Ottimo ostello, solo 10 min a piedi da Gran Via e 40 min in metro dall'aeroporto. Molto ben organizzato, pulito e tranquillo con tante attività. Io sono andata con loro a Toledo ed ero molto contenta della nosta guida Melissa e compagnia degli altri ospiti. Super consigliato

If needed bags can be left in hostel for free, until guest leaves. Also you can use toilet and shower in comunal space on upper floor. It was pretty nice cause my flight was very late.

The staff is great! Specifically Andrea, who checked me in, gave me a map with things to do, gave me good recommendations, and was really friendly. Everyday they organise something to bring people together which is also really nice. The location was good (near the centre, some bars in the area but no excessive noise) and the hostel was as described

Great place if you're looking to meet people and socialize. Very clean and located in a really nice area.

Quite noisy all day long and on a few occasions late into the night. A bit small rooms. The shower and toilet are in the same space without a barrier, which isn't the most comfortable or convenient setup.

Todo súper chévere, hostal muy limpio, organizan actividades como cenas o almuerzos juntos, salen de fiesta, organizan viajes a Toledo también. Los cuartos y los baños son muy limpios y lindos. En la recepción está Ana, muy buena onda, genuina y súper simpática, les va a explicar muy bien cómo funciona todo el hostal, hasta me acompañó al cuarto entonces se demostró una persona muy disponible y simpatica, aguante Ana <33 la mejor recepciónista del mundo :)) si vuelvo a Madrid seguro me voy a quedar acá otra vez :))

Me gustó mucho las instalaciones y los eventos del hostal.

La relación calidad precio es muy buena. Camas cómodas y baño de la habitación bastante limpio. Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables. Nos atendió Ana quien estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades y que tuviéramos una buena estancia.

1，有遮光窗帘，隐秘性很好。2，公交车经常晚点，所以市中心步行二三十分钟就到，地理位置不错。3，早餐的咖啡和西班牙油条很棒。4，有时还会有免费晚餐和水果酒，超级棒。5，工作人员很好很热情。

床一动就响的很厉害，如果能给床架的连接处或者螺丝周围加点润滑油就好了。

Best people, best hospitality, Ana and Angel are amazing! I have never felt like home than here to be honest. Very cheap for the price yet is very complete. The room is totally clean and proper and it’s private with the curtains

L’emplacement dans un quartier agréable et vivant mais pas dans l’hyper centre touristique, le personnel est super sympa et de bon conseil, plein d’activités organisées, idéal pour rencontrer du monde mais sans que ce soit un party hostel. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais fonctionnelles et très propres. Big up au free walking tour avec Melissa, super fun et intéressant !

Персонал относится к гостям как к друзьям. Атмосфера потрясающая, проводят совместные экскурсии, ужины, пикники. При заселении рассказывают о классных местах поблизости. Можно оставить багаж после выселения и посидеть подождать в кухне. Ванные, кухни, общие зоны убирают каждый день. Есть дворик и даже коворкинг-зона. Кровати комфортные, шторки спасают от света.

Окно выходило на улицу, где было довольно шумно, также в комнате шумел кондиционер. Но для таких случаев есть бесплатные беруши.

Primely located hostel with a great social scene. Really easy to meet people in the daily events and staff hosted really well. Shout out to Melissa who did a great job in the Toledo day trip.

Minor but the toilet on the 1st floor is too small to use

Otel çoğu metro istasyonuna ve merkeze 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Ulaşımı çok kolay sağladım. Otelin etkinliklerine katıldım ve gerçekten sosyalleşme için uygun ortam sağlıyor. Odalar temizdi sürekli klima açıktı ve bu ağustos sıcağında odanın içinde hiç bunalmadım.

Bom atendimento das moças da recepção, muito gentis. A localização é excelente. Chuveiro e cama muito bons.

No quarto não tem como você se movimentar, é tão pequeno que você precisa jogar sua mala em cima da cama para organizar e pegar as suas coisas, imagine quem fica na cama superior da beliche, a dificuldade. O quarto praticamente só tem o espaço onde estão as camas, nem um banco ou qualquer apoio para você apoiar e poder pegar coisas na mala. Totalmente desconfortável nesse sentido.

Hostel was very clean, all the persons working there were very helpful and friendly. I was there for the 3rd time and I will definitaly choose it again for my next stay in Madrid. The localization is perfect, Metro station is very close but there's also walking distance to the city center and turistic places such as for example Royal Palace. Every day hostel is organizing some activities which is realy cool if you travel alone and want to make some new friends. I strongly recommend it !! :)

The host, Angel, was amazing. All you have to do is ask him anything, and he’ll explain everything in detail. If there’s any problem, Angel will sort it out. It was the best hostel hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Angel definitely deserves huge praise. Thank you for the coffees you made for me and for your incredible hospitality. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever have another experience quite like this. The location of the hostel was fantastic. It was close to everything, and there are two metro stations very nearby. The hostel provides churros, snacks, coffee, tea, milk, etc. If I had stayed longer, I definitely would have used the kitchen. Both the kitchen and the common area are really good. They prepare something almost every evening, and anyone who wants to join the free dinner can simply write their name on the board. Personally, I really loved the picnic organized by the hostel and definitely recommend it. They prepare sandwiches beforehand and take you to one of the best sunset spots in Madrid. The activity is organized together with the other Onefam hostel. There is also a regular pub crawl in the evenings, which anyone can join if they want. The hostel is definitely very clean. You can safely drink the tap water. There is always hot water in the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi is very good. It’s a great place for anyone who wants to socialize and meet people. I think closing the common area after 11:00 PM is the right decision. It makes the hostel quieter and much more comfortable for people who want to sleep. The mattress was a little sunken in the middle, so it felt like it might be time for a replacement. However, I still slept very well. I arrived before check-in, left my luggage at the hostel, and went out to explore the city. Everything was absolutely great. If I ever get the chance to come back to Madrid, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect here. It's a really nice party hostel. I've been to several other branches of this chain, OneFam, and every time it was just a perfect experience. The staff is nice, they offer free dinner frequently, and organize some events. And they are super supportive and keep the place clean. The thing is, many people feel this way and revisit this hostel. It attracts people who are friendly and easy to talk to. So I highly recommend it if you don't really have a plan, are coming to Madrid, and are the kind of person who just goes with the flow. Additionally, the location here is also nice!

Me gustó la ubicación y que la habitación de chicas tenía su propio baño y muy limpio. Los churros, magdalenas y café de cortesía.

Los lockers no tienen candado y las toallas que alquilan por €2 podrían estar en mejor estado. La que me dieron tenía un olor raro.

such a cool place to hang out and meet other people - especially solo travellers. facilities are great, clean and comfy. the family dinners and events after are really great. the staff are fun and welcoming (especially Coralie) and make such an effort. will 100% be back next time i’m in madrid!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at OneFam. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they made me feel at home from the very beginning. The atmosphere was great, and I met some really nice people during my stay. Everything was well organized, and I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was really courteous and kind . They location is also very close to the center of the city . Guy at the reception named angel was very nice and he was very informative in regards to things to do in Madrid. I would definitely come again.

Great walkable distance to everything but not right in the middle of all the noise, the room was really clean, the AC was amazing, shower was so comfortable, and bed was really nice as well. So many activities provided, and there was breakfast (churros). The staff were all so incredibly kind and welcoming. Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in.

All staff are really kind and supportive, there is someone available 24/7 and it truly makes the difference. Everyone from the receptionist Josefa from the check in, Angel and the cleaning lady (that I forgot to ask her name 🥲) all of them was very nice and friendly. It was my second time in a hostel, so the cleanliness and organization surprised me in a good way and I definitely enjoyed the experience and will be doing it more often.

My stay was good. However one negative aspect was that some guests in my room were engaging in inappropriate behavior (having sex on bunk bed) which disturbed others throughout the night. I believe management should establish and enforce clear rules to prevent this and maintain a respectful environment for all guests.

It is always a pleasure staying here; Angel always has the best attitude and makes you feel right at home. The hostel is very clean and comfortable, and has a great atmosphere :)

The OneFam hostel in Madrid was BY FAR the best hostel I have stayed at throughout my entire solo travel journey in across Europe. The rooms/bunks are decent and clean, same for the bathrooms and showers with instant hot or cold water, and the downstairs common area with the full access kitchen and living area is great. Every morning, the hosts have a light breakfast ready for everyone (croissants, muffins, churros, and coffee). My favorite part about this hostel was how they have tons of activities planned for all their guests who feel like partaking in the walking tours, foods tours, and clubbing! On my second day there I went on the free walking tour around Madrid with Melissa, she was extremely cool, enthusiastic, and you can tell genuinely loves what she does! The tour was not only informative, but fun! Tipping her is a must as she does such a great job and is giving you a free tour :) When I checked in, I had the pleasure of meeting Angel who works at the hostel, he is incredibly personable and has lots of amazing advice for places to go, places to eat, and insider info on how to not get hit by bulls in Pamplona! HAH! All in all, if you're looking for an affordable hostel to stay that will meet all your needs and add much more, choose this one!

No le falta un detalle, limpio, super bien ubicado, staff maravilloso, por las mañanas te ponen churros y algo de fruta y café que la verdad es que te van bastante bien para empezar el día, y es el primer hostal que me he quedado (y he estado en muchos) que por las tardes organizan actividades grupales con los que nos estamos alojando de forma gratuita, considero que ese es el espíritu real de los hostales el poder conocer gente de culturas distintas que te aporte cosas nuevas y ellos lo consiguen gracias a esa maravillosa organización.

Everything went wonderful. Even though I made a huge mistake while booking the apartment (I accidentally chose the wrong — feminine —dormitory), the staff was super friendly and put me in a much more comfortable room without charging anything extra.

I have been to a Onefam Hostel in Barcelona before and loved it so I wanted to try this one too. And I was not disappointed, just loving the vibe. Family dinners are always fun and they offer a lot of activities everyday. Also if you wanna party, that is your hostel to go to! Will definitely come back. And Ana and Coralie were the cutest - thank you!!!

Это был мой первый опыт остановки в хостеле. Onefam Madrid превзошёл все мои ожидания, я уверенна что и в следующий раз когда буду в Мадриде обязательно остановлюсь у вас. Дружелюбный персонал, чистые комнаты. Атмосфера на 1000000% спасибо что включали специально песни для Арми которые приехали на концерт. Очень понравилось что организовывают екскурсии, пешие прогулки, семейные вечера с ужином. Хоть я и не смогла принять участие в этих мероприятиях, все равно приятно что персонал думает о своих гостях. Я правда не чувствовала что остановилась в каком то сетевом месте, я была как дома 🥰Спасибо вам за это🤗

Öncelikle tesis çalışanları çok kibardılar ve bana çok yardımcı oldular. Sabah çok erken saatlerde gidip ortak alanda vakit geçirdim, herkes çok yardımcı oldu. Coralie'ye çok teşekkürler. Ayrıca tesis çok samimi. Oda temiz ve kullanışlı, ayrıca haziranda çok sıcak zamanlarda tesis iyi soğutulmuştu. Yataklarda iki adet yastık ve iyi bir örtü vardı ve klimayla çok işe yaradı. Tesisin konumu her yere yakındı. Tesiste yapılan aile yemeği etkinliğinden de çok keyif aldım.

Cuma gecesi kaldım fiyatı biraz yüksekti.

Lo que más me gustó es el excelente buen trato por parte del personal. Ana fue encantadora con nosotras en todo momento, incluso nos dio recomendaciones y explicó las actividades planeadas (tienen hasta organizados viajes a Toledo). Buena ubicación, limpieza y cuidado.

Al ser un día de partido de fútbol hubo algo de ruido. La habitación aislaba bastante aún así gritaban mucho. Tienen en cuenta estas situaciones e incluyeron tapones.
