Reviewed Aug 18, 2026We were at the hotel during the earthquake in Colombia. The staff were exceptional in making sure we were safe and looking after our needs as best as possible under the circumstances. When we finally managed to leave the city it felt as if we were part of the family. It is a family business and their whole family helped to care for guests and homeless people in the neighborhood. The area around the hotel has many facilities and restaurants and is within easy reach of the main bus station in Pereira.

Decepción total. Las fotos son IA, la fachada no es en absoluto así. La habitación dos camas de 90, al lado vacía una de matrimonio. El agua caliente sale media hora después, y un chorro ínfimo de pequeño. La papaya del desayuno la cortaron hace tres días y se ve que va cara porque era suspiro de papaya. No hay ventilación y se escucha absolutamente todo.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Neighborhood is perfect and safe, next to a park so you can easily enjoy people watching or a cup of coffee. Near plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries. Easy access 10 min walk to the bus terminal.
The breakfast included was super yummy but I do wish it included more fruit, they only gave me 1 granadilla. My room also didn't have an exterior view window, only interior view/hallway.

We were very disappointed by the room and the service of the hotel. The price should have been much lower compared to the quality. My partner is very sensitive to humidity and the first thing stepping to the room was the smell coming from the dull. The room didn't have any windows, and the lighting of the room was not cozy. We didn't find the personnel of the hotel helpful or attentive with us when asking help about finding a restaurant.

La habitación que nos tocó era muy estrecha y un poco desbalanceada la relación calidad precio.

El desayuno estuvo muy regular: de los 5 días, sólo 1 fue completo. Otro día, la fruta fue mínima (3 minicasquitos de piña). Otro, sin fruta. Otro, no había pan y nos dieron 1/2 croissant. Otro día, no pudimos consumir el queso o quesito porque estaba viejo.

Also I didn’t have hot water in my last day staying there.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Lovely property that offers free breakfast at the cafe next door, which has excellent orange juice. The beds were more comfortable than what we usually find in Colombia. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only negative is, the entry into the bathroom is raised from the floor. If you don't notice it, you'll smash your toes into the concrete slab. They really should install some flashing, or at least paint the slab a different color.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Cuando llegamos no tenían lista la habitación que reservamos y nos dieron una más pequeña y sí, un poco más incómoda. Pero lo resolvieron bien. Ese día nos quedamos ahí y al día siguiente nos cambiaron. O sea, hubo mucha disposición para resolverlo. El personal es muy amable. El hotel está muy cerca de la central de camiones, lo cual es bueno si es que piensas moverte en bus a Salento o Filandia, por ejemplo. Incluye desayuno, lo cual también es muy conveniente.
