillo por la noche. La señal de televisión muy mal no se ven mas que 2 canales, pero al no estar mucho en la habitación, no pedimos la revisaran.

La humedad en mi habitación

A funcionária merece 10, o pequeno café é bem pequeno.. o quarto também. Mas tem ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente! A localização é excelente!

Um ponto a trabalhar é o cheiro de fechado.. no mais valeu a pena.

Localização ótima, fácil acesso a pé a vários pontos turísticos. Carinho dos funcionários, a menina da arrumação, por exemplo, nos encontrou na rua e se despediu cheia de simpatia. Acesso aos andares por elevador, o que é muito difícil em hoteis do padrão, melhor banho quente que tomei na viagem, a Portugal e pequeno almoço gentilmente servido. Importante, tem serviço de arrumação diária.

O que incomodou, muito pouco, foi o tamanho das instalações, mas levando em conta que o predio e muito antigo e com limitações de reforma, esse detalhe nem pode ser levado em conta. Gostei muito. Recomendo.

Pas de personnel à notre arrivée. Obligation d'appeler un contact pour pouvoir entrer dans l’hôtel. Chambre trop petite, pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner, la serveuse nous porte à manger au compte goutte...( qualité de la nourriture très moyenne..).

Frühstück schlecht , Safe außer Betrieb, Kühlschrank außer Betrieb, Zimmer roch muffig und es war feucht, es stand ein Raumentfeuchter im Zimmer 12qm. Die Decken und Handtücher sowie unsere Kleidung war immer feucht. Kleines Fenster, mit Blick in einem Schacht.

Lage, Personal, Ausstattung alles gut

das Fenster war in einer Art Schach und das Zimmer hatte einen feucht modrigen Geruch. Ich schätze aus dem Mauerwerk. Ich persönlich konnte aber den Geruch und das drückende Raumklima nicht ertragen.

La habitación olía a humedad, daba a un patio interior, no se podía abrir la ventana porque no había ventilación. Habitación estrecha, el baño es pequeño e incómodo, con una cortina en el cristal que la separa de la habitación. Mi equipaje amaneció mojado por la parte inferior de la humedad que había. Las fotos de la página corresponden a la parte delantera que tiene balcón. Tuvimos que llamar desde nuestro móvil al taxi al hacer el check out, porque el personal decía que su móvil no comunicaba. Entre las sábanas había un protector de una cuchilla , cuando se lo entregamos lo único que dijo fue ah.... Al menos sabiendo que equivoqué las fechas en el alojamiento y pague dos veces podían haber tenido la deferencia de ubicarnos en una habitación exterior. En fin, una lástima

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr eng.

De locatie was goed. Op loopafstand van de rivier en redelijk toegankelijk.

De kamer, de badkamer en de douchecabine zijn klein. We konden onze koffer nergens neerleggen behalve op bed. Niet heel handig als je op doorreis bent en je ‘uit je koffer leeft ‘. De badkamer was ook klein (je kon nergens je toiletspullen neerzetten) en in de doucheruimte kon je niet bukken om bijvoorbeeld je shampoo te pakken. Ook was de douche en douchekop erg oud en vies. Kalk en schimmel wat te zien. De handdoeken waren oud en versleten (met gaten). Het ontbijt was afgepast. Elke ochtend kwam de dame aan tafel twee kleine plakjes ham en kaas brengen(dat was voor 2 personen) en daarna kon je een broodje of een boterham kiezen. Yoghurt is een shotglaasje en hierbij kreeg ik 4 plakjes kiwi als fruit. Verder beleg was klein schaaltje boter en klein schaaltje jam.

O duche tinha alguns cabelos, o que mostra que não foi bem lavado, uma toalha de banho estava rasgada, e na cama por baixo do lençol o colchão era todo manchado de amarelo.

Room was exceptionally small, didn’t have enough floor space to even open suitcase. Was labeled as soundproof but could hear everything from construction workers outside the windows to cleaners in the hallways.

Leider nichts, ich habe die Unterkunft gewechselt. Das Zimmer war winzig, klein und dunkel - ohne direktes Tageslicht. Es roch feucht und war einfach nicht gemütlich.

Sehr enges Zimmer, wir mussten die Koffer zum Öffnen auf das Bett geben. Frühstück sehr einfach und wenig Auswahl. Es wäre besser, wenn der Code für den erstmaligen Zutritt vorab bekannt gegen werden würde, da es schwierig war telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen.

Die Lage ist absolut spitze

Leider hat unser Zimmer trotz Luftentfeuchter sehr muffig gerochen. Das Fenster ging in einen Schacht, der genauso unangenehm gerochen hat. Lüften war einfach nicht möglich.

Quando siamo arrivati non ci avevano detto che non ci sarebbe stato nessuno ad accoglierci e ci sarebbe servito un codice per entrare. Abbiamo chiamato al numero ma non ci hanno risposto subito. Inoltre ci hanno spiegato tutto per telefono e non si capiva tutto. Pensavamo ci cambiassero gli asciugamani quindi li abbiamo messi a terra ma al nostro ritorno li abbiamo trovati appesi. Ci vorrebbero delle tende perché la camera affaccia sulla strada e se si apre la finestra ti vedono tutti. La colazione è veramente scarsa. La ragazza che serve la colazione è veramente lenta.

Unica cosa positiva che è centrale

Accoglienza al check-in deludente, camere molto piccole ed in cattivo stato , a colazione solo il pane di qualità, sala colazione angusta e pochissimo curata . Letti scomodi e cuscini inesistenti.NON CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!

L'emplacement est sans aucun doute un vrai plus. Nous dormions ici pour une nuit lors d'une escale à porto mais quel régal d'être à deux pas de la ribeira.

Un accueil à distance (effectivement notre avion avait du retard) et nous avons été accueilli par d'autres hôtes qui fumaient leur cigarette à l'extérieur et qui nous ont tout expliqué. Mais sinon après appel 2 heures plus tard, le propriétaire était top.

Morgenmad først kl 0830, på forespørgsel om tidligere servering var svaret negativt, dette medførte frustration fra os og andre gæster der havde rejsetider at overholde.

Très petit.

L'accueil est simple mais correct avec un système de carte magnétique permettant de rentrer à tout heure une fois le checking fait. Tout est optimisé (2 chambres par étage) avec un ascenseur central jusqu'au R+4 et un aménagement fonctionnel malgré l'exiguïté globale. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais complet. L'endroit est calme (côté opposé à la rue) proche du centre (Palacio da Bolsa à 100 mètres)) et du fleuve DOURO. L'établissement est très bien situé pour les ballades pédestres même si le relief important et les pavés omniprésents ne sont pas très adaptés au roulage des valises ..

Le bruit de mise en route des clims extérieures..la nuit .

Le suivi est parfait. Le personnel aimable et la chambre idéale pour une personne seule. Localisation exceptionnelle. Petit déjeuner royal 🤗

La localización es genial, en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de todo; además la estación de metro de Sao Bento está como a 15min andando El check in y check out es sencillo y el personal es amable La cama era cómoda y en general es bastante limpio

El desayuno es bastante mejorable, de hecho mi novio y yo estuvimos 3 noches con desayuno incluido y al final solo bajamos una vez Entran a hacer la cama pero no vacían las papeleras y solo reemplazan las toallas y reponen el papel higiénico si se lo pides, no por sistema También a nivel estructural, tiene dos accesos ambos muy estrechos que no sé si es que no se puede o no han querido unificar la entrada en una única puerta de ancho normal

Hotel ligt goed centraal voor de bezienswaardigheden! Wij hadden contact met de persoon via watsapp om binnen te geraken, dit ging heel vlot. Personeel bij het ontbijt was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was prima.

Omdat het hotel op een heuvel staat was onze kamer op het 1ste verdiep maar toch was deze kamer onder de grond. Hierdoor hadden wij een “kelder gevoel”. Het was een donkere kamer met een raam maar dat uitkeek op een soort schoorsteen( enkel bovenaan zag je licht). Ook was er een muffe geur in de kamer.
