Wij sliepen helemaal bovenin en daar was het 's nachts echt erg warm. Er stond wel een ventilator maar dat was niet voldoende.

Das WC in unserer Wohnung war undicht und verdreckt, die Fugen in der Dusche waren schimmelig. Der Frühstücksraum war überfüllt, es war schwer, einen Platz zu bekommen, zwischendurch waren keine Teller verfügbar. Dadurch war das Frühstück stressig. Wahrscheinlich gab es zu wenig Personal für zu viele Gäste, es empfiehlt sich, vor der Stosszeit frühstücken zu gehen!

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Het ontbijt was super en de ontbijtruimte zeer mooi. De kamer in het appartement was voldoende voorzien en ruim. het appartement is centraal gelegen voor een stadsbezoek aan Luik.
De kamer was mooi maar achter de wasmachine lag wat vuil en een opfrisbeurt (enkele kapotte elementen, beetje afgebladderde verf, schakelaars die niet volledig goed zijn.) Straatlawaai.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025De lokatie was goed. In het centrum. De appartementen staan ergens anders dan het hotel reception. Dat was niet duidelijk aangegeven. Personeel was niet zo “welcoming”. Ze spreken grotendeels frans en weinig engels. Werd steeds giggled wanneer en naar ons gekeken. We voelden ons niet echt welkom. De kamer was okay. Geen airco, wel ventilatoren die veel lawaai maakten. We kregen een zolder appartement. Over het algemeen vonden we als gezin dit accomodatie als ervaring niet echt top.
Geen airco, personeel was niet zo verwelkomend. Dat aanstaren wanneer je binnenloopt voelde erg oncomfortabel.

Reviewed May 18, 2024Very spacious apartment, tastfull modern interior. Exactly as in the pictures and description. Comfortably in the old center of Liège. Bedroom quiet at night. Parking garage (Saint Denis) at 1 minute walk. Staff friendly and helpfull. Great value for money.

Reviewed May 5, 2024Perfect for a short stay. The property has big spaces and it perfectly located. It is near the city center and just in front of a parking where we left the car (16 euro for 24h parking). We used it as a base to start the exploration of the city center.
Reception was poor, not even a professional smile. Nobody made the effort to show us the property, not even to accompany us. Only effort was to make us quickly pay the local taxes. A door code or a lock box would have been the same if not better.

Would have been nice to have a smart tv to get iplayer / netflix etc for international guests as local tv is in french.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2023Great value for money, great space and a really nice continental breakfast. The apartment was really close to the main hotel and easy to find. Clean comfortable beds. Plenty of nice toiletries.
The apartment was super spacious and well appointed, with all the self catering bits you would need for a longer stay. Sadly the cleaning was up to the same standard as the main hotel building. Various stained surfaces in the toilet, and the most disgusting (heavily used) toilet brush I have ever seen in a hotel.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2022The apartment was very spacious, kitchenette was very well supplied with cooking utensils, washing machine works well. Downside was the cold - the radiator doesn't seem to work, though the receptionists told us that there's some motion sensor that triggers the heating system in the room, maximum temp that could be set was 23degC but the temp never reached that in our 4 nights of stay, always hovering around 17degC and probably colder at night since the sensor will not detect motion and heating shuts off. Receptionist said to send someone to check if our radiator was working but no one came either. We had to wear our winter wear and down coats half the time. Otherwise, everything was great, will be good for a summertime stay when you don't need the heater to work.

It's right in the center of town and there are some restaurants, bars and plenty of shops around which makes it the perfect location for a weekend. The staff were all nice, friendly and ready to help. The apartment was spacious and very clean. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone :D
