Hele ruime en nette kamer. Bedden lagen goed en alles werkte naar behoren. Aardig personeel, het ontbijt was lekker en het zwembad was ook netjes.

Mooie moderne kamers, alles heel netjes, groot terras, op wandelafstand (langs de rivier) van het centrum, naar Italiaanse normen goed ontbijt. Er passeren treinen vlakbij (over de brug) maar hoor je niets van op de kamer

Everything was fantastic. The staff were so helpful, the accommodation was great and the location was perfect, beside the river and just a short walk into the old town of Peschiera del Garda. We also had a car which was useful to reach larger shops for groceries. The apartment was kept exceptionally clean and everything you could need was provided. There was a lovely pool and bistro area. Great service from staff members, especially from Nicol and Dominik. Would highly recommend Aurora Aparthotel.

Nothing - wouldn't change anything.

We arrived earlier than check in and they were very amenable. Kept our luggage, whilst we went and had a drink and some food. Once the apartment was ready we were shown in and key handed over. Everything was clean and ready for us. We didn't use the pool, but I enjoyed an hour on the outdoor seating of the apartment one evening whilst reading. Checkout was smooth and they ordered us a taxi for collection the day before.

Good size apartment with reasonable facilities. WiFi a bit slow but it's free.

Being called and told to be quiet when we were simply watching TV. It may well have been crossed wires or handled badly but employing rude staff has no place in hospitality. Further fact checking before barking orders at guests would be a better course of action. In short I wouldn't recommend this place because not all staff are not interested in customer care. Receptionist lovely, person who rang us (apparently the chef) - a rude arrogant biggot who needs a lesson in good manners

The apartment and the accommodation in general was absolutely fantastic!!! Highly recommended. Spacious, comfortable, great jaccuzzi in the backyard and pool. Friendly and helpful staff. I want to go back!

The lady at reception was lovely, helpful & honestly loved this hotel. It's a perfect size with great facilities and rooms, very welcoming across the board and we are already planning to go back.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the only possible thing I would say is that a better selection of drinks and snacks at the bar would have been a bonus.

Konumu çok güzeldi, çok tatlı bir aile işletmesi ve harika bir doğası vardı. Çevre kasabalara çok yakın mesafede ve gölün tam dibinde.

The swimming pool and relaxation area. The location along the river It was peaceful and quiet The rooms were clean and modern. It seemed like 4 star accommodation rather than 3 star.

When later for breakfast lack of some items. It cant be helped due to location but a bit of a trek to nearest supermarket for essentials.

שימו לב שהזזת הוילון שם בעייתית ( הם שלחו בווצאפ הסבר על ) ואם מזיזים עם היד זה עלול להקרע והם מחייבים על הנזק. לנו זה קרה והם חייבו. אנחנו גם השארנו 50 יורו על המיטה בטעות והם נעלמו אבל הם טוענים שהם עשו בדיקה עם החברת ניקיון ולא לקחו שום דבר אז תשימו לב להשאיר הכל בכספת

Die Lage war sehr schön direkt am Fluss. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The aparthotel is very modern and well maintained and clean. Nicol, Gabriella and other staff we met, all extremely helpful and welcoming, thank you. Had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help. They patiently answered every question we had and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was spotless, well maintained, and the swimming pool was lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

Pool sehr klein , wirkte viel größer in der Abbildung und Kunstrasen , das fand ich nicht so gut . Dusche undicht und Wasserhahn locker .

Location was great and property was very neat and clean. 10-12 mins from city center and lake view.

Breakfast options were mostly cold and bread , croissant was not fresh. Although multiple options were there but I think with little effort , it can be even more better.

יש רק מקלחת ושירותים אחד בדירה. המזגן של חדר ההורים מותקן במבואה מחוץ לחדר ואמור לקרר גם את החדר אבל בפועל לא בצורה מיטבית. לא היה מאוורר לתת לנו. היו לנו כמה הפסקות חשמל שלא קשורות למקום אלא לרחוב כולו.. לא נוראי ולא באשמתם.

We had a wonderful stay at Aurora. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. The small swimming pool was a lovely bonus, especially for the kids to enjoy at the end of the day. A special thank you to Nicole, our host. She was absolutely wonderful, friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions we had. Her excellent service made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We highly recommend Aurora to anyone visiting Peschiera del Garda and would be happy to stay here again.

Très bonne emplacement à 10/15 minutes à pied du centre. Dispose d'un grand parking. Les chambres sont grande mais assez impersonnelles.

Spacious room with basic kitchen facilities and breakfast taken care of gave us the freedom and comfort we needed on our vacation. Despite the the railway being near you cannot hear it in the room.

Clean, very spacious room, had corner room overlooking the water, very friendly receptionist, great pool and sun beds.

The breakfast was adequate, but for the value for money, I wasn’t disappointed.

Stayed in the junior suite with jacuzzi, highly recommend to book this option, we had our own private enclosed little garden with the jacuzzi, it made holiday that extra with a teenager! Room & jacuzzi cleaned every day, clean towels etc. staff were so pleasant, tasty snack bar, with great service! Although the town was 10/15 min walk, it was worth it for the facilities. We rented bikes on site, great fun! Rented kayak next door, also great fun! 7 pointi restaurant next door was amazing !!!! Highly recommend, plus the shower was fantastic !!!!

מקום חדש ונקי. הבריכה נעימה מאוד. הג'קוזי בחדר היה מעולה. המיקום טוב, אבל ההליכה לעיר מעט ארוכה, 20 דקות.

תכנון המתחם לא נוח וצפוף מאוד. הבריכה לא ממוקמת טוב, ואיזור המנוחה לידה בכלל לא קשור. פקידת הקבלה לא הייתה נחמדה, עם הרבה "אסור" והוראות הפעלה. היינו משפחה וקיבלנו חדר גדול אבל בלי חלל ציבורי שלא ישנים בו, כי ישנו גם בחדר עם המטבח.

We stayed as a family of 7 in the presidential suite and it was nothing short of perfect!!! In terms of everything - clean, comfortable, spacious, beautiful and most importantly excellent treatment and care from the stunning Nicole, thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Чисто и много добре подържано място. Пристигнахме по- рано, оставихме колата на паркинга и ни настаниха възможно най - бързо. Изключително отзивчив и любезен персонал.

Wonderful stay in this apartment/hotel for one week in late June. We had an apartment with jacuzzi and it was cleaned every day which was such a treat. Lovely balcony and little area beyond with a jacuzzi. Our teenage boys loved that. It was very warm during our stay but the nights were so comfortable with the excellent air con. It made all the difference and we woke up refreshed and ready for the lovely breakfast. It’s a little bit out of town, about a 15 min walk along the beautiful river into town. There is a kayaking/canoe centre very close and the boys went out on the river with two canoes one evening. The little snack bar on site closes early but was handy for a drink in the early evening. Staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We also tenured bikes at the rental on site which worked out really well and even with the heat we managed a number of memorable cycles. The bike rental owner was very helpful and obliging and gave great recommendations for bike routes and restaurants.

O checkout poderia ser um pouco mais tarde, pois ele encerra junto com a hora do café, às 10h. Penso que o checkout deveria ser 1h após o fim do horário do café. Assim a pessoa poderia tomar café e depois ir ao quarto, escovar os dentes, usar o banheiro, arrumar as coisas e depois deixar o hotel. No entanto, vale elogiar a senhora da recepção muito atenciosa, compreensiva e não se incomodou em termos nos atrasado para o checkout.

De locatie is op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum. De muziek van de bar zou wat ons betreft iets zachter mogen. Dit heeft ons ervan weerhouden om er te gaan zitten.

Alleen 1e dag lagen er koffie cups voor koffieapparaat, daarna kon je ze kopen voor 1 euro per stuk

Ruime kamer op een rustige locatie. Op wandelafstand van het Peschiera del Garda.

Zwembad was wat kleiner dan verwacht, maar prima om in af te koelen.

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. La propreté des lieux impeccable. La résidence est très bien située : on rejoint la vieille ville en une vingtaine de minutes à pieds sur un joli chemin au bord de l’eau. L'appartement est assez grand et très bien équipé : frigo, plaque, micro-ondes et machine à café. Il y a 2 piscines dans la résidence dont une chauffée.

Il manquait peut-être des fromages blancs sans sucre ou yaourts nature sans sucre au petit-déjeuner.

Zimmer und Gelände wie beschrieben. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Alles ordentlich und gepflegt. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sonnenliegen am Balkon/Terrasse wären schön. So wirkt der Bereich um den Whirlpool etwas leer.

Our room was really spacious, modern and well equipped. Situated in a quiet residential area on the river, a short walk into the town. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was disappointing so we didn't go back the next morning. Although there was a wide variety to choose from, the cooked items had clearly sat there for a long time. I had to ask for some eggs to be made fresh as the offering was very unappealing. The floor in the bathroom was surprisingly dirty - I wiped the water off the floor after my shower and the mat was filthy. My roommate noticed the same. The same thing happened day 2. Rooms seemed otherwise very clean.

Sehr schönes moderne Anlage mit 2 Pools und vielen Sonnenliegen . Die Appartments sind sind im Bungalowstil im Garten angelegt, sehr groß und geräumig mit großem Bad und großer Terrasse. Ein Bistro ist den ganzen Tag geöffnet und bietet Getränke, Cocktails und Speisen an. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluß Mincio, und man kann daran entlang in ca 10 Minuten in die Altstadt spazieren . In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch ein sehr gutes Ristorante. Großer abgeschlossener Parkplatz vorhanden

La possibilità di avere una vasca Jacuzzi privata abbastanza lontano da occhi indiscreti e poterla usare nella notte, mentre in giornata abbiamo usufruito della piscina. L' appartamento poi era splendido, arredi molto belli.

Tutto molto bello. Avrei voluto avere a disposizione più prodotti per la pulizia del locale come scope, mocio e detersivi e rotoloni, ma solo perché avrei voluto lasciare tutto in ordine.

Kambarys buvo švarus ir didelis, labai patiko terasa su vaizdu į kanalą. Lokacija taip pat gera, kiekvieną vakarą keliaudavome į miestą palei kanalą. Didelė automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė, priklausanti apgyvendinimo įstaigai. Labai svarbus kondicionierius, nors ir pučia tiesiai į miegamąją lovą.

Gaila, kad kambaryje nebuvo nei taurių (stiklinių), nei butelių atidarytuvo. Norint pavakaroti terasoje, trūko normalesnio dydžio staliuko, pasidėti užkandžiams ir gėrimams. Kambarys kaip ir švarus bei tvarkingas, bet jau matosi nusidėvėjimo žymės, pvz. miegamojo staliuko (lentynos) prie lovos tvirtinimas išniręs iš sienos ir viskas pakrypę.

Frühstück war für ital. Verhältnisse super, für jeden etwas dabei! Man kann in 10 Min am Wasser entlang in die Stadt laufen - somit war das Hotel für uns genau richtig. Es gibt dort am Pool ein kleines Bistro - das Essen dort war sehr lecker! Wohnungen/Fewo wurden jeden Tag gereinigt - klasse. Es gibt zwei Pool - einen beheizten udn einen unbeheizten. Eigene Handtücher für den Pool mitbringen - kosten ansonsten eine Leihgebühr. Küche war etwas mager ausgestattet - aber ok.

Die Küche hatte zu wenig Utensilien, wenn man wirklich richtig dort kochen und essen möchte. Die Kids wurden leider öfter ermahnt nicht ins Wasser zu springen - obwohl es niemanden gestört hat, da viele Familien anwesend waren. Das ist aber Kritik auf höchstem Niveau. Es war wirklich sehr schön dort.

Čisto. Odlično opremljeno. Lokacija izjemna. V dosegu sprehoda mestno jedro. Gardaland nekaj minut oddaljen. Cene so presenetljivo nizke. Sigurno bi šli še enkrat sem.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Appart Hotel Domi con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’appartamento era spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, ideale sia per famiglie che per chi vuole visitare la zona senza stress. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l’atmosfera familiare e la cura degli ambienti.
