I booked a family room with a private bathroom. They gave me a double room with a shared bathroom (we had our own key to the bathroom but that does not make it a private one if I have to walk through the hallway past other guest to get there) with the argument that we did not need a family room since we are only two people. And they overcharged me. I addressed these issues at the reception and the guy said he will talk to the owner and get back to me. Never happened even though I asked two more times what is going on. I also contacted booking.com on the matter. Still no reply from there either.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026O pão do café da manhã é maravilhoso. Fica perto do metrô e McDonald’s.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Localização e o atendimento do funcionário Michael
