Hotel Gaya

飯店位於國家公園入口處很方便。起床後看著窗外的山景真的很美。廁所和浴室是分離開的，和家人一起出遊，這樣方便很多。櫃檯人員也很親切 家人說下次那都不去，就在飯店＆周圍悠閒的散步

大致上真的很棒。如果硬要毛病，那就是浴室毛巾上有紅色斑點，感覺是之前可能沾上湯汁沒洗乾淨。

별로없음

방이 더럽고 낡았음 냄새도 심함. 심지어 벌레까지 나오는걸로봐서 청소도 제대로 안하는거 같음

The room had a wonderful view onto the mountains. We initially booked an Ondol (traditional) room but found that the mattresses (put directly on the floor) were quite thin and uncomfortable for us. When we mentioned that to the hotel, they offered us a change to a room with a Western bed without additional charge.

The Ondol room was very austere and had no place to put our clothes and other stuff. The Western-style room was better in this regard.

Die Einrichtung, ist ehrlich Geschmacksache, aber für uns war das ein Albtraum.

The location is amazing, as was the view from my room. I booked an ondol room, meaning that guests sleep on the floor rather than in a bed, but I have done that before and knew what to expect. There is a spa facility, but I didn't have time to use that or sample breakfast, sadly.

Bathroom facilities are cheap and tired, but operational. Bathroom towels are hand towel size only (no bath towels). The futon mat for sleeping on is rather thin; in a room equipped for two guests I needed both the mats to make it thick enough for comfort.

Location great. Staff were lovely

Ondal floor much less comfortable than other hotels. Had to pay extra for more bedding.

더블침대가 노인들 두 사람 자기에는 좁은 것 같았다. 바닥애 자려니 배겨서 자기 힘들었다. 트윈 룸은 이상하개 두배값을 내라고 했다. 그외에는 이주 좋은 위치에 있는 좋은 호텔이다.

별관에 엘리베이터가 없었움. 노인을 위한 나라는 없다 라는 영화가 생각남. 가방들고 오르는게 힘이 들었음.

Nice hotel. Glad we drove to the hotel in the daytime. AC did not work too well, tried to get it to work in second room but didn’t work, clothes were still damp not much dried. Restaurant was nice with limited options, but knew that when we booked it. Was a bit disappointed that the jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work since it was one of the reasons we chose that room.

일단 위치가 너무 좋아요 뒤에 야생화식물원있는데 야외가 시설이 좋고 걸어다니기 좋아요. 공기도 아주 좋아요

맛있는 식사, 깨끗한 침구, 직원들의 서비스 마인드 특히 식당 주문받는 직원들! 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

해인사에 가까워서 좋았고 식사가 바로 가능해서 좋았어요. 사우나도 좋았고요

Large hotel with an equally large wellness area with hot baths and sauna at various temperatures, as one would prefer. We were surprised that the wellness area was not advertised more on Booking.com. One should like to sleep on a futon be, however. The view from the room was beautiful to the hilly mountains. The restaurant was good with many choices and did have a pianist playing nice music. We stayed there in connection with a visit to the Haeinsa temple, but had we known about the hiking opportunities from the hotel, we would have stayed for anlther night.

에어컨이 오래되서그런지 소음이 있었지만 그래도 청결상태가 좋았고 산에 있는호텔이라 시원하고 조용하게 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다~~

깨끗하고 뷰도 너무 좋아요. 다만 온돌에 방석이나 낮은 의지라도 있으면 좋겠네요. 바닥이 너무 차고 쉬기 불편한 점은 있어요. 그래도 사우나 시설도 좋고 식당 음식도 맛있습니다

Great location if you want to hike in the Gayasan National Park. Big parking lot which was convenient. Hotel is a bit outdated but everything was clean. We had a great breakfast in the restaurant inside the hotel. Green tea pancakes are a recommendation!

Great proper hotel in the middle of nowhere. Stunning views from the Sunset view room. Convenience shop downstairs and a restaurant - very good as the choice of food shopping in the area is quite limited. Very helpful ladies at the reception. Beautiful rock garden on the grounds of the hotel and 3 very friendly doggos- my daughter enjoyed petting them. Convenient location near the shop and numerous restaurants. We travelled without a car and everything went well. The hiking trails are within a minute’s walk from the hotel

사람마다 개인차가 있겠지만 침대가 너무 딱딱하고 베게가 너무 낮아요

여행의피로를 온천에서 완전해소했읍니다. 조식도 한국인의입맛에따라 황태콩나물국.씨래기해장국으로 탁월한선택이었읍니다. 호텔이 약간 외진곳에 위치해있어 간단한음료가 필요할경우 호텔후론트옆에 조그마한마트가 있어서 편리했읍니다. 등산객들을위한 김밥도 전날신청하면 07:30?준비해주십니다(유료:₩10.000+@) 근처해인사(차20분소요)관광도 편리했읍니다. 후론트의 무뚝뚝함의매력도있지만 조금만더 상냥한미소가 있었으면 좋겠읍니다. (여성분은 아주 상냥하셨읍니다) 편히 쉬었다가 갑니다. 번창하세요^^

It's too far from the nearest village. Bed sheet was not clean.

I liked the kind staff. The only thing you have to be aware of us that there are no elevators in the side buildings.

가야산 만물상을 등산하기 위해 선택. 욕실도 맘에 들고 숙박에 불편함 전혀없음 예약하면 7시30분 김밥도시락도 가능 사우나 할인원 제공됨. 사우나 강추 매우깨끗하고 시설좋고 관리 잘되아있음

Beautiful property. The spa pools blu cost $3 USD t use. They have a beautiful arboretum and museum of the flora of Gaya mountain that is free. The hiking trails are easily accessed to the side of the property. Food at the hotel dining room is well presented and delicious. Great mountain air. We stayed in an annex which was only $44 USD per night booked ahead but when I checked online the day before our arrival the price had dropped to an incredible $30 USD per night.

This was a really lovely and convenient stay. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff were kind and helpful. The area is very quiet and picturesque.

It's nice to have a hotel like this in the mountains in the countryside. Of course, there are a few bugs, but that's okay.

엄마와 둘이 온천여행을 다니다가 가야산 방면 방문하기에 처음 예약했습니다!! 저녁 늦은시간에 방문해서 호텔주변이 어떤지 모르고 방문해서 아침에 눈떴을때는 완전 깜놀!!!!!이었어요~ 호텔입구 바로앞엔 가야상의 절경이 엄청났습니다!!! 조식후 호텔근처 산책하고 여유롭게 사우나까지 즐기고 바로 옆에 있는 심원사 절까지 답사하고 편히 집으로 돌아왔습니다!! 프론트 분들도 너무 친절해서 엄마와 다시한번 방문하자고 약속할 정도^^ 너무 만족스러웠습니다~ 다음엔 온가족이 같이 방문할게요^^/

온돌방이 따뜻하고 이불에서 냄새도 나지않고 청결했어요 다만 소형 냉장고 소음이 좀 거슬렸어요 위치가 가야산 위에 있어서 넘 밪늦은 시간은 찾아가기 힘들것 같아요 그리고 사우나가 8시면 문을 닫으니 일찍 가셔야될것 같아요 조식은 먹지 않아서 평가를 안하겠습니다

조용하고 깨끗하고 주변 경치가 아름답고 무엇보다 식사가 정말 맛있었어요.그런데 방 온도가 너무 덥게 셋팅이 돼 있어서 너무 더웠고 조절기를 찾아 온도를 맞춰도 적당한 온도로 맞추는데 오래걸렸습니다. 겨울이라도 온도를 30도까지 올려놓는것은 에너지 낭비이고 과한것 같아요. 그 외에는 좋았습니다

가야산국립공원입구에있어요. 산중턱이라공기가맑고조용해요. 가야산등산이목적이라면숙소로딱입니다. 산뷰이면새벽에일출도볼수있어요. 호텔자체는오래된거같아요. 그럼에도불구하고냄새도안나고정말깨끗합니다. 식당의음식도깔끔하고맛있어요. 지하에는사우나도있어서따로화장실에욕조가없어도괜찮았어요. 단침대가딱딱합니다. 푹신한침대를원하시면다른숙소를알아보세요. 바닥은대리석입니다. 전반적으로너무나좋았고가야산에간다면이호텔에다시묵을거에요.

A great place to unwind and relax after hiking Gayasan. We enjoyed the balcony with views of the mountains and no light pollution meant we could see stars. The bed was comfortable and the robes were a pleasant surprise. The public sauna was delightful and one highlight were the incredible amethyst stones. The staff was very courteous and attentive and could communicate well in English. The beer garden was unfortunately closed during our stay. The breakfast was delicious.

최고의 위치에 정말 깨끗하고 식당 음식들도 맛나고 가성비 갑이에요^^

시설은 오래됐지만 깨끗하게 관리되어 있고 스텝분들도 친절하셔서 이용에 불편함 없이 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호텔 내에 넓은 사우나가 있어서 여행의 피로를 풀기 좋고 식사도 정갈하고 맛있습니다. 추천합니다.

가성비 좋음. 조식,석식 맛있음

주변에 식물원도있고 사방이 나무로 둘러있어서 너무 산뜻하고 좋았아요 객실도 오래된듯보였으나 아주 깔끔하였구요. 식당이 정말 좋았어요 음식들이 전부 맛있더라구요 단, 에어컨이 고장나 다른 객실로 옮기긴했지만 ㅎㅎ 다음에도 가보고 싶은 숙박업소입니다.

85세 되신 친정 어머니 모시고 3박 4일, 성인 5명의 가족여행. 매일 아침 일출을 맞이한 후, 온천사우나에서 씻고 조식 먹고, 산책하는 사흘을 보냈어요. 어머니께서 아주 만족 해 하셨어요. 온돌 특실은 성인 6명이어도 편안한 크기에요. 직원들이 모두 친절하고 음식도 맛있었어요. 후기가 다 좋은 이유가 있더라구요! 다음 연휴에 또 와서 쉬고 싶어요.

시골에 갈 수록 시스템화 된 숙박시설을 찾기 어렵습니다. 그리고 이 곳은 오래된 곳이라 시설이나 서비스 걱정을 했습니다만, 생각보다 무지 깨끗했고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 가성비도 좋았고 주변에 산책할 수 있는 야생화식물원, 등산로 등이 있어 힐링하기 좋았던 것 같습니다.

Staff doesn't know about the service provide to Hotels.com Gold membership benefit. I showed them the reservation confirmation email for upgrade the room but they ignored. Better find another place when I visit again

오래된 호텔이나 매우 창결하게 친절하게 관리되고있는 훌륭한 호텔입니다

온돌방에서 묵었는데 온도도 딱 적당하고 폭 잘자다 왔습니다 ! 무조건 본관레스토랑에서 식사하세요!! 지금도 생각나서 또 가고 싶습니다 !!

음식이 아주 맛있고 지하 사우나도 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 친절해서 좋았습니다.

Room was too hot and temperature control did not work and there was a note to not open the window. The view was spectacular though.

온돌방은 온도조절되지 않아 매우 불편합니다. 각방 개별 온도 조절이 않되는게 호텔인지…

좋았던 점 : 해인사 인근, 가야산 탐방로와 야생화공원 및 가야역사박물관 등 주변 환경. 사우나 시설 및 아침 김밥 예약가능. 직원 친절. 나빴던 점 : 저녁 9시경 체크인 했는데 온돌이 꺼져있는데도 객실이 너무 더웠다. 에어컨은 고장나 있고, 프론트에 문의하니 산속이라 새벽에 냉기가 있어 중앙난방으로 최저온도 설정되어 있다고 가습기를 넣어드릴수 있다고(?) 하기에 일단 버텨보았으나 새벽에 더워서 잠을 설쳤다. 또한 산 위에 위치해 있는데 암막커튼이 아니어서 이른아침부터 뚫고 들어오는 햇살에 덥고 눈부셔 깰수 밖에 없었다.

가야산에 위치해 공기는 좋고 주차장도 넓어요. 시설은 오래되어서 별로이나 가격대비 만족합니다. 조식은 매우 마음에 들고 점심때먹은 한국관도 갈비탕도 맛있어요. 전 밤에 도착해서 아침일찍 체크아웃해서 전반적으로 만족합니다.

레스토랑 이용이 좋았습니다. 음식도 괜찮고 넉넉한 서비스를 받았습니다
