Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Breakfast is almost the star of the stay. Good variety, authentic, well prepared, warm and cold options. Keep up the good work with this aspect!!
Well there was no small fridge in the room or a microwave. IF you wanted to microwave something, you had to go to lobby. A little stingy with the soap and shampoo. There was no conditioner, 1 bottle of water for 2 guest. Only 1 paper cup and there were 2 beds, 2 people.

Reviewed May 24, 2024I paid about US$25 for early check-in, but it took the solo receptionist almost 45 minutes to make a room key for me that did not work. Then the room was too Small. Then, finally, when it came time to get into the correct room that I had to pay extra for everything was OK in the room. The bedbugs were delightful. Now I have to seek medical attention to take care of all of these hundreds of little red spots on my body.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2023We booked this hotel last minute because of a road block to San Cristobal. Lady at the desk was more than happy to help and contact our other hotel. The rooms were very modern and spacious, very nice! Good and fast wifi! Including a breakfast buffet with enough options (toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, potatoes, chips, muffins, fresh fruit). The hotel is right next to the mall, so easy to go there too.
