Ιδανικό για οικογένειες, μεγάλες εγκαταστάσεις. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν μερικώς ανακαινισμένο αλλά μεγάλο και άνετο. Ωραίο φαγητό αλλά πάνω απ' όλα άριστο προσωπικό. Ευχαριστούμε τον Εμμάνουελ για την πάντα θετική διάθεση, τη Νίκη για τα υπέροχα κοκτέιλ, τον Μπάμπη που ανταποκρίθηκε σε εναν μικροτραυματισμό στην κεντρική πισίνα αλλά και κάθε έναν ξεχωριστά απο το προσωπικό. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Just back from our second stay here and loved it! Great animation team- my boys love unga bunga! Great food/drink options- always found something for us all to eat. The Isla restaurant is good so make sure you go (one meal included in your stay) Lovely clean room. No sun bed wars!!! Plenty available at any time of the day. Unless you wanted specific loungers it wasn’t a problem. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beach was ideal being so close- rough sea though so not particularly child friendly. We would definitely return!

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four in August, and unfortunately, we came away feeling quite disappointed. We booked the hotel based on the many positive reviews, but sadly it didn’t live up to our expectations. The hotel was extremely busy and crowded during our stay, particularly around the pools. Unfortunately, the main swimming pool turned green while we were there, so we didn’t feel comfortable or safe using it. The smaller pool looked blue and appeared to be fine, however it still ended up staining our swimwear green. Towards the end of the holiday, my daughter also developed an ear infection, although I obviously cannot say for certain whether this was connected to the pool. We also had an issue with ants in our room, including inside the wardrobe. The rooms themselves are quite basic, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Another issue was the heat throughout the hotel. The bar, dining area and other communal areas were extremely hot, and there didn’t appear to be any effective air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable at times. We also struggled with the food. We found the choice quite limited and had difficulty finding things we enjoyed eating. The snack bar in particular seemed to serve the same food every day, which became repetitive during our stay. The biggest positive for us was the entertainment team. They worked incredibly hard to get both adults and children involved and made a real effort to create a fun atmosphere. The staff in general were also very friendly and pleasant. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There were some positives, particularly the friendly staff and entertainment team, but unfortunately, the issues we experienced outweighed them.

Just returned from a 10 night stay and although we enjoyed our holiday the hotel was not quite up to what we were expecting after reading the reviews we were expecting better. Firstly the poistives, Good location next to the beach, The very friendly helpful staff and Johnny from the entertainment team. Things that weren’t so great, The pool doesn’t open till 10am and closes around 5.30-6.00pm so if you enjoy a morning swim then that is off the cards and for some reason the pool had turned a awful green colour come the end of our holiday and the baby pool was closed for some reason? The hotel has a large number of french guests and a lot of the entertainment going on is in French so we couldn’t get involved. The limited nightly entertainment finishes at 10.00pm and there isn’t much to do after that so pack some cards or games. I would avoid the toilets down by the mini golf as they are in need of attention. I personally wouldn't rate this a four star hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and had a great time. Everything was great – the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. The animation team was also amazing, especially I want to mention Anna and Paula, who were absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel , well equipped for small children activities. Kids pool perfect for all ages and beach easy to get too. The staff are very friendly and helpful both at room service and around the hotel. I am gluten free and i was well catered for Manos in the restaurant met me every morning and evening with delicious GF goodies. The rooms are a generous size for a family of 4 and are very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely two weeks stay here and would return. Only negative comment is it is on the flight path for planes landing at the airport

Excellent Family Hotel (I wouldn't come as a couple though). 6 year old loved the slides, the swim up bar and the entertainment - her favourite was the mini disco every night. We found that if you wanted sun loungers at the main pool, you needed to go and reserve one around 9/9.30ish - if you went later it was usually pretty full but there were options at the other pools. We thought the food was good for AI, particularly gyros (and other options) at the snack bar and dinner. The all inclusive alcohol was fine - beer on tap nice and easy to get, I didn't like the wine but the gin was fine so mostly stuck to that! The room (sea view) was good, had everything we needed and shower was good. The Air con was not super great, it had to be left on for a long time to cool the room down and never really cooled it enough for me. When we arrived it was very hot and never properly cooled that night. But maybe I like it colder than most! One nice touch was on arrival at midnight, there was still a mix of hot and cold buffet food on offer so we could eat something before bed (believe it stays there until 1am) which is extra appreciated when your flight is delayed! We had a lovely meal at Isla which is a must do, it's a beautiful restaurant. We also reserved the BBQ one night which was fine although for me probably would have just stuck with the regular dinner which had more salad options (not much salad at the BBQ). Overall would recommend the hotel for a family holiday and would certainly consider returning - 6 year old requested returning every year!

Johnny was amazing. He entertained the children and adults. The life and soul of the party! Would definitely recommend this hotel for this reason!

We had a fantastic week at this hotel and would definitely return. There are many positives to note. The biggest credit to this hotel is the entertainment team; they are all truly incredible at what they do and work tirelessly for long hours yet, maintain their enthusiasm throughout. Special mentions to Anna, Laura and Aiden who are amazing with the kids but, also to Jonny (Ungs Bunga!) who is not only fabulous with the kids but, makes such an effort with the adults too! All the team (but, especially Jonny) are so welcoming and really make an effort to ensure people feel included but, without being pushy. The whole team are worth their weight in gold... as are the cleaners! The cleaners never seem to stop, and work ever so hard at maintaining such a presentable hotel. The bar staff, staff in the restaurant; in fact, every single member of staff at this hotel works ever so hard, and nothing is too much trouble for any of them! The food. We ate in the buffet restaurant at both breakfast and dinner in the evening - there was so much choice at both. As with a lot of all inclusive places, the food was not particularly hot and on occasions, it was a very randomly put together meal but nonetheless, an impressive selection. Fresh salad and fruits were plentiful. We did not end up eating at Isla however, did enjoy the BBQ restaurant. The buffet restaurant was crowded at times however, we never struggled for a table. Drinks such as lager, wine, soft drinks and hot beverages were self serve not only in the restaurant but, around the pool area too which was useful! Whilst on the subject of the pool - worth noting that it is mild saltwater! We stayed in a double room with sea view (2 adults, 1 x 6 year old). The room was adequately sized and had much more storage space than we expected! Little extras such as access to a free safe and a fresh bottle of water being left in the fridge everyday were added bonuses. We only had a couple of ever so slight gripes with this hotel that to be honest, made no difference to our stay and really aren't worth mentioning as they're not that significant! The location of the hotel is spot on! A couple of supermarkets just a few minutes walk one way and then the other way, a number of shops and restaurants. Approx 10min walk up into the main centre and literally across the road from the beach. For anybody wanting to watch sports, we'd recommend visiting the Anfield bar (lovely food too!) - approx 20min walk and next door to Gouves playground where there are bouncy castles for the kids. Also, for anybody with children wishing to access hair braiding, King's Tattoo place in the centre offer walk ins! A wonderful holiday that will be fondly remembered.

It was really good and the animators were also good, but there were no night activities for adults for example disco nights or just music nights, just partys for kids every evening. So yeah, thats the one thing thats not good about this hotel that they have the “quiet time after 10:30pm”.

Hotel mit eigenen Liegen am direkt angrenzenden Strand, sehr gut funktionierender Transfer vom & zum Flughafen, 3 Pools, gepflegter & sauberer Außenbereich, nicht ganz neue, aber ausreichend große und sehr saubere Zimmer, super Service, sehr große Buffet-Auswahl, hier findet jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack (für unser jüngstes Mitglied der Reisegruppe wurde sogar ein extra Gericht veranlasst, als dieses gesundheitsbedingt nichts essen wollte/ konnte). Animationsprogramm, Abendveranstaltungen, außergewöhnlich nettes & zuvorkommendes Personal. Hier erhält man umgehend kompetente Auskünfte und auch prompte Hilfe wenn erforderlich. Von all den guten Mitarbeitern möchten wir Fanny ganz besonders hervorheben und uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal bei Ihr bedanken. Dieses Hotel können wir einfach nur weiterempfehlen!

Hier gibt es eigentlich nichts zu erwähnen. Zu den Getränken vor Ort (weil dies auch schon in einigen Rezensionen aufgenommen wurde): Es ist wirklich eine große Auswahl an Getränken beim AI-Paket enthalten. Da sollte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein.

A great hotel, very clean. Brilliant service. The activities for the children are particularly lovely, as is the entertainment coordinator Johnny, who organises the evening football tournaments. A real highlight!

The hotel always lives up to expectations, very friendly and accommodating staff with clean rooms and calm fun atmosphere for the kids. However, the Spa is a must visit as the experience was excellent. I had a massage and a facial with Seline and we did the children’s massage. It was one of the nicest and relaxing experiences I have had. She is so friendly and knowledgeable it was a pleasure to be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

Honest review from a British family. We travelled from 17th May staying for 10 nights in a bungalow. Rooms are quite small, so I imagine the standard rooms are even smaller, very basic but clean and the beds were comfy so we had no complaints here. The pools are great! One has a swim up bar (the cocktails are best from here!) and the splash pad is fun for the little ones! Then you’ve got the main pool by the beach which is where all the games, music is played, more of a party vibe if you prefer this sort of atmosphere, if not the swim up bar pool is your go to! We spent most of our time here! The staff are lovely! Animation team make this hotel! Especially John, he’s so friendly and is a credit to the hotel team! They are excellent with the children and really go above and beyond to make your holiday memorable! Unfortunately the food isn’t the best, if you’ve got picky eaters then you really will struggle at this hotel, mainly caters for the French and German guests. The restaurant is a free for all, absolute nightmare, I’ve never come across so many rude people in my life, guests of the hotel not the staff. My little boy literally lived on chips, Pringles that we were buying from the shop and ice cream for 10 days. There’s a ‘kids corner’ in the buffet but never child friendly dishes. The breakfast is the best for food choices, waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast choices. The snack bar is also good too. There’s not much in the local area, we like to have a walk around but honestly there’s nothing around, a couple of restaurants and bars and that’s it. We took a trip into Stalis and wished we’d booked to stay here, far nicer area and the beach was beautiful. Gouves beach is okay, the kids loved it and that’s the main thing! They had the best time! It’s also great that as a hotel resident you get complimentary sun beds on the beach which is great. All in all we had a lovely holiday and due to the amazing pools and staff we would return.

Very good hotel with a wide variety of delicious food. There are several swimming pools, so it never felt overcrowded. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a family holiday. There is also a separate children's pool, which is great for families with kids. Entertainment group very good! Specially Jonny boy!

We had a weeks vacation at this hotel from the 10th of June . on arrival we were given our room there was something I wasn’t quite happy with and reception soon gave us a different room which we were very satisfied with thanks to Elena . We had a sea view room . Rooms were very clean and tidy towels changed and room cleaned every day . We never had a problem getting a sunbed & the poor area was very clean and tidy .The food in the main restaurant was excellent. My Wife being coeliac gluten-free normally struggles but thanks to the restaurant manager Manos who made sure her food was cooked completely separate and was brought to her every day by himself thought this hotel was reasonably priced for an all-inclusive and was very impressed with its standards

Location is great, food is amazing for all inclusive buffet! Animation were good especially to Laura who took a lot of time out for my usually nervous son and Jonny who ensured everyone was happy at all times. First time travelling abroad with a 5 & 6 year old and would definitely recommend and look forward to booking to come back again

We had a fantastic family holiday here. The pools and the entertainment were perfect for my three year old and five year old. We met Jonny Bravo early into our holiday who kept the entire family entertained throughout our holiday and truly made us feel welcome and included in all the activities that were on offer. The children all got personalised T-shirts and my mum was kindly given a complimentary one to match them at the mini disco. All of the animation team were really welcoming and attentive and went the extra mile to say goodbye and wish us safe travels on our last day which I thought was very nice. There was plenty of variety to eat and we liked that there was an option poolside to eat if you didn’t want to go inside the main restaurant during the day. There was options from Mexican, plenty of fish, fried chicken, Italian, French etc. My children spent a lot of the week eating pizza and plain pasta but that’s because that’s down their fussy eating so not the hotels fault entirely. We also had a night at the restaurant across the road which was a nice change, it was 5 set small plates over two rounds so maybe not for everyone but the venue was beautiful and the staff were very nice. Our rooms were nice, modern and clean and even though we were located close the main pool and entertainment we were never affected by noise once our room doors were closed. We normally like an area separate from the bedroom that we can use after our kids go to sleep but they were quite small and didn’t have this. It wasn’t a deal breaker at all just a preference that isn’t major. Location wise, we didn’t really venture out of the hotel much but across the road was a gorgeous beach and a few shops nearby. We enjoyed it so much we would happily go back. We really hope to visit again in the future.

The food was outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. There was a huge variety every day, and I even tried foods I had never eaten before, such as octopus. Everything we tasted was delicious, and the desserts were amazing and always varied. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the animation team was super and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable.

The only thing I missed was the option to have an iced coffee. With the warm weather it would have been a great addition. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. Spotlessly clean with excellent staff. The food in the restaurant is fresh, plentiful and lots of variety with the salads being outstanding. With 3 pools there was something for everyone and always sunloungers available. The speciality restaurant was a great night out with excellent food and service. Spa services were also excellent - would definitely recommend a massage - so tranquil and relaxing. Reception staff are informative and very helpful. Overall a fantastic hotel - we will be back!

Great hotel for families with children. The kids pool and mini disco were great for our 4 year old, there was always plenty to do. Shout out to Johnny bravo who got us involved on the first day and kept us entertained. Food was varied and available all day. Rooms are basic but cleaned every day. As always there are pros and cons to the hotel but overall we felt it was good value for money. We were welcomed at reception and staff were helpful. We were there as a couple for a week and the 'tax' was €70 payable in card or cash. The receptionist pointed out a QR code on the back of the room key that had useful hotel information (WiFi is good in the hotel so easy to access). Beds were comfortable enough. Had 2 pillows one very hard and the other very soft - to the extremes. Rooms are pretty basic. We had a small cupboard and then a hanging rail in the main bedroom. Only 2 drawers but the sideboard and bedside table had storage 'holes'. The mini fridge was helpful and we were left on bottle of water a day. If you take a reusable bottle you can fill this anytime at the pool bar area if you need more. The main pool, bar and snack bar were easy to find and access from reception. The main pool was where all of the activity areas are as well (mini golf, table tennis, darts, yoga, water aerobics, kids playground) However, we did have to ask where the 'quiet pool' (with swim up bar) was as it wasn't signposted - The kids splash pool was next to the quiet pool. We were staying in the main building but if you were staying in one of the more separate buildings it was possibly more obvious to find. In general the buffet food was good. We especially found the theme nights the best (Mexican and Asian) but there was always some sort of griddled meat and salad if nothing else. The pool bar had a fair variety of drinks and cocktails. These were all poured by hand (plastic cups in the day glass at night if you were drinking there). The main inside bar in the evening had a slightly different cocktail menu. These were all poured by a machine so at times ratios could be off is something was running low. If you walk out of the hotel on the beach road out the back there is 'Isla' where you go for your one Al a Carte meal. Isla is also open as a bar/restaurant to the general paying public. When we arrived for our complimentary meal we were given a 'menu' and told we would receive it all mezze style in 3 parts (starter, mains and dessert). Not all tables were told the same as we had another table ask us to look at our menu. The food was nice but we found the service a bit hit and miss (we never received one dish at all). I think unfortunately for us we were there at the same time as quite a lot of 'paying' customers as well as a group of about 20 from the hotel also having their complimentary meal so think we were a bit forgotten. We did actually purchased a bottle of wine for the meal but you could just have the standard beer/wine/soft drinks that are normally served in the buffet restaurant. If you walk further along the road (turn right when you enter the beach road from the hotel) there are 3 or 4 other restaurants about 100 metres away. These had the best views of the sunset while we were there and the far end one had some nice rocking chairs. I would definitely recommend going down at least one evening to have a drink and watch the sunset. If you carry on walking along the road you pass little beach/bay that you can pay for sunbeds on, just passed that and you will see a sign on the bend for the town center pointing up the road to the right. If you walk up there there is a little shopping area on the left but carry on and turn left by the jeep hire you will find more bars and restaurants (get Google maps out if you struggle - we spoke to a lot of people who didnt know it was there). We ate in Knossos Taverna which was lovely food. They have a great garden out the back with a small kids play area. They also do traditional Greek nights with dancing etc (Weds, Fri & Sundays I think). Highly recommend going any night for food and drinks. If you fancy going further afield taxis booked from reception cost €20 to Hersonissos and €40 to Heraklion (we found local taxis in the towns to bring us back - they were about the same price). All in All we enjoyed our stay but did feel the need to leave the complex for a change of scenery.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We arrived late at night and were told that the restaurant would be open an hour later for hot and cold foods. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Room - Our room was nice, basic but that doesn’t bother us. Would have been nice to have a bath. Shower was colder around 6pm when everyone was in the shower I presume! I wasn’t keen on the storage in the room, there wasn’t enough drawers or hooks. Our view was the car park which was actually nice in the late afternoons. Food - really nice, always something to eat. They enjoy their fish and snails here! The pizza wasn’t the best which we commented on to management, it was always too hard. I feel that this was due to the pizza base as well as the way they are cooking them, the manager was great at listening to feedback and brought the chef to us to discuss this with him! My son especially liked the crepes in the morning and the ice creams all day everyday! The pistachio ice cream was delicious. Staff - cleaners were lovely and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean, the cleanest hotel I have been too, as much as I love cats (I have two at home) they have a rule not to feed the cats u less at their cat station which I thought was good, for those who are Algeria/scared. This meant that you didn’t see the cats very often. Animation team always worked hard, Johnny Boy was really lovely! Shows - we saw some great evening shows and I appreciated that they started at 9.15pm- some hotels don’t start their evening entertainment u till 10pm! We saw acrobats, African acrobats, light and fire show, an amazing singer. It was a great variety and we really enjoyed them all. Pools - were a little cold, my son loved the kids pool and the indoor pool. Always got sun loungers no matter the time (stayed last week in May first week in June) Drinks - didn’t like any of the cocktails except from the sex on the beach- please do this at the evening bar too! The beach front is absolutely gorgeous! Loved that there was always in loungers there too. We had photos taken (amazing but expensive of course) and we also had a lovely back neck and shoulder massage. I actually fell asleep it was so relaxing! The only down fall of this hotel was the location. We like to have a walk and there is literally nothing around. Had to walk 30 minutes to the odd restaurant and chapel (we ate at the Island Gouves- gorgeous). We hired a buggy purposely to travel around and went to Malia, Sissi, Heraklion, Archanes and Kastelli. It was beautiful to see some of the real Crete. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel purely due to the location but I’m so glad we have experienced it. We had an amazing time.

What a lovely hotel and the spa is 100% had a lovely neck shoulder Massage with magda perfect to relieve all my stress and tension would definitely recommend

Everything was great with this hotel all the staff are great I have 2 kids with additional needs and Jonny boy was great with my son he called him chicken man he was the best with my kids he was so good with kids he made us feel so at ease we can’t wait to come back next year and see him I’ll upload the photo of my son and him which will tell you how much my son loved him the cleaners office staff and the manger who is tall was brilliant my kids are fussy at eating and he got them chicken nuggets cooked when they wasn’t nowt on for them definitely can’t wait to come back next year thanks so much for our stay your all amazing

Almost everything was perfect apart from the dinner in the restaurant Isla (that you have opportunity to book separately). The place itself was beautiful but the food was poor quality and low quality. Nothing even close to Cretan usual tavernas.

We liked the facilities for kids, the animation team and engaging program, the food, the staff's friendliness, the nearby beach perfect for kids. We also particularly liked the fact that the pool sunbeds non-reservation rule with towels was respected by guests. Despite the hotel being almost full, there were always sunbeds available near the pools of the resort. Very good wifi in any area of the hotel, including on the beach.

The comfort of the standard family room at ground floor and its lighting; the fact that in the colder/stormy weather when outside restaurant was not an option, we had to wait outside for tables availability during dinner; the mixed weather at the beginning of May; not much to do outside of the resort if you do not own/rent a car

The hotel’s common areas and pool areas were very nice and well maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing — especially Johnny, who deserves a 10+ for his service and attitude. He really made our stay better. The food was nothing special overall, although the breakfast was good and had enough variety. The rooms were okay and clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable. One big downside was the huge crowds and long queues at every meal, which made dining quite stressful at times. Overall 8/10 experience

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Crete and would highly recommend it for families with children. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and always helpful throughout our stay. The best part for us was how good the entertainment team was with the children. There were activities throughout the day, mini discos in the evening, games, and plenty to keep the kids happy and engaged. The staff made a real effort to include everyone and created such a fun atmosphere. The food was great with lots of choice for both adults and children, and the pool areas were perfect for families. Overall, it made for a relaxing holiday because the children were always entertained and enjoying themselves. We would definitely return again in the future. Thank you for a brilliant family holiday! Very clean, friendly and nice staff, everything well organized

Family of 4 (kids 4 and 11), we liked best: great beach for kids, shallow clear water; good food, varies daily; very friendly staff; massages and kids spa - Eva is great with kids; good value for money for our May vacation; inside store to cover for all (small) necessities; many activities for kids and parents; low level of noise even for the rooms close to the pool; well mannered guests/well implemented rules - here we did not see sun beds reserved with a towel thrown on them before 9 am like it happens in other countries. What can be improved: screeching bed; not so comfortable pillows; we had to stay in line at the restaurant door a few times to have dinner - it was cold outside and there were not enough tables inside; the 4 stars are "Greece 4 stars", but it is clean and the staff is very welcoming; not much to do outside the resort; planes noise - it took 1-2 days to get used to it.

I am currently on holiday with my family. The hotel and staff are amazing. The kids club is brilliant it runs 10am until 12 and 3pm until 5pm. The food is lovely and there is plenty of choice. The hotel arranged for a birthday cake for my two children and the girls in the restaurant are lovely and always make a fuss of the children. I would also like to say thank you to the staff at kids club especially Noemi who is always very caring with the children. The hotel is brilliant if you have young children as the beach is around 2 metres from the hotel. Sunbeds are also reserved for guests staying at the hotel. The mini kids disco is also great and they also arranged a lovely birthday song for my children. Thank you x

The whole experience was amazing. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were comfortable The restaurant’s food was tasty and there were various options. The hotel offered a very pleasant stay. The animation team done a great job, our daughter every day had so much fun. The big applause for the guys who entertained the kids in mini disco. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We have just today returned from our 2 week honeymoon here with our toddler who is nearly 4. She had the best time and so did we. She absolutely loved the entertainment and the kids club! She loved the full animation team but had a special connection with Noemi who put in so much effort with her and made her feel really special every time we went to the kids club or mini disco! Angela was also amazing and we're the rest of the team. The hotel was lovely and all of the staff were brilliant. Would return in a heartbeat. Sad to hear home!

The beach has a gentle slope into the sea, fine sand, beautiful palm trees, and seawater pools

The food is very greasy, the family room is very small and the ceiling is very low; the water in the indoor pool was chilly, and the entertainment was poor too; the hotel caters mainly to a French clientele, with entertainment conducted in French, and the cocktails were unpleasant. The lighting in the room is also very dim.

This hotel is stunning its more beautiful and alot bigger in person. We booked this holiday for my husbands 40th birthday and it didnt disappoint we've enjoyed every minute of it. We even had professional photos taken which can be booked in the hotel and the sunset photos are stunning the hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and spacious enough space for my family of 4. The pools are fab there's a lively one with the animation team wondering round and do a morning and dinner time dance. The kids splash pool is great to let your kids play as its very shallow and safe or if your looking for a more relaxed time id say the pool with the pool bar is the one for that as for loungers there's never a fight for them like some hotels there's signs saying no reserving so means plenty for everyone. The animation team put on great games and activities during the day for adults and kids aswell as wondering round having a chat with you. Then they put on a fab kids mini disco in the evening my son isn't one to dance but he cant wait to get there. Although this was a holiday to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday it was also my sons first ever holiday abroad and one person in particular made this holiday the absolute best for my son was Johnny aka Johnny bravo my son archie would daily wherever we was around the hotel he would try look for him to my son Johnny is his best friend he is definitely going to be missed but we will definitely be booking again thank you to everyone for making out holiday amazing xxx

We stayed here from the 28th of April until the 4th of May, weather was lovely for 3 days and not so great for 3 days. Our 4 year old daughter loved the kids club and the mini disco. Big shout out to Angela who put so much energy and enthusiasm into the mini disco making our daughter's holiday very memorable! The room was cleaned everyday. Rooms are all located very close to the pools and the beach is across the road. Food is nice and wasn't too busy at this time of year. Live singer was amazing too! Great value for money at this time of year but we would love to come back at peak season!

We had a great time at Crete, Marina hotel. The food is nice, hotel clean. Recommended for families with kids!

Il y a beaucoup de bruits : bruits réguliers des avions qui passent juste au dessus de l'hôtel, volume de la musique trop élevé dans le bar même en terrasse, bruit de la route qui passe devant l'hôtel, etc Les alentours proches de l'hôtel ne sont pas très jolis. Qualité inégale pour le buffet : le buffet a baissé en choix et en qualité tout au long de la semaine car l'hôtel fermait quelques jours plus tard.

Food was very good, especially Isla restaurant which you could use free once during a week stay. Pools were nice, but littlebit cold in October (for kids). Cleaning every day. All the personal was very helpful and friendly. You have to check out from rooms at 11, but you can stay in hotel and still use pools and eat during the day

Pillows were too high, especially for childen. The gym should be bigger also

Lovely family holiday, the all inclusive food was varied and we always found something that everyone enjoyed to eat. The entertainment staff worked really hard morning until night keeping the adults and kids entertained, especially John! Thank you!

We went for a family holiday to this hotel for 10 nights all inclusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are 3 main outside pools and an indoor pool, we particularly liked the children’s pool and the pool with the with a swim up bar. The rooms had everything required and were cleaned everyday. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. My daughter particularly enjoyed the kids club and kids disco. There was an amazing fire and light show one evening. The animation team were always around day and evening to provide activities and entertainment for adults and kids, particularly making our stay memorable were John from Kenya and the lovely Betti, thank you. The food was good and mostly varied, we always managed to find something we liked each day. The hotel is in a good location and walking distance from local shops and restaurants too. The beach is a short walk across the road. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great family holiday in Crete. Hotel is very clean and staff are lovely. The animation team are great too and always bring the mood up in the hotel. John the DJ is amazing. Always bringing the vibes.

What a brilliant hotel. Loved the location as it’s right on the beach front. Hotel is so clean and the cleaning team are constantly cleaning and maintaining the high standards. Bar staff were so friendly and the animation team are so enthusiastic with special mention to John, the DJ who went out of his way to make our kids feel welcome and took time out to speak to them, which they loved. Food was great and every day there was so many items to choose from. Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat.

Just got back from our trip and we had a great time. All the staff were amazing but a big thanks to Elena 🤩at reception who looked after us from beginning to end and to Manos in the restaurant for his amazing warmth we did not expect anything like that 🤩. We missed being there and will definitely return. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone. Must also say that the food was great 😊.

Just returned from a lovely week away with the family. Food was delicious and large variety, the food hall was clean and waitresses were always helpful and friendly. Great bar staff. The rooms were as expected and kept clean by the amazing cleaners. Lots of activities for all ages, our kids enjoyed the kids clubs and friendly faces as well as the mini disco every night. Big shout out to John Unga bunga, Cecile and Betti who made our kids holiday. Fantastic with the children and made them feel welcome throughout our stay. The beach is just a short walk and is absolutely beautiful, we spent many afternoons there. Only fault is how cold the pools are, especially the kids splash pool was the coldest out of the 5 pools.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Great food, lovely pool areas, perfect location for beach, restaurant and bars without it being hideously busy, fab bright and spacious rooms, All round super hotel. Already looking at going next year. Speaking for an adult point of view, animation team do an amazing job. In particular John! He is the life and soul of the team. Makes sure he speaks to absolutely everyone and will try get you involved in activities but not pushy in the slightest. If I could give him 6*'s I would! Super lovely guy and you can tell his loves his job.
