The hostel it's nice and the people friendly. The disadvantage was they didn't cover properly the entire frame of my bed capsule to the next leaving a big spot so I could receive the light from the other guest... Pretty annoying. The shower are a bit tricky and old but ok to me. The include a simple breakfast which is nice. Overall good

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and travel tips

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. We discovered bed bugs in our room when we were about to go to sleep and were moved to another room, which also had bed bugs in every bed we checked. When we checked out backpacks that had been there all day they were infested with bedbuggs. The staff, especially the night receptionist, was rude, dismissive, and offered no real help. We were not allowed to wash our clothes, borrow garbage bags to isolate our belongings, or even use a towel to shower after our luggage and clothes had been exposed. We ended up staying awake outside the entire night waiting for the manager, who never showed up. Although we received a refund for the night, we had to pay over 1,000,000 VND ourselves to have our clothes and luggage professionally cleaned. I cannot recommend this hostel it is cheap but not worth it!!!! Ended up being our most expensive night with no sleep.

Good hostel for travelers who want a central location and friendly atmosphere. The facilities are basic but functional, and everything was fine during my stay.

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. It’s not a luxury place, but it has everything you need for a short and affordable stay. Good for solo travelers or backpackers.

I had a really good stay here. The hostel is located in a very convenient area, making it easy to move around the city. I stayed only one day

I had to stay one day.

Обещали в личной переписки что проблемы с жуками решены! Но нет, это враньё. Шел с администратором в комнату увидел тараканов, но думаю ладно они же безобидные и кровь не сосут. Но в комнате нашел именно клопов. Загуглил и реально именно они большие и маленькие. Попросил переселить в другую комнату, отказали. Переселили на соседнею кровать. Сразу позвал администратора и сфотографировать забыл. Поэтому прикреплю фото из интернета что водится и что там надо искать.

The enormous cockroaches in the bedroom

I went into the shower 1 hour after my check in, and someone was waiting to the shower next to me, just standing inside, after I started a man pulled my door open and sneaked one eye and his phone AND TOOK A VIDEO OF ME SHOWERING, I threatened him loudly and he ran away. They couldn't find him through the camera footage and I left the hostel, while he stayed there. (Women also get into those showers)

The staff were actually quite nice, though, and I have to give credit where it’s due: the breakfast was very good. There was a wide variety of options, and it was tasty. The outdoor area was also quite pleasant and a nice place to relax.

Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the accommodation. The room had a very unpleasant smell. As a solo female traveler, I was placed in a room full of men, which made me feel uncomfortable. One of my roommates mentioned that he had bedbugs in his bed. I personally didn’t see any, so I can’t confirm that, but it was still concerning to hear. Overall, the place didn’t feel very clean there were cockroaches everywhere. However, I personally found my room to be very poor. I didn’t complain during my stay, so I don’t know if I could have gotten something better, but overall the hygiene standards were unfortunately not good, and I felt very uncomfortable.

Cleanliness. Bathroom s were common on only 1st floor and not very clean. Not all showers worked. Breakfast was ok just noodles and coffee if vegetarian but still better than nothing.

Очень грязный хостел с крайне низким уровнем санитарии. Душ в ужасном состоянии, требует ремонта или хотя бы нормальной уборки. Туалеты также запущенные. И поблизости я не нашла никого пляжа, хотя Букинг указывает какой то пляж. Постельное белье оказалось грязным: пятна на простыне и даже следы крови на наволочке. Было ощущение, что это может быть связано с клопами, из-за этого не удалось нормально спать. На ресепшене неохотно согласились заменить белье, но сначала выдали ещё более грязное и с неприятным запахом, при этом пытались убедить, что оно чистое. Кровать находилась на втором ярусе прямо рядом с кондиционером, расстояние меньше полуметра. В результате на следующий день стало плохо со здоровьем. Завтрак формальный и некачественный: одно яйцо, кусочек помидора, тост и холодная картошка фри. Кофе подавали в грязной посуде, были заметны следы от губной помады. На следующий день ситуация повторилась, пить это было невозможно. Кухня выглядит запущенной, полная антисанитария. Вечером в лобби бегают тараканы. Утром перед выездом обнаружила, что кто-то раздавил таракана моей обувью, пришлось долго её отмывать. Персонал на ресепшене реагирует грубо на замечания и не пытается решать проблемы. Не рекомендую.

Friendly staff Ying was very welcoming and polite throughout my stay. The common area was also spacious and pleasant, and I could work productively.

There were several cockroaches in the common area and a slight stench of urine.

Lo único que me gustó fue la atención de Ying y Rayan, porque lo demas era espantoso. Hay una chica de limpieza que también es la qje prepara el desayuno y de paso no limpia nada, porque ese hostal es el vas sucio que he visto en toda mi vida. Los baños sucios, el suelo como que nunca lo limpian, la sabana mia olía a usada igualmente la almohada, la puerta del segundo nivel no funcionaba y costaba abrirla y cerrarla, eso era espantoso. Nunca he visto un hostal tan feo y sucio. Sive que se ha ganado varios premios pero creo que esos premios sin falsos porque la verdda es lo peor que yo haya visto.

La suciedad de la ducha era imposible empeorar. Incluso el polvo de la habitación. … y cama olía la colcha de que la había usado otra persona olía a humano se notaba q no estaba limpia , además olor de chico . Tuve q dejar una fianza y me dijeron q me la devolvían les dije yo salgo muy temprano para el aeropuerto y me dijeron sin problemas habrá alguien . Eran las 4.30 no había nadie la puerta de la calle podía entrar cualquier recepción vacía fui hasta la cocina y nadie que había .

Bữa sáng là kiểu phở gói ăn liền không topping, bánh mì và ốp la k có gì đặc biệt, mình đã phải ra ngoài ăn cho các ngày sau đó. Phòng của mình có tích hợp bếp, là điểm cộng nếu ai cần dùng bếp, phòng không đẹp nhưng giường khá thoải mái. Lễ tân thân thiện, lịch sự.

Mình ở tầng cao nhất, vali to nhưng khách sạn k có thang máy. Khu vực phòng dom bên dưới có mùi khá hôi khi mình đi ngang qua. Khu vực lễ tân lúc vào checkin cũng hôi.

Good location, near coffee shops. Breakfast included however I was unable to eat it due to allergies being ignored.

Bathroom is mixed-sex and very dirty. At one point there was vomit in the sink! The whole hostel smells fusty. I was on the bottom floor and could hear noise all night which I assume was from reception - I don’t know if staff were playing music or something. 24 hr reception is never manned. Both times I went to reception - the first time being check in - I was waiting for 10 mins for a staff member to come. I ordered eggs and toast for the included breakfast, and it came with ketchup all over the egg. I advised I am allergic to tomato and it doesn’t state anywhere it comes with ketchup on (it doesn’t even make sense to put condiments on people’s food anyway!). They took it back and said they’d get me a fresh egg. They brought it was with the same egg, where they had clearly tried to wipe the ketchup off. I pointed out that there is still ketchup on the egg and all over the plate. They then said they’d replace again but at that point I said I don’t trust them and I’ll go buy breakfast out.

Me gusto mucho la locación, bastante central y ambiente muy tranquilo. Desayuno incluido, no muy variado pero salva.

El control del aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, y había un orificio en el techo donde se filtraba un poco de agua. Aparte de eso, todo bien!

Парень на рецепшн- настолько позитивный и доброжелательный, что ему надо доплачивать за отличную работу!!! Локация- супер, в центре города.

Не очень чисто в хостеле, не видела, чтобы кто то убирал. Завтраки - плохие, просто заваренный кипятком ,,Доширак" с яйцом... И чай или кофе.

J'ai aimé le style de l'auberge, Coloré, décoré différemment dans chaque pièce. L'emplacement est top pour le centre historique, facilement accessible. Les 2 grands lits sont moelleux (ce qui ne m'a pas derangé). Chambre au 4eme donc au calme par rapport aux restes des chambres. Le petit salon cuisine est bien équipé (mais on ne s'en est pas servi) avec un petit balcon mais que nous n'avons pas utilisé.

La fenêtre de la chambre n'a pas de verre, c'est un film plastique collé sur une grille. On etend tout ! La chambre est collé à un salon cuisine qui donne sur la rue via un balcon mais là aussi, pas de fenêtre juste des volets donc on entend tout. Il y fait vite chaud aussi. Des chiens des voisins qui aboient régulièrement dans la nuit empêchent aussi de bien dormir (en plus des klaxons et autres bruits de la rue). L'ensemble est défraîchi et mériterait une rénovation. L'eau de la douche ne s'écoule pas bien et stagne dans un coin de la salle de bain.

Expensive for quality. A part Staff wasn't friendly.Youg woman prepare the breakfast.Not enough welcoming with me without explanation.Human problem I suppose.... Noisy street but in Vietnam everywhere is noisy. Second night :Beds low positions was available. I saw nobody sleeping inside. But they prefer to give a bed in high position. Don't lie to me. Don't Play with me .
