KGA Elite Continental Hotel vs Similar Hotels

Rooms described as spacious and suites well-appointed, but building age, layout issues and intermittent power cuts affecting AC lower the rating slightly.

Multiple reviews cite poor housekeeping, a stench in hallways and explicit cleaning complaints, so cleanliness is rated below average.

Consistently praised as central and convenient (near bus/rail stations); 'Location' repeatedly listed as a pro across reviews.

Mixed feedback: some praise ('nice staff', 'excellent service') but several critiques about service quality, staff knowledge, delayed room service and 'not up to 4-star' service.

Food and rooftop restaurant receive strong positive mentions; buffet could use more options and coffee-hour limitations noted, but overall F&B is a strength.

Rooftop bar/restaurant is praised, but coffee shop hours (not actually 24 hrs) and frequently full parking are notable drawbacks—mixed amenities score.

Standard quality for this hotel tier.
