Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The breakfast is good.
Terrible service and extremely poor managementThe service staff at the reception were very rude. The barmaid did not understand English or German, despite German being specified in the booking. The air conditioning cannot be controlled from the room because it is managed entirely via a computer that constantly malfunctions.Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unavailable for several days. There was also an awful smell that did not go away for days, making it impossible to breathe, and the reception staff just shrugged their shoulders at this.Housekeeping was completely neglected as the room was not cleaned and the linen was not changed all these days. The staff do not understand any language and ignore all customer requests. The sound insulation is terrible,so every rustle behind the wall can be heard clearly. This stay was a complete nightmare and compensation is needed for this nightmare. Floods the balcony when it rains and the whole room, terrible smell and light only when you turn on the card
