I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the room was spacious.

The front desk staff weren't very friendly, but the lady working in the dining area was. She greeted me when I walked into the dining room and we spoke several times (kind worker). The pool was small and the only microwave they had was near the front desk with the snacks available for purchase. One of the other guests cooked something and it left a terrible smell in the microwave. Even though the area contained several cameras, I was still being watched by one of the workers.

Convenient to airport. We stayed because our flight was canceled. Comfortable beds. Late check out. Allowed to store our luggage until we left for airport.

I was charged $219.70 for a pet fee when the website said $75 (which is outrageous on it's own). The front desk told me the $144.70 additional charge was from Hilton and they could not remove it. Attempts to contact Hilton failed so I guess we fight it out through my credit card, the BBB and your state AG. Great hotel room - horrible company in charge. Avoid Hilton if you value accurate billing.

Antoinette presents the most perfect breakfast experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Her attention to detail, healthy options, and high quality is outstanding, and her personal dedication to the guests is ideal. She is the type of employee every business needs.

Problem getting early check in after being promised no problem. Front office never notified the manager of house cleaning. Staff worked hard getting room ready asap. Finally getting room, we had no water, leak on 1st floor being repaired. Inconvenience because we were on a time table to get to a wedding.

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and as such I enjoy staying at different hotels within the Hilton portfolio. Wanting to stay outside the city of Philly, I chose this location as it was a train ride away. The SEPTA regional rail station is on the other end of Media, and I intended to walk up to the D1 trolley and take it a few stops. As it was nice weather, I decided to walk the whole way instead to get some healthy steps in. The walk along Baltimore Avenue was not too bad --- a little over a mile with good sidewalks the whole way. The hotel was satisfactory for my needs. My room was comfortable, no issues with WiFi, TV, or HVAC. I had as decent a night's sleep as an insomniac can have. Enjoyed the breakfast, which to me met expectations at a Hampton Inn. And then I walked back to the Media train station and made my train back to Philadelphia. Overall, this place was not too bad, it fit the bill for me and it's convenient mostly to the D1 trolley a couple blocks away.

The location was perfect for the family event we were attending and was in close proximity to our relatives that live in Springfield, Pa. It was important that we had breakfast available to us each day. Unfortunately, on our last day, there had been a snow storm and the supply delivery had ben cancelled and the lady in charge was without some of her items--over which she had no control--but we made do with what was there and were satisfied.

The hallway carpeting appeared to not have been vacuumed for a good while--I let the manager know via text my thoughts about this. He took care of it the next day-- as it was night time after checking in. I was also not keen on the appearance of the indoor swimming pool, and chose not to join my grandchildren who absolutely loved it. It just didn't look that clean to me. I was disappointed not to go, but that was my choice.

The pool was closed for “cleaning” two days in a row and the front desk staff was rude both times we asked politely if it was open Completely overpriced for the “amenities” The lot was barely plowed enough to even park

Room was not as clean as it could have been. Breakfast was pretty good but seemed to not take into account people’s preferences - if they had just separated things it would have been fine. (Like if you got eggs it had to come with cheese, if you got pancakes it had to come with apples) Staff was not very helpful or kind. :/

Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. But I must comment on the check-in, particularly Mark G. He was working the check-in when we arrived a little after 7pm. He noticed right away that my husband was struggling with his walker. Mark G offered getting a wheel chair to make it easier but my husband declined. He then offered a room on the first floor very near the breakfast area. We gladly accepted the offer and had a wonderful room. After settling in I could not get the remote control to work on the TV. Again Mark came through with new batteries. We were very pleased with the room, the staff and breakfast.

Clean, & friendly especially the Lady in the kitchen who was there every day. She went above and beyond to help everyone enjoy their breakfast. She made cookies and made sure everyone got some. She also managed to order, get, and prepare some bacon by the last day after not having any on National Bacon Day. She purposely sought me out and brought the bacon to my table to make sure I got some.

There was only one small trash can in the room and a smaller one in the bathroom. I would suggest maybe two mid size trash cans in the common areas and a small one in the bathroom, or a large one in the hall for excess trash.

I always stay at Hampton Inn because they’re clean. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable the room we had was unbelievably big and roomie.! And you get a free breakfast and the staff no matter which camp I go to is always exceptional! Thank you

Customer service was just ok. They didn't go out of their way to help you. The complimentary breakfast was ok. The one lady told me the waffles were over at 10am it was 945. I was disappointed

Water was running from toilet when I entered room. Had to fix it multiple times. Dark hair was left on walls of bathroom and the floor. Two of the bath towels were dirty. For the cost of the room, I would expect more attention to detail with cleanliness.

The bed was very uncomfortably. In room seating was poor.

Large, clean, spacious suite with comfortable beds. I like the thermostat on the wall providing quiet room temps, plus the room darkening shades were very good. The room was quiet.

The refrigerator thermostat had been set so high that it froze the back, which made the temp go very low. But the staff were quick to rectify the situation, allowing the fridge to get nice and cold.

Good location for Media restaurants, pubs, and wedding at Old Mill. Breakfast was good.

New, clean, spacious hotel with a great free hot breakfast in the morning.

Stayed at the hotel 3 nights, didn't get our room serviced by housekeeping once! Out of the room (didn't leave the Do Not Disturb Sign on the door) by 9:30 - 10:30am every day. No explanation as to why.

Breakfast was running low on many items - cereal, fruit - apparently they were "slammed" with guests according to kitchen staff. Personal preference- healthier cereal options (less sugary) such as regular cheerios, bran, chex.

I did like the size of the rooms, the in-room amenities. Drawback was the equipment in gym. Great options such as a Peloton bike but couldn't connect to the internet. Treadmills same problem. They all had a remote control and cable box but not all of them worked and it was complicated to figure out how to even turn TV on. The pillows were lumpy and minimal filling.

Our room had an unpleasant odor when we arrived. It was gone after running the air conditioner for a few hours. Someone in a room near ours had a dog which barked throughout the night.

The bathroom was perfect for my 94 year old mother.

Location It is a very nice, normally well maintained hotel.

I hate to even mention it, because last we stayed we have zero issues. However, this time, out room did have a few issues. I never mentioned it to the staff, I was not a deal breaker, but does need addressed for the next guest. 1. There were a few stains on the carpet. 2. The couch has a small tear/hole in it and needs vacuumed under the cushion. 3. The shower head needs replaced and the water pressure for this room was horrible!
