Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Sin duda, lo que más destaca es el personal. Son sumamente atentos, serviciales y siempre dispuestos a colaborar con cualquier duda. Nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas antes del check-in, lo cual nos facilitó mucho el día. Además, tienen el gran detalle de ofrecer café y agua de cortesía en la recepción para los huéspedes. La ubicación es estratégica y muy conveniente.
Como puntos menores para alcanzar la excelencia, creo que falta una limpieza un poco más profunda en la habitación y sería un gran detalle de bienvenida dejar una botella de agua en la nevera.

We booked a room with a balcony, the image was misleading. It looked as though we were getting a balcony we could sit out on, instead it was a window that opened up into a balconette. I have many allergies, at breakfast I mentioned this and asked if I could have a certain cereal, I was told no and there was no effort to communicate what I could have instead. My boyfriend also wanted cereal, the milk was out of date and smelt bad, staff changed it but were not apologetic. We experienced just a lack of friendliness overall from morning staff, so we didn’t have breakfast there again. Our room was also located on the 7th floor, so we were woken up by people coming to breakfast every morning. This hotel is passable, but I would not return.

The hotel staff are all very nice. The breakfast was ok but always the same. That being said, there is no headboard and just brick and mortar joints, who wants their head up against that??? There is absolutely no hotel water to shave with from the sink and VERY LITTLE in the shower!!! The bathroom has very little area to put personal gear "I ended up using a piece of my luggage to put things on in the bathroom". There are also sharp metal objects you need to watch out for feet! The street noise is super loud!!! There is no in-room safe, and while staying there I had to request the deadbolt to be replaced, security of the other rooms are in question. Will never stay there again!

Het ontbijt was een van de slechtste die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Ik zou mensen aanraden om een ander hotel te boeken (Masaya bijvoorbeeld).

I stayed at this hotel in Bogotá and unfortunately my experience was not very comfortable. The location was not the most convenient, and I had to rely on taxis most of the time to get around the city. One of the main issues during my stay was the lack of hot water in the room. The weather in Bogotá was quite cold during those days, and without hot water or any heating system in the evening in the room, it made the stay uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning or other heating option available, and the only solution provided was an extra blanket. Because of the cold conditions, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. Communication with the staff was also difficult. No one seemed to speak English, and I often had to make the effort to speak Spanish in order to be understood. Unfortunately, I did not feel much flexibility or effort from the staff to try to understand me or assist with translation. On my last day, one staff member explained that the shower water is controlled by a central system, meaning guests cannot adjust the temperature individually. However, this information was not clearly communicated earlier during my stay. Overall, the experience could have been improved with better communication, more flexibility from the staff, and better room comfort, especially considering the cold weather.
