Reviewed Sep 14, 2026De locatie en parkeren. Het hotel ligt praktisch aan de snelweg waardoor je snel naar een andere bestemming kunt rijden. Personeel is oké, al zouden ze iets beter Engels moeten spreken.
De kamers zijn minimaal voorzien van benodigdheden. In de kamer is er geen telefoon aanwezig om bijvoorbeeld naar de receptie te bellen. Ik heb hier een paar keer eerder verbleven en steeds weer erger ik mij aan het beleid met betrekking tot de handdoeken in de kamers en het feit dat ze in de prullenbakken geen zakken (meer) leggen. Dat vind ik niet hygiënisch. Dit doen ze zogenaamd om het milieu te besparen maar ik heb het idee dat het eerder gebeurt om geld te besparen. Wat betreft de handdoeken, voor 2 personen leggen ze 2 gewone handdoeken en slechts een baddoek in de kamer. Ik vind dit niet kunnen. Voor de tweede dag vroeg ik om twee handdoeken en twee baddoeken maar nu hadden ze slechts een handdoek en een baddoek in de kamer gelegd. Doordat er geen telefoon aanwezig is in de kamer, moest ik weer speciaal daarvoor naar de receptie lopen en om extra handdoeken vragen. De kwestie met de handdoeken gebeurt dus niet voor de eerste keer. De deuren van de kamers vallen vaak zo hard dicht dat de hele kamer daardoor trilt. Dat gebeurt ook als de deur bij de buren dicht gaat. De drangers zijn kennelijk te hard afgesteld. Gezien de ligging (buiten grote steden) zou de kamerprijs wel goedkoper mogen. Isolatie van het geluid op straat is prima, echter is het in de kamer wel rumoerig als in de kamer op de bovenste verdieping of in de kamer ernaast mensen verblijven. Ook zijn de geluiden van de gang vaak hoorbaar.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Lage mitten im Strassen-Verkehr, aber gute Schalldämmung des Fensters. Zimmer zweckmässig, eher karg. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Nassraum. Frühstücks-Buffet-Angebot akzeptabel.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet, und hatte ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen. Das Badezimmer war sauber und groß. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Wir hatten einen sicheren Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, sehr praktisch mit viel Gepäck.Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Bei der Ausstattung fehlte ein Kühlschrank, den wir gerne genutzt hätten.Der Weg in die Stadt war zu weit zum Laufen, da das Hotel etwas ausserhalb liegt.

Reception staff not very welcoming. I expect "good morning" greeting, only happened when I initiated it. Couple receptionist just had head down in computer. Yes work has to be done, but greeting is an essential part of making guest feel comfortable. Recent heat wave had to ask for jug of ice to take to room, we noticed the housekeeping would not remove them and return to Reception. No coffee facilities in room, no internal phones to contact Reception, not everyone is good with email. Had to struggle to get ironing facilities, due to others using the 2 they had in hotel (just 2)? 1st day we had 2 bath towels thereafter were given 1 so it was a trip down to Reception to get another towel. Would have thought if 2 people booked into room it is standard they need 2 bath towels.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Todo muy limpio, nuevo y moderno. Buffet de desayuno genial con mucho a elegir y todo recién hecho. El wifi funciona muy bien también en la habitaciones.
Que el suelo tenía moqueta. Fuimos con nuestra perra y de alguna manera no lo veo lo más adecuado cuando aceptan perros en el hotel.

Von A bis Z schlecht, nie mehr! Lage am Autobahn, stinkendes Zimmer (Teppich?), nichts zum Abendessen und als Krönung Hotelgästen den Parkplatz abkassieren!!!! Noch nie erlebt als Hotelgast ein Parkplatz zahlen zu müssen!!!!
