I really like the fact that it does not allow pets, and the room was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable ! Very nice customer service! Nice complimentary, breakfast ! Will stay there again and will recommend it to others!

I like everything. Well there was one thing, the juice bar was only for breakfast. Lol. Someone at the front desk did turn it on and allowed us to get juice. I live this hotel

The property is in the ghetto and my truck was stolen sitting directly in front of the lobby which the entire front wall is glass and the front desk can see the entire front parking lot.

Great location! Easy access and close to everything… Breakfast was good and has modern finishes. Great darkening shades and blinds. $50 1pm checkout fee is well worth it 🙌🏾

Quarter only laundry with only two sets of washers and dryers. Bathroom door to room is farm door so no way to lock the bathroom door or secure it. The walls are quite thin and you can hear the cars on the interstate allllllll night long. Warm beverages for purchase.

The bedside lamps were extremely large. One of them hung over the edge of the bed. Needed another accessible plug at the nightstand.

I had an amazing stay at GLō Best Western in South Dallas! The hotel was very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the best parts of my stay was the breakfast. The food was hot, fresh, and actually delicious with plenty of options each morning. The staff was also outstanding, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I really enjoyed the amenities as well, especially the gym and hot tub. Everything was clean and well kept, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Great service, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and relaxing amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the South Dallas area!

Sign in bathrooms says to the extent of, if you need something call front desk and we will bring it up. I called for more towels on day 2 and was told to come get them. Channels would not work and front desk said I’m not sure what to do. Online says pool when we get there it’s a hot tub and that area really needs to be power washed. Pool needs to be drained and cleaned well. It’s pretty evident there is mold grown in the corners. He said it’s cleaned every morning. Lies. Family hotel but young front staff not too welcoming

Hotel is very clean, looks great, beds comfortable, soap in the shower is lovely, breakfast is great no complaints and staff kept it stocked from 6-9 someone was there to replenish when needed! I wouldn’t change a thing about this hotel!

When I pay my deposit I was told that we supposed to have in return it still haven’t got it back yet it’s almost been a month.

Property is clean and accessible to a lot of eating places.

The hotel was near a lot of retail stores and restaurants.

There was something on one of my towels and the walls are thin. You can hear everything through the walls despite being notified of the quiet hours from 9pm to 9am.

Pros: Super clean, modern vibe, good breakfast selection, friendly staff, games for a family friendly atmosphere, easy access to downtown Dallas. Cons: Bathroom directly in front of beds, no lock on bathroom door, lacking outlets for electronics, hot tub was lukewarm and quite chilly on a cold day.
