Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Old glory, but badly in need of an update This hotel seems to be living on its former glory. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell and felt old and poorly maintained. Most uncomfortable of all, there was plastic covering the mattress, which made sleeping unpleasant. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive rather than welcoming or helpful. We had already paid for our stay in advance, but despite that, we decided to leave and find another hotel. Losing the money was preferable to spending the night there. The hotel may once have had charm and character, but in its current condition we simply could not recommend staying here.

객실 온도 조절이 안되고 창문에 방충망이 설치되어 있지 않아 창문을 열지 못해 불편했습니다. 개선해주시길 부닥드립니다.

Reviewed May 6, 2025구식 호텔이나 관리 상태가 매우 좋고 청결하며 친절합니다. 조식을 이용할 수 없다는 점, 가까운 곳에 편의점이나 식당이 없다는 점은 조금 불편하나 그 점을 제외하고는 불만스러운 점이 거의 없었습니다.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025주차 편함, 프론트 직원분 난방 사용법, 근처 식당과 티비 이용법 시원시원하게 답해주시고 친절 초과였습니다. 앞에 공원호수가 있어서 퇴실이후 친구들과 잠깐들러서 공기도 마시며 산책도 했네요. 여유속에서 친구들과의 해돋이를 꿈꾸며 떠난 여행이라 더욱더 좋았던것같아요. 추천요. 👍👍💕

Reviewed Nov 14, 2024돔 늦게 도착했는데 데스크에서 친절하게 안내해주셔서 바로 입실했습니다. 방은 그리 크지는 않았지만 청결하고 편했습니다. 비품도 잘 되어있고 화장실도 부서지거나 한 곳 없이 깨끗하고 정리도 잘 되어 있습니다. 침대도 적당히 푹신해서 잘 잤어요. 퇴실 할때도 친절하게 인사해 주셔서 기분좋게 하루를 보냈습니다.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2024온돌바닥의 싱글/더블베드가 있는 룸을 사용했는데 룸이 굉장히 넓고 바닥이 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 붙박이장에는 매트와 이불이 있어서 바닥에서도 넓게자고 침대에서도 편하게 자고 가족여행 숙소로 너무좋았어요. 애기들 있으시거나 하면 해당 룸타입을 적극추천합니다. 특히 사장님이 너무 친절하셔요. 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

Reviewed Sep 24, 2023The location is close to the Lotus 🪷 park and a couple blocks from the local street market and local restaurants. Then again it is the only hotel in Ulgin - other accommodations are motel or more private facilities.
Being the ususlly busy beginning of Autumn perhaps because there were few guests the hotel restaurant was never open. Someone should pick up the litter in the landscaping around the hotel. Windows too small to view outside and in need of screen system to prevent mosquitoes when open.
