Besondere Zimmer und gute Lage

Niemand von der App kennt sich in diesem Haus aus. Unser Zimmer war im Keller, niemand wusste von einer Hintertüre deswegen waren wir auf den Aufzug angewiesen, der täglich über einige Stunden ausfiel. Dank einer hilfsbereiten Dame haben wir uns nach einer langen Anreise endlich Zugang zu unserem Zimmer machen können. Ein weiterer Gast hat uns bei erneutem Aufzug-Ausfall den hinteren Zugang zum Keller gezeigt. TV hatte kein Signal und die Fernbedienung konnte nur seitlich, nicht nach oben oder unten navigieren und war somit unbrauchbar. Die Abwicklung mit der App halte ich für wirklich schwierig, da es sich ansonsten um eine recht süße Unterkunft handelt. Den Preis meiner Meinung nach aber nicht wert.

Svært romslig, estetiske farger, etc. Vakre omgivelser. Pen vestibyle, rent og pent i korridorer. fantastisk gode senger. Kort og godt velstelt og velholdt. Stille og rolig område. Sentral beliggenhet, utmerket handlestrøk/serveringssteder, nært slottsparken.

Spisestolenes komfort kunne vært bedre.

AWESOME place, close to the city center, roomy, great value for money.

We loved the central location and the secure, hotel-like feel of the building. We also really appreciated the accommodating staff who responded quickly and arranged luggage storage for us, which made our stay in Norway much easier. The kitchen was fully equipped with a working dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and fridge. Everything in the kitchen worked well, and we really appreciated how they managed to fit all the appliances into such a small space.

We were disappointed by the poorly designed shower. The gap between the shower door and the wall was very narrow, which made entry to the shower unpleasant. Furthemore, the shower floor was uneven, causing water to leak across the bathroom every time we used it. We had to clean up the wet floor after every shower. This was quite impractical and fell below the standard we expected from an otherwise high-quality accommodation.

Curatenie, patul confortabil, baia destul de mare, bucataria nu am folosit-o dar era destul de dotata. Calitate pret a fost ok.

Usa de la camera avea un joc destul de mare si facea galagie de te trezea din somn, in momentul cand cineva intra si lasa usa de la intrarea in cladire deschisa, probabil era un curent.... era neplacut.

Zugang war sehr kompliziert und die Kaffeemaschinen im Fluor waren ausser Betrieb

Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Muy agradable y la ubicación estaba bien, un barrio muy acogedor y alternativo. Con buena conexión de transporte público.

La ducha no estaba bien sellada y se salía el agua, por lo que el baño se inundaba y era incómodo de usar a posteriori. Es bastante caro para el tamaño del apartamento, aunque imagino que siendo Noruega es lo que hay.

La localización

Las fotos muestran una habitación luminosa y al llegar estábamos en un sotano asfixiante. Al abrir la ventana daba a las basuras y a una tubería, no pudimos abrila en los tres días. El sistema de entrada da problemas. Es decepcionante encontrarte con fotos que no se corresponden con la realidad. También sorprendente que puedan habilitar habitaciones en un sótano así.

Per me non è stato un problema, ma per qualcuno potrebbe esserlo il fatto che non c'è una reception - ma assistenza telefonica e via mail impeccabile - e che non c'è una chiave ma soltanto l'app con cui aprire, chiudere le porte e fare il check-in e il check-out.

The check in proceed was challenging and stressful. I didn't like hat I could not physically lock the door at night and that i had to trust it was locked automatically. As a lone female this was not ideal. I had issues with the check in which caused stress as the app sometimes unlocked the door other times did not..... I had to ask another guest for a key code to get in.....

Location was reasonable with access to trams.

No replacement of towels.Mattress was poor and very uncomfortable.Bathroom floods everything a shower is taken.

Good location, lovely old building with lots of character

Purchased a room that was advertised as a double bed plus a sofa bed as me and my partner were staying with our 3 year old son (when booking I stated there was 3 of us coming). Once booked the property contacted me and stated I had to pay 600NOK extra for us of the sofa bed despite booking a room that clearly had one advertised. Also checking in process was a faff, all contactless, no humans and no check in desk. Arrived earlier than 3pm and all doors locked and unable to enter property despite putting in on the app we would be arriving before 3. No where to even leave luggage or use toilet. Luckily saw cleaner who let us in.

Dobra lokalizacja. Czysto i przytulnie. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.

Great location - short walk to the tram and grocery store. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe at night.

Read the description carefully as they are precisely accurate. For instance, the list includes a refrigerator. It does not say “freezer” and indeed there is no freezer as part of the refrigerator. That was an unpleasant surprise after shopping for groceries for the week. The description notes that no cooking condiments are included. That is true and only large, household-sized quantities are available at the grocery store. A free washer and dryer were available at the ground level. True to the description, there was no drying rack available.

Locatie, het gebouw, de rust in het appartement,

Slecht was dat we onze bagage na het vertrek niet in het gebouw tijdelijk konden opslaan en dat we met tram en ver lopen in een gebouw van VAN DER zonder afsluiting van de ruimte konden plaatsen. De route er naar toe was niet duidelijk aan gegeven! We moesten ons appartement om 11 verlaten en om 20:15 vertrok ons vliegtuig naar Nederland. 2e punt waren de bedden, de matrassen waren te zacht. Geen haken in de badkamer waardoor we onze handdoeken niet kwijt konden.

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung, gute Ausstattung. Das Haus ist sehr interessant, auf jeden Fall Sehenswert

Kaum Luft. Die Wohnung hatte einen winzigen Fenster, das auf Kippe gemacht werden könnte. Schlafbereich war ganz hinten in der Wohnung und bis dahin kam gar nichts an. Die angegebene Waschmaschine ist genau eine für das ganze Haus. Wir haben sie für 3 Tage nicht frei gesehen. Tagsüber ist man ja auch unterwegs und wartet nicht, um waschen zu können.

Vi hadde ikke internett alle dagene vi bodde der. Vi ble fortalt at problemet lå hos leverandøren, men ingen meldte om driftsproblemer i området. Vi fikk svært lite informasjon om problemet underveis, når de forventet å løse det osv., og ikke minst INGEN kompensasjon eller beklagelse. Ansvaret ble hele tiden skjøvet videre.

La posizione nel bellissimo quartiere di Frogner a pochi passi dal parco dove si trova il Palazzo Reale. La zona è piena di negozi, market e bar/ristoranti. La zona è ben servita dai tram cittadini.

Struttura accogliente, ma sporca. Ho soggiornato lì 5 giorni e solo l'ultimo giorno ho visto qualcuno pulire l'ingresso pieno di foglie e fazzoletti che avevo visto appena arrivato. la stanza viene pulita solo se si pernotta almeno 10 giorni. Il letto era scomodo. Materasso sottilissimo e troppo morbido. La TV non funzionava. Non era possibile vedere né i canali tv normali né collegare la TV al wi-fi. Rapporto qualità prezzo non buono.

La struttura spaziosa e ben tenuta e con doppio bagno. Vicinanza al centro e ai mezzi di trasporto. Quartiere tranquillo e ben fornito di supermercati e negozi.

La televisione non funzionava bene e lo staff non è riuscito a risolvere il problema riscaldamento appena arrivati.

楼下有停车位，24小时300克朗，在奥斯陆是很不错的价格了，位置优越，就在大皇宫后面，附近有超市，自己做饭也很不错，房间很大！那天遇到的员工很好，很快帮我们解决了问题！

J'ai aimé l'emplacement et le quartier

Je n'ai pas aimé être logé à l'entresol alors que les photos ne montraient absolument pas cette possibilité. Le personnel d'entretien étaient extrêmement bruyant.

La posizione centrale comodissima per girare tutto a piedi. L’appartamento pulito è equipaggiato in modo essenziale ma corretto.

Check in complicato, mancanza di interazione e poca gentilezza dello staff del centralino, sembravano sempre scocciati di dover rispondere, sono stati in un caso molto maleducati rifiutandosi di darci spiegazioni per un problema ad una presa sotto il lavello della cucina, prendendoci in giro e dicendo che non capivamo. Non c’è una reception e nemmeno un portiere per il minimo dell’accoglienza. Solo un centralino, in inglese, con persone poco gentili. Peccato!

logement très sympa

usage d'une clé par application sur téléphone, nous avons eu plusieurs difficultés et personne ne répondait au tel, un résident nous a aidés, parfois nous n'avions plus internet et devions attendre pour rentrer, nous n'avons pas réussi à faire une carte tout de suite car le numéro sur la réservation n'était pas celui que nous devions taper , bref ... trop connecté pour nous...

Beau batiment, très calme, quartier serein et tranquille, commerces à proximité. Pas loin du palais royal, lignes de tram trés proches

Impersonnel, personne sur place. DIFFICULTES pour ouvrir la porte avec le téléphone. On est obligé de charger leur application. AUCUN FOUR ni MICRO ONDE: on paye plus de 600 euros pour 3 nuits pourquoi en fin de compte ? J''ai bataillé comme un malade pour avoir un drap supplémentaire qu'on voulait me facturer 60 euros.

The property was newly refurbished, great location, easy to locate and easy to access. I really liked some of the design features. We were 3 adults that stayed in a studio apartment in 4th floor. It was compact with sofa bed out but it works for a weekend. The customer feedback regarding creating a keycard in level K was invaluable. We were concerned about our phones running out of battery.

I did not give this a full score as I was expecting a little more than bare minimum. In the listing it say that they supply toiletries. So we did not bring basics like shampoo and conditioners. Only toiletries available was hand soap and body wash. It was nice that this was Rituals but it would have been nice if shampoo and conditioners were supplied. Furthermore like most accommodations whether hotel, Airbnb or B&B rooms usually come with some tea, coffee, sugar etc. It would be nice if that was included. Because of this I did not give it a full score

Ingen TV-signaler og nett de 3 siste dager. Ringte og snakket med hyggelig kundeservice, men ingen hjelp å få, dessverre. Savnet skifte av hånduker. Bodde der en uke.

Very nicely located apartment

Beware that there is almost 0% service included or available. Everything is unmanned and by an app, you enter the rooms with your phone (which isn’t very convenient when you are a tourist and running on low battery often). We had a basement room which it wasn’t marked in the reservation nor when choosing the room type. The windows where small and they were directly over the bicycle rack and the cleaning service each morning parked their laundry carts just in front of our window so it was nosy, not at all private and even darker because of the obstacles in front of windows. There is a TV but it doesn’t work, 0 channel availables. Had to email the administration to have WiFi because the displayed WiFi was not to be found, had a response one day later. Asked as well for the TV, 0 response from their side. Felt a bit like a money grab. The rooms are quite nosy as well even in the basement, the cleaning personnel also is super nosy the morning and speaks very loud.

Quiet location, super convenient and easy check-in. If you don't need interaction with people: This is your place. But if you have questions, they are still available at fast speed. For us as a family, the separate bedroom was a great asset. Everything necessary is available and just around the corner you get everything you need from a variety of bakeries and a supermarket.

Took us two days to figure where to avoid the stairs at the entrance and instead have a wheelchair/stroller friendly access - this could be better marked. After 5 days, it got a bit annoying to first have a slightly longer walk to the more relevant public transport - but if we wouldn't travel with a toddler, we wouldn't mind these 15 minutes - it's a pretty walk.

The location was good and the apartment was clean.

On arrival I checked the hob to make sure it was working, but it wasn't, meaning we were not able to cook food as planned. We had booked this apartment to save money by cooking our meals instead of eating out. I immediately sent an email to the contact email address but there was no response. The next day I telephoned them to let them know about the hob and was assured someone would be out to check it. This did not happen. I submitted feedback and requested they followed up on my complaint, but they still haven't. WiFi was not working on arrival and I needed to phone to have an alternate password and access code which were different to those on the wall of the apartment. No signage to the basement level in the apartments and not straightforward to find, luckily a cleaner showed us the way. We ended up needing to eat out at additional expense rather than eating in the apartment as planned. There was no information on how to lock the apartment door. It transpired that you have to "unlock" the door via the app which then shows an error message but does lock the door.

Gute Lage, die Möglichkeit Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.

Der Checkin war nervenaufreibend, die App funktionierte nicht, wir mussten mehrmals telefonieren und mailen. Das angebliche „highspeed Internet“ funktionierte während des Aufenthaltes nicht - der Server war ausgefallen. Die angegebene Größe des Appartements stimmte auch nicht ganz.

CUIDADO, tienen buenas opiniones pero la realidad es que nos dieron el alojamiento sin limpiar, no tuvimos WiFi en toda la estancia, el lavavajillas estaba inundado. No hay personal con quien hablar, no te contestan al email que dan de contacto. Por las molestias, nos han ofrecido un 10% de descuento para la proxima vez que vayamos... como si fueramos idiotas para volver a reservar este alojamiento. Booking nos ha compensado con 66 euros.

Vieta gera. Pėsčiomis pasiekiamas centras ir kiti objektai mieste. Erdvūs apartamentai aukštomis lubomis. Ramus rajonas, yra mokama vieta automobilio parkavimui.

Vonios kambaryje galėtų būti lentyna, kabliukai rūbams ar rankšluosčiams.

Whilst there were many redeeming features in this apartment, unfortunately the short-comings outweighed the good and we were left disappointed with the overall experience.

The WiFi didn’t work at all! I reported it on 3 separate days (using my limited data allowance) but got no response. This was very unprofessional and felt impersonal. It also meant that accessing the digital room key only worked with data roaming turned on. The shower was barely out of the cold. There was plenty of hot water in the kitchen so I assume shower needs to be serviced. The dishwasher was full of clean delph and had not been emptied after the previous client. There is an extra charge of 200NOK per night if you want the sofa bed made up. When I questioned this, it was suggested that I could bring my own bed linen if I didn’t want to pay! We were only 2 occupants but would have preferred to sleep in separate rooms. I thought this charge was unreasonable to say the least.

The location is very good. You can go walking to every central destination in Oslo. Clean room, many facilities.

There was no wireless connection for four days of five, and the doors are opening with the app and you must have an active internet connection. It happened a few times when I couldn't enter the room, because my roaming internet was too slow and there was no wifi. Others from the group (we were a group of 18 people) also have had problems with the room keys.

Very nice and stylish apartment, new and very clean. Big bathroom and kitchen is well equipped. Bed is very comfortable, sofa bed is a bit hard. We were on basement floor so no view, but it didn't matter as we were only there to sleep. I would definitely stay there again. Area was very nice and a walk or tram ride to centre.

You have to be careful with the shower or the water runs into the bathroom. Sofa bed would be better with a topper

Værelset var lige ved indgang , under trappen. Meget larm fra alle der kommer ind og ud , vinduerne meget gammel uden lydisolering. Sengen laver meget larm.

The support was quick to respond and helpful for the most part , the building was nice, it was relatively close to the palace

If you're going during a hot period / a heath wave DO NOT stay there. There is no AC ,but even worse , during summer when the sun is up longer in the north there is no time for the ground, building etc to cool down so in the inside it literally felt like we were about to suffocate and/or melt from the heath . We felt dizzy,sick and like we were being cooked alive in an oven . Two little fans were provided that eased up the issue a bit. Also while booking the room , it stated that there would be a washing machine. After further review only SOME of the rooms have washing machines and if you need to wash your clothes there is a single washing machine and a single dryer for the entire place, for common use which you can imagine is quite impossible to use ,as you need to be sitting around waiting for the chance. The alternative was to go to a washing place which in our case cost 18 euros .
