was centrally located right next to railway goods line u had to go up 2 flights of steps to get to the lift which being disabled didnt help room was litl small plugs worked shower hot but cramped bed comfy and plenty plug sockets air con worked perfectly breakfast was ok if a bit samey would stay again but only as limited options

dont say youve got a lift if you have to walk up 2 sets of steps to use there was access via key so only one set of steps but was blocked and dark access and stock stored there

Dicen primera linea de mar y no es cierto. Las fotos corresponden a una zona aparentemente reformada. Me dieron una habitación interior dando la ventana al pasillo y adivinidad que había debajo de la ventana. Pues un magnífico sofá para que la gente se siente a un palmo de tu cama con cristales mínimos otra perla es que la entrada tiene dos escaleras, la primera un escalón gigante con la calle y la segunda una empinada a recepción en planta primera. Había un tío en el patio donde daba la habitación haciendo cortes con una rotaflex. Surrealista pero cierto. Ahí lo dejo.

Lieux très proches de toutes commodité et du centre ville . Petit déjeuner compris de très bonne qualité. La climatisation idéal lorsqu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur.Emplacement de parking devant l’hôtel . Parfait pour notre court séjour.

La propreté des draps de lit n’ était pas propre , nous avions dû remettre notre drap par dessus et se servir de notre couverture .

Location is great for the area so everything you need is within walking distance, but at night, trains are constantly passing by, alot of people are out late and the rooms arent sound proof. Also the first night me and my wife stayed here we kept sneezing and eventually got us both sick on our trip

Stayed for only one night. Very noisy. The shower and the shower curtain were dirty. Location was good. Nearby beach and shops.

Very basic place with limited things. The only thing I liked about the place was the location. Other than that it had nothing special about. The internet didn’t work. Breakfast was very very basic, small room with old stuff, I don’t think I will come back to it.

The property lacks of basic maintainance in the building dependencies (stained paint in the bedroom walls, bedroom door to the balcony was not locking, worn out bed linen, insuficient towels - we were 2 persons and got one set)

Reception staff were extremely rude and had a very bad attitude, we were provided only stained and dirty looking hand towels and were expected to use this for having a shower. Shower was leaky and looked very old.

The cleaning personnel was absolutely adorable, and the room was always clean and tidy. They offered a laundry service too for free. The Wifi was great. Our room, after being unsatisfied with the first one, was upgraded for one beautiful and with a balcony for free. The breakfast was very nice and the terrace has a really beautiful view. Personnel is very nice.

The first room they assigned to us was with a very old bathtub, looking very rusty, impossibile to full up because impossibile to close and with the water constantly changing from too hot to too cold. We ask for a room with a shower. They immediately change our room for a beautiful room with a balcony, coffee, and tea for free and a nice shower. The beach is beautiful and it takes 5 min to arrive but unfortunately you need a taxi (very cheap) No safety box. Breakfast was always the same (We stayed 6 days).

Air conditioner wasn't working loads of times, kept telling us the air was cool and when I spoke to the manager he said s*** happens and no-one apologised to us and to top it all off the hotel was having site work done with load drilling and hammering noises throughout the day. I would never recommend this place, don't waste your money.

Good location in Safi

I have stayed at this hotel before. My booking included a terrace / patio but my room didn't have this. The 1st room I was given the window was broken which meant that anybody from outside could potentially open the window and get into the room. I was given another room. No terrace, no balcony and no patio which is what I booked and paid for. Usually they give water bottles but I didn't get this or a fridge in the room.

I happened to stay here whilst there was a storm and was practically bound to my hotel room.The Staff were amazing in looking after me.The food in the restaurant was fantastic as was the waiter Eunice was very friendly and helpful

The personal were doing their best and were nice.

The shower was not maintained. You can smell the paint. The room needs renovation. The view is not on the sea, it’s blocked by some buildings. The breakfast was served with no knifes, and sometimes it’s cold.

The staff, it seems that they are not used to see foreigners !!! No smile, they welcome you with gloomy faces, especially the lady who welcomed us at the reception, she was simply rude !!!

Amazing location, right next to market and sea front ..Amazing people of the city and very reasonable prices for shopping .. this city and its people are just on another level compared to Marrakech and Agadir..

Ewrithing was the best

Staff is super friendly. It’s located at the heart of the city, close the pottery stores in the old Medina. The view from the room is amazing! Rooms are tight and cozy, nothing fancy but for the price they do the job (we were only spending one night there and out most of the day).

We wanted to enjoy the view from the room during the day, however at night, it’s a super busy street… The breakfast is not a buffet, so if you like to have your breakfast, you might want to have a part 2 breakfast elsewhere.

No elevator from ground to first floor where the front desk is located. The restroom is really old and not comfortable The place is noisy. So it’s not recommended for some one looking for a quiet place
