Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Great location and experience and space. Our young daughter loved it. The house boat was very spacious and comfortable and well appointed with coffee, fridge and simple kitchen. Much bigger than a hotel room for the same price with the added adventure and experience of staying on a boat. very clean and tidy. Also being near the huge river there was a nice breeze. Owner for very polite and efficient. Great views in the morning sun rise and really well located for aquarium, promenade walks, close access to the airport, lots of restaurants and bars although not the most traditional authentic type (more expensive city chains, but reliable).
We stayed on a Saturday night and there was some loud music from the local bars however, this didn't really bother us and was nice to be part of the local weekend festivities.

The ropes holding the boat in place are very loud when there is a lot of wind. But once you are sleeping it doesn't bother you.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Das Boot war toll und deutlich geräumiger als erwartet. Es war alles super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Blick über die Marina vom Boot aus ist ebenfalls toll.
Die Unterkunft liegt schon etwas außerhalb und man braucht ca. 30 min oder länger mit dem Bus oder Zug zu den bekannten Touristen-Hotspots. Supermärkte und ein paar Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist vom Bahnhof Lissabon Oriente gut zu erreichen.

Anche il bagno che è sufficientemente grande. Bisogna essere consapevoli però di essere in barca ed i rumori, a partire proprio dal bagno, si sentono, fosse anche solo per la pompa di carico o della doccia.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Gostei muito da localização. Fica próxima do Oceanário, do teleférico, da Estação do Oriente e da MEO Arena, além de ter uma grande variedade de restaurantes nas proximidades. Para uma estadia de poucos dias, a experiência foi muito boa e recomendo. Éramos cinco pessoas e o espaço funcionou bem para o grupo. Havia patinhos no rio, o que tornou o ambiente ainda mais agradável. O quarto com beliche é mais pequeno e considero-o mais indicado para crianças. O quarto de casal é confortável e o sofá-cama da sala também é bastante confortável.
Não houve nada de que não tivéssemos gostado. Apenas achamos a casa de banho um pouco barulhenta devido ao sistema de sucção de água através das tubagens do barco, quando é acionado.

Parcheggio a pagamento, ma €9.90 al giorno.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Las camas eran muy cómodas. El personal es muy amable y atento. Había muchos restaurantes cerca. Las vistas son muy bonitas. El parking es bastante barato. A pesar de ser un barco, no notas que se está moviendo. Es más grande de lo que parece y perfecto para nuestro grupo.
Había muchos bichos. El váter de nuestro barco iba mal, no tenía potencia suficiente y teníamos que pulsar varias veces para que se fuera todo. La señal de la tele era muy mala y muchos canales no se podían ver.

I had the expectation of being a relax place and it was during the day but at night even on a Wednesday the people and the music from the bars was very loud, the bar schedule says until 2pm but it was 4am and people staying party. If you could keep the windows close you could hear less but we didn’t know that when the tide is down the air conditioning turns off and it was hot inside so to the nice breeze from outside you need to open the front and back door.

O ar condicionado necessita de limpeza pois cheira a pó quando é ligado e acaba por se desligar ao fim de pouco tempo, revelou-se insuficiente para estes dias de calor extremo. Seria agradável, principalmente para estadias curtas como a nossa, que fossem incluídos guardanapos e condimentos. Fica também a sugestão de colocar almofadas na entrada para ser mais confortável apreciar o fresco da noite no exterior.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Wybraliśmy ten domek na wodzie na naszą ostatnią noc w Lizbonie i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tej decyzji. Zakwaterowanie było doskonałe i zgodne z opisem. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Po wymeldowaniu możliwe było zostawienie bagaży w recepcji. Była to dla nas bardzo dobra opcja ze względu na późny lot powrotny. Dzięki temu mogliśmy wykorzystać ten dzień na zwiedzanie. Jedynie warto pamiętać że na łodzi nie ma klimatyzacji co może być problematyczne przy dłuższym pobycie podczas upalnych dni.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Hallo, wir sind zu zweit für drei Tage auf einem der Hausboote untergebracht. Total geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Durch die anliegenden Bars abends auch etwas lauter. Sonst ist es aber wirklich sehr schön hier am alten Hafen. Nette Nachbarn und ein sehr charmantes beisammen sein. Für uns definitiv ein wirkliches Juwel. Für die Fahrten in die „Altstadt“ nutzten wir die Angebote über Uber. Wir würden es aber wirklich jedem empfehlen da es seinen eigenen schönen Charme hat. Schönen Urlaub.
Das WiFi lässt zu wünschen übrig. Lediglich das Parken mit dem eigen PKW ist durchaus nicht einfach bzw. Kostspielig.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Had a lovely welcome, boat was very clean, bed really comfortable and there are many restaurants a short distance away as well as having a fridge, microwave and small hob on board. It was great to sit up on deck with a coffee first thing and watch the world go by.
Unfortunately there was some sort of entertainment going on nearby, with loud music playing until just gone 1am. Even with all windows shut, the noise was really intrusive so we all struggled to get to sleep. There is a kettle as well as a coffee machine, which was good, but only 4 coffee pods between the 3 of us. For the cost, it would have been nice to have maybe had a few more pods. Other than that, the boat was spot on 🙂

The key was difficult to do in the main gate upon entrance each time. The top bunk bed had no safety bar so unfortunately my children couldn't use it which was upsetting for them. The small room was extremely hot, could maybe have done with a fan inside. There was no hairdryer or outdoor furniture which was stated on the booking information.

No signage to tell you where to go. If you're reading this the office is diagonally opposite the boats. It's a few door up from the bicycle cafe on the corner. Even a simple sign of the door down to the boats would help!.and definitely a note on booking.com about where the office is

O local é lindíssimo, envolvido por uma atmosfera serena e acolhedora, ideal para descansar e desfrutar de dias especiais longe da rotina. Encontrámos facilmente estacionamento gratuito nas proximidades, o que tornou toda a experiência ainda mais prática e agradável. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, bem cuidados , transmitindo uma sensação imediata de bem-estar. A limpeza era irrepreensível em todos os espaços, demonstrando grande atenção aos detalhes. Nas redondezas existem ótimos restaurantes e cafés, perfeitos para desfrutar de boas refeições e momentos relaxantes sem necessidade de grandes deslocações. Um destaque muito especial vai para o anfitrião (Sr. Rui), que foi extremamente simpático, atencioso e amigável desde o primeiro momento, fazendo-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos durante toda a estadia.

Do som noturno vindo de uma discoteca ao pé, sorte, que a discoteca fecha a porta cedo...

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Hébergement original, accueil personnel et chaleureux. Bel emplacement pour l'aéroport et le secteur moderne de Lisbonne. Calme complet pendant la nuit. Près de plusieurs restaurants et boutiques, aussi de la gare Oriente.
Petites chambres, plomberie de bateau (ce qui est évidemment attendu et correct).

Being slightly overwhelmed on arrival of how to use the electrics /pumps etc on boat due to being travel weary and there not being a manual to check on later.
