Would have been nice to have a little cupboard to put your things on and a luggage stand. There was no where to put anything except on the floor

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026We received a warm welcome from the owner. Our room was nice, very clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The bed was comfy and we had a good sleep after walking a section of the WHW. Impressed with the bathroom supplies of shampoo, conditioner etc including radox if you needed a bath to ease aching muscles. Also handy for those wanting to travel light without lots of toiletries. There is a supply of tea / coffee / biscuits downstairs which are complimentary to use with the in room kettle and the honesty fridge stocked with drinks was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice although there was very little fruit available when we arrived and the quality of link sausage could be better. Overall a good stay in an accomodation geared towards walkers.
Would have liked the option of a slightly later breakfast, latest 8.30am and checkout at 10am although we were told we could use the shared lounge for a short while after this time. We were not heading off early to walk so it would have been nice to relax for a bit longer on a Sunday morning.

The decoration is a bit old although might be on purpose. The toiletries feel a bit cheap (all Radox).

The owner was rude to me. I asked, as I arrived, if i can have the room with mountain view as i booked ( not the back garden), his answer : all on that side booked, you can have your money back and go. (it was late to do it). At breakfast when i asked to have a bit salmon, he said : you can have only one choice, i asked why, he took my plate and said : you don't want to eat, you don't have to eat. Very Rude.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025Das Gesamtpaket hat gepasst. Es hat Stil, sehr individuell, wie eine sehr schöne Pension. Sehr gutes Frühstück, reichhaltig. Am Wochenende aber etwas eingeschränktes Obstangebot. Sehr gute Lage. Ruhige Zimmer und gute Luft.
Man merkt, dass es ein etwas älteres Gebäude ist und Teppichböden in Feuchtgebieten sind nicht optimal.

Reviewed May 8, 2025Petit Bed and Breakfast typique dans le village de Kinlochleven avec ses 2 pubs accessibles en moins de 5mn, petit village avec une épicerie ouverte jusqu'à 22h et un take away chinois en bonus. Les chemins de randonnées autour donnent une vue magique sur le Loch Leven. Glencoe et notamment les Three Sisters sont accessibles en voiture à moins de 15mn. Un coin paisible, typique pour decouvrir l'Ecosse. Personnel super sympa. Chambre avec vue sur la montagne 🤩
Petit dejeuner un peu limité, mais tout y est excellent.
