Sehr großzügiges Apartment, modern eingerichtet, sehr großes Bad, Balkon, Küche hat alles was man braucht. Schreibtisch fand ich sehr praktisch. Alle Fragen werden schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. In unmittelbarer Nähe ÖPNV Anschluss. Rewe in Reichweite. Ebenso ein tolles indisches Restaurant. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön

There weren't clear instructions about check in, but staff were helpful once we got in. I also found doing our own rubbish odd, and weren't able to find the designated rubbish bin even after being told directions. However, the lovely cleaner took our rubbish for us.

La ubicación por la cercanía del tren y del supermercado (un super que tiene de todo) es lo mejor del apartamento. Es un apartamento bastante completo y cómodo, con una pequeña terraza muy agradable cuando hace buen tiempo. Es tal cual lo muestran en las fotos, bonito y cómodo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con frigorífico, microondas, lavavajillas y todo el menaje que se necesita para cocinar, por lo que es perfecto para una estancia familiar. Las camas son muy cómodas. Nos dieron la posibilidad de late check out con un costo de 35€, lo cual nos vino genial, ya que nuestro vuelo salía a última hora de la tarde y fue muy cómodo poder disponer de la habitación hasta la hora de irnos. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial.

No hubo servicio de limpieza en los 7 días que estuvimos, nos indicaron que limpiarían una vez durante la estancia, pero no vinieron a limpiar por un error con el personal. Al comentarlo en recepción, nos proporcionaron toallas limpias, pero la verdad es que estar 7 días sin servicio de limpieza no es lo óptimo. El servicio de lavadora y secadora es comunitario y tiene costo de 3,5€ lavar y 2,5 € secar, que no es ningún problema y es comprensible, pero no se proporcionan instrucciones claras al hacer el check in y este servicio se puede pagar sólo con monedas de 50 céntimos de euro, lo que complica bastante el tema, porque en mi caso intenté lavar un domingo que no hay servicio de recepción, y después de seguir las instrucciones y colocar el dinero, la máquina no me funcionó y no hay manera de que devuelva el dinero sobre la marcha. Eso sí, al día siguiente me devolvieron el dinero sin problema en la recepción, pero al final me tuve que quedar sin lavar la ropa, porque ya se acababa nuestra estancia. Recomendaría al establecimiento colocar en el área de lavandería un lector para poder pagar con tarjeta estos servicios o una máquina de cambio de billetes a monedas de 50 céntimos, porque a día de hoy, no es común tener encima tantas monedas específicamente de 50 céntimos y si pilla en fin de semana, como me pasó a mí, es complicado poder encontrar cambio en algún otro establecimiento. También eché de menos unas instrucciones detalladas de la gestión de los desechos. Investigando por mi cuenta, pude encontrar el cuarto de basuras e intuir cómo se separan los desechos en la ciudad, pero hubiese sido de agradecer que al entrar al piso haya unas instrucciones escritas sobre este tema, el funcionamiento de la lavandería y el funcionamiento del servicio de limpieza. Está muy bien lo de tener un check in más independiente, pero se agradece poder tener unas instrucciones, al menos por escrito, sobre estos temas de importancia en la propia habitación al entrar.

Estaba todo muy nuevo y limpio, con muchos detalles para hacer más cómoda la estancia; toallas blancas súper suaves y limpias, mucho menaje de cocina (esponja, bayeta y detergente para lavar la vajilla), con gel, champú y todo lo necesario. Cómodo cheking a cualquier hora a través de un código. Estación de tren a unos metros y fácil de aparcar si vas en coche. Todo un acierto, sin duda volvería a repetir si regreso a Munich.

Para nuestro gusto, colchón algo blando y almohadas muy finas, aunque dejan un par por persona.

Die Lage ist gut, es handelt sich um sehr schöne Zimmer. Ziemlich neu.

Bei der Buchung hatten wir angenommen, dass es zwei getrennte Betten sind, weil es so dargestellt war, es war aber leider nur ein Doppelbett. Wer zwei getrennte Betten haben möchte, sollte darauf achten, dass dies separat noch mal eine Erwähnung findet. Aus irgendwelchen Gründen hat die Kaffeemaschine mit den Kapseln nicht funktioniert, wir haben dann selber noch mal welche nach gekauft. Die haben dann funktioniert. Es wurde auch keine Reinigung durchgeführt und somit auch keine neuen Toilettenrollen vorgesehen. Wir hatten damit gerechnet, dass zwei neue Kapseln kommen für die Kaffeemaschine. Aber wenn sie nicht funktionieren, weil sie aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht passen, dann hilft es uns auch nicht.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Very modern too. The Train station was right beside the apartment, easy access to the Münich city. Nice and quiet too.

We didn't get our room cleaned in the middle of our stay.

La struttura è nuova e dotata di tanti comfort. La vicinanza alla stazione permette di raggiungere la stazione centrale dopo quattro fermate, tuttavia è una zona un po’ periferica, se ci si sposta dal centro gli spostamenti sono un po’ lunghi. Nei dintorni c’è un biergarten davvero bello dove si può gustare cibo e birra locali. Quasi di fronte alla struttura c’è un supermercato ben fornito

Per quattro pernottamenti abbiamo trovato solo due capsule per il caffè. Mancanza di detersivo per i piatti. In dotazione una sola tab per la lavastoviglie. Non è stata mai effettuata la pulizia della camera. Tutte cose superabili, la critica ha solo intento costruttivo.

DD Suites Serviced Apartments is located in a great area with very easy access to transportation, and it is also close to local supermarkets. Additionally, there are plenty of parking spaces available around the property. The apartments are exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Since I am disabled and requested specific accessibility features, they provided me with a very suitable room and a accessible shower based on my request. The staff is highly professional, exceptionally polite, and very quick to respond to all messages. They were also very supportive and reliable in assisting me with my personal package deliveries, making sure everything reached me smoothly. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Munich, and it is especially a great choice for those planning a long-term stay. I will definitely choose this place again.

There was almost nothing we disliked, but due to climate change, a significant part of our stay in Munich coincided with a period of very high temperatures, and the room was very hot. Since there is no air conditioning, providing at least a fan in the rooms during hot weather would be a great idea as a constructive suggestion for the future.

Couple of key likes: 1) free parking in front of the door ( if available but for us we always found a spot) 2) supermarket (rewe)at 100 mtrs though not open at sunday like all stores in germany ;) 3) bathroom really nice with nice soap 4)nice playground closeby for our 4 year old

Some points of attention: 1) the whatsapp can be contacted but better to call if u have a question 2) the frying pan was damaged so we couldnt use it. We just boiled our eggs instead. We forget to inform the reception as i am sure they would take care of it 3) u can wash but u need 50ct coins.

The hotel was great, off the beaten path but with easy access to the train and the city center. Loved the space and the ability to unwind after work. Nothing really to improve, other than some fresh towels after 3 days.

Generell Ruhelage (wenn man vom Kindergarten im Erdgeschoss absieht), in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder an der Isar. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Nette nicht abgewohnte Einrichtung (ich war dort auch schon vor rund 8 Jahren). Gute Kommunikation mit dem Service Bereich.

Me gustó que había PARKING en la calle justo en frente del departamento. Tener un supermercado justo en frente.

Hacía mucho calor en el departamento. Y NO, no prendimos la calefacción como dijo el encargado. Debería haber o aire acondicionado o un ventilador y poner acolchado más finito. Ya que es un apartment debería haber servilletas, sal, azúcar lo básico x lo menos!!! Estuvimos 3 noches y solo dejaron DOS (2) CAPSULAS DE CAFES PARA DOS PERSONAS!!!

Groß und geräumiges Appartement mit allem, was es braucht. Insbesondere sehr gutes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche.

Kleine Anregung: Abtropfbrett zur Spüle in der Küche, 2 - 3 Trockentücher. Weiterhin ein mit Werbung der DD-Suites bedruckter Regenschirm ;-)

Eine sehr schöne helle, freundliche und moderne Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen und am liebsten bleiben wollen.

My second time at this place and I’m still and again super happy about the great location and short way to the tram, the super market across the street and the well equipped appartment as such!

Apartamento ótimo, com cozinha, varanda e bom espaço. Equipe de atendimento simpática e solícita. Boa localização, próxima à estação de trem e de um ótimo supermercado. Muito limpo também.

Calor. Não é uma exclusividade da acomodação, mas de toda a Europa. Essa onda de calor de junho de 2026, uma das mais quentes da história, expôs o quanto os países europeus precisam se equipar para fornecer ar condicionado nas acomodações.

+ Automated check-in was easy, even though I arrived after the staff had left + Really spacious and good value for money + S-Bahn is only a few paces away + Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a decent supermarket a few meters away + Provided sealed bags with cleaning essentials (sponge, dish soap, cloth, a few dishwasher tabs) + Sufficient amount of pods, plates, cutlery, pan, etc. + towels, basins and shower were clean

It was no big deal for me, but cleanliness could have been better (cleaning staff have little time and I suppose it's previous guests that are much more to blame here. However, those things were quite obvious) - sticky spots and stains from glasses here and there. - a few mugs and glasses in bathroom and kitchen were used and put back on the shelves uncleaned - I didn't touch the microwave because there was fat and grease smeared all over the device - Greasy and brownish smears on doors

Easy to get to by the S Bahn - 2 minute walk, the ease of check in, the size and cleanliness of the apartment, the facilities in the kitchen, the balcony and the lovely little supermarket across the road that does everything you need

The only little thing is that the shower is not overly powerful but don’t let that put you off at all!!

Nice and quiet Place with a direct connection to the city Centre. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped.

Gute Lage direkt an der S-Bahnstation und einige Gastronomieangebote fußläufig erreichbar.

Kommunikation bezüglich Tiefgaragennutzung ist verbesserungswürdig und die Stellplätze in der Garage können trotz Buchung und Bezahlung alle belegt sein. Außer man stellt sich auf Plätze, die für Mitarbeiter des Hauses reserviert sind. Dass man erst die Zimmerkarte im Tresor am Eingang holen muss und dazu mitten auf der Straße kurz parken, sollte im Vorfeld kommuniziert werden! .

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst geräumig. Die Gegend an sich ist sehr ruhig, somit konnten wir bestens schlafen. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Rewe Markt. Die S-Bahn Station ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank

Das Apartment hatte eine gute Lage und war nur 13 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die S-Bahn-Station war in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gegenüber befand sich ein Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch war. Außerdem war das Apartment sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

El alojamiento en general

Eché a faltar al menos una botella de agua como cortesía, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el alto precio que he pagado para pasar una noche (más de 200 €). No me fue posible comprar agua, con lo que me tocó beber del grifo. Estoy seguro que con el alto precio un detalle como una pequeña botella de agua en la nevera, se hubiera agradecido.

Το μοναδικό ωραίο ήταν η τοποθεσία

Ηταν βρώμικη η τουαλέτα, με κακή αισθητική τα δωμάτια, άβολα κρεβάτια και είχε μία χάλια μυρωδιά. Το χειρότερο ήταν ότι ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΕ ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΣΩΣΤΕ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΜΠΟΥΜΕ, ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΠΑΡΚΑΡΟΥΜΕ, ΓΙΑ CHECK IN, ΓΙΑ CHECK OUT και οι ανθρωποι δεν επικοινωνούν τηλεφωνικά μετά τις 22:00. Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα σε κατάλυμμα της booking και συν τις άλλοις πανακριβο. Σκέτη απογοήτευση, ντροπή σας!

Perfectly situated right next to the S7 train - just four stops from Munich Central. The apartment was stunning. Much bigger than anticipated and a great balcony to boot. Beautiful walk in shower and plenty of space for clothing. The bed itself was very comfortable and the breakfast bar was great too. Everything was just perfect really - can’t fault a single thing. Staff were very helpful and went through the train system with us. All in all this was a very special trip to a very special city.

Not much. The fridge was making a very slight noise - probably the compressor - but it was too quiet to worry about. Not even worth bringing up to the staff really. And where we were there was a kindergarten below but it wasn’t too noisy at all - just something to be aware of I suppose. Otherwise it’s very hard to find any complaints at all.

The apartment was spacious, well presented and in a quiet suburb of Munich. The site has a fascinating industrial past, and whilst it may not be a traditional tourist area I felt it was all the better for it. Checking in was easy, the staff were available and very polite, there was a supermarket across the street and the station was a 5 minute stroll.

It was all great for us.

Alles sehr sauber, gute Matraze, schönes Ambiente, reibungsloser Check-in/Check-out. Vor dem Haus mit etwas Glück kostenlose Parkplätze. Gute Anbindung zu den Öffis's.

Καινούριο σε καλή τοποθεσία. Ήρθε εκτάκτος και το 2ο παιδί μας μαζί και δε μας έφεραν καμία αντίρρηση στο να στρώσουν ένα καναπέ που περίσσευε στο δωμάτιο (3 ατόμων ) για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Δε μας χρέωσαν και δεν δυσανασχέτησαν. Μας έκανε πολύ καλή εντύπωση.

Spacious apartment, separate bedroom, comfortable bathroom. There is almost everything for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet, and there is a supermarket in the next building. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are nearby.

It would be possible to add tea, sugar, salt, and more coffee capsules. This is cheap, but it immediately solves some of the problems for travelers.

חדר מרווח, נקי, ממוקם בשכונה שקטה, עם קו 17 קרוב שמגיע למרכז העיר, סופרמרקט ממול. אין מיזוג בחדרים אנחנו היינו בחורף זה לא הפריע. יש חניה ברחוב. הכניסה פשוטה עם קוד שמקבלים. יש ללחוץ את הקוד בתיבת הדואר והוא נפתח עם המפתחות בפנים. קיבלנו שירות מעולה מאיש הצוות סנדרו.

אין פינוי זבל וניקיון במהלך השהות, הכלים במטבח מינימאליים,  החדרים ללא נוף, המיטה והכריות מאד רכות. אין לובי, זה קומפלס של דירות, המשרד נמצא בקומה העליונה ולא תמיד מאויש, אבל כל פעם שפנינו בטלפון סנדרו עזר לנו ונתן מענה, במיוחד בשהייה הארוכה שלנו בדירה.

Comfortable and big apartment. Public transport and supermarket nearby.

The refrigerator was very loud during the night. We turned it off after the first night and stored the food on the balcony (which was no problem as we had freezing winter temperatures).
