The room was clean and spacious. The Sunday Bruch had an amazing range of choices. The "Romantic Dinner" was a highlight of the stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The free internet was fairly slow :( other than that, all good.

Bar does not have enough selections of beer. Only one kind. Breakfast very basic.

Stayed an extra 2 nights. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the staff are fantastic.

You need transport here. A very libg walk from anything. The swimming pool is constantly cloudy. They are clearly having some sort of issue. I saw them every day trying to manage it. I did not swim.

The bed is very comfortable and clean. The hotel is very clean and modern.

I constantly had problems with my entry key, locking me out. 6 times this happened to me. The staff continually had to recode my key. Sometimes 2 times a day. So frustrating! The staff need training in this. The pool was cloudy constantly. They were testing the water daily, but it was always suffering from that cloudy appearance. Pool is small and constantly full of children. I did not swim.

Very average with location as 10min drive to town and main shops Breakfast was ok just need to improved with hot food for local indonesian.

The service regarding the room service are so poor,I actually have to wait on the third days for housekeeping to pick up all the beer can and empty the ashray. The swimming pool need to be maintain better as so many kids swim and peeing on it not the best option to swim in it.

Fantastic service from the staff - they made the stay memorable. Rooms are comfortable. Airport transfers are easy to organise.

It's a good , well-run hotel. It's primary clientele, I imagine, are folk transiting Timika, and this hotel is ideal for that.

Clean, modern hotel. Room was comfortable, and the bed particularly so. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and professional. Overall, it was quiet, but sometimes you do hear other guests moving around in the room above you. I would consider staying here again.

It was pretty concerning to turn on the tap and have brown water come out. It cleared pretty quickly, so I'm guessing it might not be a common thing. Not a complaint from me, but something to be aware of - there were not many Western options at breakfast.

Must thank Chef Ricko for an exceptionally delicious breakfast , the salmon was delicious cooked to perfection and was as soft as butter , all the staff are super friendly, see you again this weekend

nothing i can really say negative about my stay , only the WIFI is not exactly the best

thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast , thanks to the Chef Ricko for and my good friend Sidauruk the Manager of the Hotel with kind service and making sure I was looked after , be seeing you all again in a couple of weeks.

breakfast was ok , eggs were cooked well , but i will say for dinner the chicken and corn soup was superb and the chicken steak and vegetables was delicious.

still not enough food to suit western people , not everybody will eat rice and noodles , need more vegetable , too many carbs and fatty foods

The room, bed and towels, and shared areas were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the hotel driver, Arafin.

The pool was murky with very fine particles visible everywhere. It obviously needs to be filtered. Meals were good but inconsistent from day to day. Strangely, they do not know how to make a good waffle.

the breakfast was ok , my eggs were cooked to perfection , good variety of fruit , not enough western food compared to other Swissbel Hotels I have stayed in Indonesia and considering the amount of expats there , should look into that

not a very good selection of beer , not everybody will drink Bintang , you will lose customers if you have limited selections , should look into that , could not connect to your free Wi-Fi offer either.

Extremely noisy being closed to stairs. No outdoor space. Ants in room. Cigarette smell in non smoking room. Pool door always open which lets cigarette smell inside corridor and also safety issues for children.

It is the same hotel I stayed in a few times over the last 5 years accept now it's under a new name. It need some up keep then and not much has changed. The bathroom faucet was ready to fall off and water stayed on the floor and made it very slippery. But considering the city it's in it is still not too bad of a place
