Villa 301 B&B

Een fijne locatie voor mensen die van wat meer rust houden. Hoewel deze kamer onderdeel was van meerdere units op een perceel, hebben we daar weinig tot niets van gemerkt. Bij de locatie konden we een scooter huren om de rest van het eiland te ontdekken. Daar hebben we met veel plezier gebruik van gemaakt. De villa ligt in een klein dorpje op loopafstand van de dorpskern en de zee. Met de scooter ben je in ca 45 minuten in de stad.

Het kraantje van de toilet bleef doorlopen wat 's nachts voor geluid zorgde. Vervelend voor mensen die gevoelig zijn op geluid.

Le couple très sympathique gérant l'établissement est venu nous chercher et nous amener en voiture gratuitement à la villa. La chambre très grande a un aspect un peu rétro,on se sent donc comme chez l'habitant avec tout le confort (clim, réfrigérateur). Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix est copieux et excellent Le lieu est proche du port et de l'église .

The owner was super friendly and so helpful in assisting us organise some of our trips when our driver cancelled very short notice, absolutely wonderful place to stay, super clean and accommodating to whatever we had planned. It also looks exactly as nice or even more than in the photos, rooms are beautifully kept with a lovely small garden and breakfast room/common room.

I loved it! Tere and the people who work there are super sweet, everything was clean and comfortable, and there were nature sounds to help me sleep. I only stayed one night because I was going somewhere else, but I would have loved to stay longer! Thank you so much for everything!!

Locks the gate early, cant access incase you left the key unintentionally, no proper parking space.

I love how homey it is. If you would like to experience living like a local, I think this homestay gives a good ambiance for that. The lady who shows us around is very helpful and friendly. Though it is simple but it has everything we need.

Personally, I think the cleanliness of the bedroom can be improved. Perhaps I think it would be nicer to remove the bathtub from the bathroom because it can be slippery. One of our beds is stacked up with various mattresses. One of our friends did not have a good sleep because of the unevenness.

The breakfast is all good. Ate Helen made our stay convenient. Ask anything and she'll assist you with care. The space outside is nice and open. You'll feel at home while staying on the premises.

This place is great if you would like to visit the Good Friday procession in the village ...which is amazing. The host was kind she even gave me some food because everywhere was closed!

For us, a good location, air-conditioned room, quiet and peaceful place. Delicious local grilled and more food nearby. I recommend this place.

The staff was so kind and friendly. The location was also good. There are some shops, farmacy and cafe near the villa. I recommend you should stay here when you visit Bohol Island!

The lady who checked us in was so lovely. We had good chats while eating dinner and she offered us bananas to try. It was nice to be able to sit at the dining table to eat. Lovely chilled water and boiling water available which we really appreciated. Air con worked great and the bed was comfy.So quiet so we got a really good night's sleep. We also had a fan in the room. Internet was great. I really appreciated the face cloth as well as the towel.

My only gripe is the shower.The door didn't lock, it wasn't a problem for us as we were the only ones staying there at the time. However, if there were other guests I wouldn't have felt comfortable, same with the toilet door lock. Also the shower hose was broken so kept popping off. Having said that it was a lovely hot shower 😊 It would have been a 10 for me besides those things.

The owner and Helen (staff), were very nice and helpful. It’s is the perfect place to be if you want to be close to everything, but at the same time isolated from all the touristic attraction and noises. Breakfasts were nice and energizing. We had a wonderful time!

The water in the shower had barely any pressure and there were a few hair on the rooms floor.

Great place - a home away from home! Spacious and very comfortable AC room (Queen suite), nice garden and quiet surroundings. Walking distance to the pier for the boats to Pamilacan, also some shops and restaurants. The hosts make you feel honestly welcome and care for your well-being.

Lovely little bed and breakfast type property, quiet and quaint. Located close to local amenities and transport, within a few minutes walk. Helen was very welcoming, friendly and always smiling. She is super helpful and cooks a fine breakfast! Thank you for making our stay memorable, Helen.

The room is large and well-equipped with air conditioning, fan, mosquito net, TV, CD player, water dispenser, refrigerator, hair dryer, wardrobe, table and chairs, and clothes drying rack. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the outdoor space is also great. The courtyard is large and beautiful, making people feel very comfortable. Although the Wifi sometimes cuts out in the room, overall the quality is good. The location of 301 is also very good. It is in a small town. You can walk to a clean traditional market in 10 minutes, and you can reach the beach in 5 minutes. If you want to go to Tagbilaran, it is best to rent one with Helen. Scooter are more convenient for mobility. The best thing about this B&B is Helen's attentive service. She carefully prepares different breakfasts every day. On the day of check-in, she enthusiastically introduces the attractions and delicious restaurants on Bohol Island. She also introduces the owner of the house, her boss. , it can be seen that they go to play all over the world, which is awesome. After entering the room, there is a secret book on the table. You can see that Helen is very attentive! During our stay, Helen learned that we were going to Lila to see whale sharks, so she helped us make arrangements. And when we left, Helen called a tuk-tuk for us.We are really appreciate to Helen for everything she has done for us, and wish Helen good health!Hope to come again. Really recommend to everyone!

We state 2 nights and we really enjoyed our days in Baclayon! Helen is amazing and she has been very kind all the time to us, and she helped us a lot with all the doubts and information we asked her! The room was cleaned and spacious! Definitly recommend this place!

The town doesn't have a lot to offer, but maybe they will improve!

It is clean and good value. If you rent the bike the location is not a problem. The host is very nice and helpful. Price of hostel but you get a room.

Helen, the owner of the place, is so lovely. She will help you with anything you need. We got the chance to try her breakfast and it was delicious too. We've been traveling for more than a month, and this was by far the best room we had: very clean and big room, comfy bed, aircon+fan, hot water, fridge and even a water tank to fill up your water bottle anytime you need. She helped us renting a motorbike and a tuc-tuc for our way back to the port. She also stored our big backpacks while we spent few days in another town. We highly recommend to stay with her :)

Everything was perfect!

We had 3 lovely nights here. the accommodation had everything you need: air con, hot shower, really good wifi (!), comfy bed, kitchen to use, free water and even coffee! we could rent a scooter, which was good to have for the area. we felt very comfortable and safe here and would always come back :)

Helena is amazing, warm and helpful person. She arrange us the trip to nearby island where we very enjoyed. She prepare us breakfast for the trip. She makes very tasteful breakfast. We like the location of the stay. It's near local market, sea, local restaurants and other Bohola sightseeings.

Whenever I travel, I try to find places that feel like a “home away from home”. That’s exactly how I felt here :) The house is very comfortable, with a great Internet connection, and well located to discover both sides of Bohol (the incredible nature in the interior of the island and the beaches+fun in Panglao) with a motorbike. Walking distance you can also find nice places to eat and enjoy the sunset. The best part, however, was the great attention of Trini and Helen - which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and took the time to share with me stories about their lives. If you have been traveling for a while and you are starting to feel homesick, this is your best choice to stay in Bohol!

2 lovely ladies, Helen and her adorable mother run the place and it is a home away from home. We booked for 3 days and added another 3 as we fell in love with or Vila. EXCELLENT IS OUR REVIEW. Note please: if you need transport in the Tagbilaran City area (Villa 301) on BOHOL give Kim Jr Ceballos a call or sms on 09098505294. He has a bargain prices comfortable Transport option and is a nice young family man.

Helen is very kind, she arranged everything we have asked for. The breakfast was amazing. The location is very calm but close to the highlights of Bohol island. It is also possible to rent a scooter which we did and it was amazing. :)

It is important to read the description of the rooms. They offer more of them. We ended up in a small room with shared bathroom but it was our mistake. But in the end it did not really matter since we just slept there.

It's not conducive with disabilities, some areas floors got steps, for normal people yes.

Our stay in the Villa was good. We stayed there two times. The staff and owner are really friendly people with a warm heart. It was a pleasure to be their guest. The room was good and the shared bathroom facilities were alright. It was clean and the breakfast in the morning was great. We could store our luggage there while discovering the rest of Bohol. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Thank you for the very kind welcome.

We stayed 3 nights in this guesthouse. Our room was large, with modern facilities, a great large bed and bathroom, good internet and airco,, and its own terrasse. The owner and staff were very friendly and we had great discussions. Breakfast was good. The location is in a residential area not too far from the centre of Baclayon. There is great food nearby, whether on the water front with BBQs or on the circumferential road (5 min walk) in Crescencia restaurant which we highly recommend.

Absolutely the best place to stay when you’re in Bohol. Quieter than Panglao and you can really embrace the colture of these people. The owners are wonderful people and Helen, the host, is absolutely awesome so friendly and kind made us feel home from the first instant. Thank you o much, it was perfect.

Breakfast just like everything, a very pleasant surprise. Delux Queen Suite was amazing, I was proud to show my wife inside. All at budget price, unbelievable value!

A nice place to relax and take in the seaside community of Baclayon.

La villa 301 B&B est située à Baclayon et donc excentrée du centre ville, ce qui est parfait lorsque l’on souhaite profiter du calme et de l’emplacement idéal pour visiter les principaux sites d’intérêts de Bohol (Panglao et ses plages, Chocolate Hills, Tarsier...). L’etablissement est en faite une grande maison religieuse avec des chambres simples mais confortables. Les pièces communes sont propres et pratiques. L’accueil est vraiment adorable, chaque matin nous avons droit à un petit déjeuner complet, gourmand et copieux ! L'hôte, toujours très sympathique, peut s’occuper de réserver un scooter, un tricycle ou encore d’autres choses pour visiter Bohol. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et vraiment nous étions ravis de notre séjour. Petit conseil pratique pour ceux qui souhaitent réserver un scooter : n’oubliez pas votre permis de conduire sinon impossible de louer un véhicule.
