Wir hatten ab erstem Tag bis Letzter unseres Aufenthalts kein Internet gehabt, obwohl es in der Anzeige stand, dass es WLAN im Zimmer gibt. Boden war voll dreckig und Möbel war nicht hygienisch.

La piscine très propre, le calme, le personnel très aimable et empathique, il m'a aidé à transporter mes valise au dernière étage. Nous avons eu des soucis dans la chambre, il a changer notre hôtel sans soucis qui était vraiement meilleur et le prix est resté le même. Les chambres, salon, étaient assez spacieux et bien éclairé par la lumière naturelle. Terrasse spacieux avec équipement pour se reposer tranquillement, protégée des regards pour bronzage.

Pas de vue sur la mer (or annoncer sur le site), très mal nettoyer, pas de climatiseur dans la chambre pour les enfants (27°C la nuit) uniquement un fan. Il n'y avait pas de support (tête) de douche, pas d'eau chaude. Climatiseur de la chambre parent en fonctionnait pas et le problème était connu avant notre arrivé sans rien nous dire, chambre au dernière étage dans le toit sans climatiseur. Attention Pas d’ascenseurs (j'avais 10 valises!!) à monter au 3ème étage.

C était inadmissible ma chambre était dans un salle de partout. Le linge: dés poiles de partout du sang sur les oreiller . Frigo de le moisissures des ingrédients du client avant. Salle de bain des poiles et cheveux et du sable sur la bonde de douche. Toilettes du caca. Canapé plein de poile et des miettes. La cuisine ya du gras sur le plant de travail à la intérieur des tiroirs ignoble le matériel cuisine très sales .

Aspendos Apartment'ta 3 gece konakladık ve maalesef şimdiye kadar kaldığımız en kötü apartlardan biriydi. Teraslı, salon ve mutfak bulunan, iki yatak odalı daireyi kiraladık. Öncelikle temizlik seviyesi son derece kötüydü. Lacivert koltuklar o kadar kirliydi ki üzerine oturabilmek için çarşaf sermek zorunda kaldık. Mutfakta sadece ocak vardı ve o da çok eski ve arızalıydı. Çalıştırmak için uzun süre uğraşmanız gerekiyor. Banyo ise oldukça bakımsızdı ve hatta içinden hamamböceği çıktı. Bu durum bizim için kabul edilemezdi. Çift kişilik yatağın bulunduğu oda nispeten iyiydi ve kliması vardı. Ancak iki tek kişilik yatağın bulunduğu odada klima yoktu. Yerine küçük bir portatif soğutucu koymuşlardı ama neredeyse hiç soğutmuyordu. Değiştirmelerini istedik, yenisini getirdiler fakat o da normal bir vantilatörden farksızdı. Salondaki klima da çok zayıftı; kesinlikle bakım yapılması veya değiştirilmesi gerekiyor. Yanımızda çocuklar olduğu için fazla sorun çıkarmamaya çalıştık ama dairenin genel durumu gerçekten çok kötüydü. Acilen kapsamlı bir temizlik ve ciddi bakım yapılması gerekiyor. Ayrıca havuzun çevresinde sürekli hamamböcekleri vardı. Bu da hijyen ve kanalizasyon altyapısıyla ilgili ciddi sorunlar olduğunu düşündürüyor. 3 gece için yaklaşık 500 dolar ödedik ve bu hizmet karşılığında verdiğimiz paraya gerçekten yazık oldu. Rezervasyon yaptıktan sonra asansör ve temizlik hizmeti olmadığını e-posta ile bildiriyorlar. En azından misafirlerin ve özellikle yaşlıların rahatlığı için dışarıdan bir asansör çözümü düşünülebilir. Daha da önemlisi, misafirlere temiz ve bakımlı bir daire teslim edilmesi gerekir. Konaklama boyunca çöplerimizi kapının önüne bıraktık ancak 4 gün boyunca kimse gelip almadı. Binanın ortak alanlarının da temizlenmediği çok belliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Bu fiyatı hak eden bir tesis değil. Paranızı boşa harcamayın.

كمان اخدت غرفة بل قبو لنو كنا كتار ما منسع بغرفة وحدة للأسف فيها ريحة رطوبة حمام تعبان بصراحة ندمت اني حجزت فيها ياريت لو كانت متل الطابق الأول مستوى النظافة كان واضح

Obiekt zlokalizowany blisko plaży, w pobliżu dużo restauracji, sklepów, deptak. Basen w porządku, czynny mniej więcej do północy.

Brak windy. Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze co utrudnia dotarcie z większym bagażem. W mieszkaniu brudno, brak przyborów kuchennych, sztućców, lodówka brudna. Całe mieszkanie zaniedbane, wszystko stare, poobdrapywane, wymaga gruntownego remontu.

Location, quite location, good water pressure , washing machine and aircon in our living room , pool was clean , beds quite comfortable

Needs update overall , shower room quite dirty , more kitchen utensils , aircon needs to be cleaned to run properly , change cold light bulbs to warm , equipment s needs updating

The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The swimming pool was clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.

There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. Also, the apartment did not have a smart TV, so it was not possible to watch movies or use streaming services in the evening.

The location was verry good, our apartment was on the rooftop, needs some work, the owner-manager-and personal was verry helpful and reacted to our requests, we stayed 16 days at this place and we got a home feeling after 2 days.

The appartment needs a some renovation. If it will be done so I highly recommend this place

Rien, si ce n’est la commodité de la proximité des appartements du quatrième étage qui a permis une proximité et intimité à notre groupe familial de quatre adultes et trois adolescents

Les sanitaires minuscules et en panne tout le séjour L’absence d’eau chaude la plupart du temps Les mauvaises literies :matelas, sommier, draps Les quatre étages sans ascenseur La propriété du logement et surtout de la terrasse à notre arrivée (qui n’a été nettoyée qu’au bout de trois jours). Sur la terrasse, absence , en fait condamnation des auvents pare-soleil existants qui ont été remplacés par de minuscules parasols qui avaient des supports qui ne permettaient pas de les utiliser La pénurie voire l’absence de prises électriques dans les chambres. Le dysfonctionnement et la vétusté des équipements de cuisine (lave-vaisselle en particulier). Le manque d’outils de cuisine L’absence de parking La difficulté extrême pour se garer dans la rue Pas de lampe de chevet une seule avec difficulté technique (absence de prise de courant) a été mise à disposition pour les 6 lits que nous avons utilisé Dans le quartier il y a eu des coupures d’eau et des coupures d’électricité quasiment tous les jours

The apartment was really amazing — we loved it very much. It is big, spacious, and very comfortable. The sea is extremely close, just a 2-minute walk. From the windows, we had a beautiful view of a park with a playground. We also really liked the location — it was perfect.

The administrator, Adam, is very pleasant and fulfilled all our requests. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good location, good employees.

Quality of accommodation is disappointing. Many unfinished bits throughout the room, many appliances simply do not work i.e. kettle. Our room also did not have hot water from the shower. Pool water temperature is too low and it is not being cleaned regularly.

The accommodations was relatively spacious and price wise good. Very close to sea front. Food available and shops to for groceries to cook your self in the are close by. No lifts available. Staff are amazing and also happy to help and talk.

If your are planning to hire a car and to park, the street parking is virtually nonexistent and there is a paid carpark near by, which I did not use as carry children over the main road to get to it would be more of a danger. Music from the nearby bars goes on till 2am. Floor tiles throughout so when you move chairs, tables the noise disturbs the Appartment bellow. Pool was out of use which was expected during winter, December 2025.

Niet schoon, toilet lekt, heeft echt een grondige restauratie nodig, oude en defecte meubels en faciliteiten

Было очень грязно и брезгливо, не сразу заработала горячая вода, нет никаких душевых принадлежностей, нет лифта(но это ладно, это мы знали), ремонт супер устаревший, какие-то неаккуратные куски штукатурки отваливаются, под окнами очень шумит ресторан. Ещё почему-то к нам приходили работники устранять какие-то неполадки, хотя мы сами этих неполадок не ощущали и они ходили не разуваясь((((

Только месторасположение ,до моря 5 мин.

остановились на одну ночь в цокольном этаже,номер пропах сигаретами, + сырость( подвал )+комары. Душ весь течёт, даже отсутствует одна дверка в душе.Матрас весь продавленный

Отличное размещение и близость к морю и магазинам. Очень понравились номера за свой прайс, большая квадратура и все удобства для экономичного проживания и готовки

The bed was not that comfortable and noisy. The shower was leaking more water from the flexible pipe than what it was actually spraying.

The hotel is located near the beach, 5 min walk away and you are there.

1. Almost no room service, they just bring you new(?) towels once in 4 days. Even trash you have to take out by yourself before check out. 2. The cleanliness level is very low: dirty walls, dirty curtains, black mold in a bathroom, barely cleaned kitchen, - it feels like the cleaning is finished as soon as guests throw out their trash. 3. The apartment is falling apart, seems like the renovation was done ~20 years ago. And when the renovation was done they didn't even think about towel holders in the bathroom or a shower head holder. 4. There was no soap or shampoo, no tea cups - we had to ask a person at the reception about it. 5. Broken AC in one of the bedrooms, but maybe to compensate it the refrigerator freezes food almost like in a freezer.

Апартамент большой и комфортный, но есть недостатки. Сломанные розетки, грязные стены и окна, в душе стены требуют мытья. Необходимо сделать косметический ремонт и починить розетки.

Kan verkligen inte rekommendera det här hotellet. Det var skitigaste hotellet jag hade någonsin tidigare stannat på. Det är inte värt pengarna. Låt er inte luras av fina bilder och beskrivning, ingenting som stämmer. Det är gammal byggnad som har stort behov av renovering. I vårt rum var det fukt skadade väggar, damm överallt, dammiga och sönderrivna gardiner, fläckig soffa och fläckiga handdukar, baddukar. Vi städade själva hela lägenheten. Tvättmaskinen inte fungerade, det var stop i röret under diskbänken så det var problematiskt att diska. Wifi fungerade bara runt receptionen inte i alla rummen som står i beskrivningen. Det droppade vatten från AC så det bildades en pöl på golvet. Ingenting gjordes för att lösa problemen. Det enda positiva var det att det var nära stranden och livsmedelbutiker och restauranger. Vad gäller personalen så var det bara Nicat som var trevlig och hjälpsam, trevlig att prata med. Så jag kommer aldrig att boka det här hotellet igen.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в 2021 году,так как место расположение просто идеальное,к морю всего 5 минут,то решили и в этом году сделать свой выбор на этом отеле.Что хочу сказать,есть с чем сравнить.Самое печальное с чем мы столкнулись это отсутствие чистоты как в номере так и в самом отеле.На красивых мраморных ступеньках за всю неделю нашего пребывания ни разу не убрали!!!Мусор валялся на ступеньках,грязные капли и разводы не пойми от чего.В номер когда заселились был помыт только пол,заварку в чайнике видимо оставили нам допить.Отсутствие нормальной уборки конкретно подпортило отношение к отелю,в 2021 году было значительно чище и было видно что старались поддерживать чистоту.Все ситуации с уборкой сгладил нереально отзывчивый мужчина Неджат на ресепшене.Человек решал абсолютно все вопросы, очень заботливый, только ради этого человека можно вернуться вновь в отель,было ощущение что благодаря ему там все держится.

Отсутствие чистоты, прекрасный отель,но в такой грязи отдыхать нереально.

Las intalaciones no tiene mantenimiento, y eso se notaba mucho, el cableado sin empotrar en la pared o al menos alinearlo, era un peligro suelto, además de dar una mala vista

Отличное месторасположение - рядом море и парк с детскими площадками. Бассейн, что при отеле, был всегда чистый, да и в целом, территория убирается. Семейный номер большой, всем было достатчно места. На кухне всё работало. На ресепшене отзывчивые работники. Вай-фай медленный, но работал (для видео-звонков не хватало, пришлось купить симку).

ПЛЕСЕНЬ! В главной спальне был сильный запах плесени, что не просто неприятно, а даже опасно для здоровья. Я сообщил об этом администратору, он предложил обработать комнату озоном. На одни сутки это помогло, но на второй день запах снова вернулся. Пришлось в августе, в жару, спать с открытми окнами, а тут еще под окнами в баре музыка играет до часа ночи. В общем, было не круто. Также была проблема с электричеством. Иногда оно просто пропадало (администратор уверял, что это временные проблемы на всей улице), а иногда выбивало электроавтоматы и приходилось его звать, чтобы он их врубил. Номер убирали раз в 5 дней вместо заявленных раз в 3 дня.

Местоположение! Безопасность ! Балкон и выход на парк! До пляжа коньялты минут 5 медленным шагом. До этого жили в районе старого города, скажу так… Там у аппаратов есть душа, уют, все в идеальном порядке , средства гигиены в изобилии ! В Аспендос этого НЕТ, они скорее нацелены на поток туристов, может я ошибаюсь ! Но, тем не менее было просторно и комфортно.

Выезд строго в 12:00, очень просила продлить время буквально на 4 часа с доплатой. Причина была веская, наш самолет вылетал в 18:00 ! В итоге ОТКАЗАЛИ, хотя номера свободные были .

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi , temizlik konusunda yetersiz diyebilirim.Olanaklar konusunda çamaşır makinesi vardı ama çalışmıyordu , internet çok zayıf, havuzun temizliği fena değildi ama odalar çok temiz değildi. İlk otele vardığımda karşılayan beyefendi gayet güleryüzlüydü ama gün içerisinde orada bulunan işletme sahibi veya çalışan bilmiyorum ama onun için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim.

The room was a nightmare AC totally dead, we were literally suffering from the heat felt like we might pass out The place was disgusting, Booked for one night but we escaped after only 2 hours Don’t waste your money or your health here.

Séjour agréable en famille à Aspendos Seaside 👨‍👧‍👦 J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec mes enfants. L’appartement était convenable, la piscine propre et agréable. Ce qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour, c’est l’accueil exceptionnel de Necat : gentil, souriant, toujours à l’écoute, et parle plusieurs langues ce qui etait très utile. Autre point très appréciable : le calme la nuit. Aucun bruit, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Un vrai plus quand on voyage avec des enfants ! Merci à Necat pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.
