Wirklich schöner alter Stil und schön in Old Town.

Klimaanlage war recht laut.

Location was great and within walking distance to small shops in the city centre. Lots of cafes and boutiques.

Since it's central to Old Town, there is a bit of noise around. Downstairs is also an ice cream shop and you could hear everything and it's open from 10am-6pm... You would have to be outside since it's really bothersome.

Amazing location and so friendly. Huge room that was lovely and clean and the aircon was great. Also got vouchers for us all to try the icecream downstairs!

People should know there is 1 flight of steep steps to carry bags up, but it is a very old building so it’s to be expected. Not for people with mobility issues.

Had the most amazing two nights at 2ROOMS Boutique House. The hosts were warm, helpful, and thoughtful, and the whole stay felt personal in the best way. It really gives you an authentic shophouse experience with real character, rather than feeling like a polished generic hotel. What we liked most was that it felt stylish but never pretentious. Just a lovely, well-run place in a great setting, and excellent value for what you get. We would happily stay again. Also the daily icecream voucher is a lovely treat. Highly recommend the coconut with the flower flavour. It’s purple creamy and heavenly.

It can get a bit noisy during the day as the floor slats have gaps and the ice cream parlour sounds come straight through to the room. We loved it as we could hear laughter and music wafting through the floor and it gave a lovely shophouse feel. The store closes at 6pm so no noise after that.

De kamer was heel ruim, netjes en schoon! De kamer was boven een ijssalon, wat wel grappig was. We kregen gratis coupons van de eigenaar om een ijsje te halen. De locatie is midden in old town, alles is op loopafstand. We hebben er maar 1 nacht geslapen en er eigenlijk niet eens 24 uur, dus zoveel hebben we niet van de omgeving gezien. De badkamer is buiten de slaapkamer, wat verder geen probleem is.

De ramen zijn niet bedekt met gordijnen waardoor er veel licht de kamer inkomt. We hadden een vroege vlucht en moesten op tijd naar bed, maar door veel licht en geluid konden we niet goed tot rust komen. Als je niet op tijd zit, is dit een prima kamer.

De locatie in Old town. De kamer was er ruim. Fijn dat er airco en een ventilator was.

Niks wat we niet wisten, maar in april zouden wij voortaan voor een verblijf met een zwembad kiezen.

We arrived somewhat late and Suda was there to let us in. I was sick during our stay and she was very solicitous and helpful. The room is very large and nicely decorated and the location was great for exploring the old town (my spouse got out and walked around) with several restaurants within easy walking distance.

Very colonial features in a great location. Loved the balcony and all the personal touches in the room. We had everything we possibly needed and the free ice cream was a great touch

Ontzettend lieve eigenaresse! De locatie is het meest geweldig. Je zit midden in de meest bekende winkelstraat van Phuket. De kamer is mega groot en ontzettend mooi ingericht. De locatie zit boven een ijssalon, waarvoor je een gratis coupon krijgt om ijs te halen! Helaas ben ik 1.5 dag ziek geweest tijdens ons 2 dagen verblijf in Phuket, maar wij hebben het alsnog ontzettend fijn gehad in het verblijf. Dank je wel!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im 2rooms Boutique House. Das kleine Boutique-Hotel liegt mitten in den bunten Straßen von Phuket Old Town, umgeben von Cafés, kleinen Läden und dem lebendigen Alltag der Altstadt. Das Haus hat nur wenige Zimmer und dadurch eine ganz besondere, persönliche Atmosphäre. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man sofort ankommt, sich wohlfühlt und einfach durchatmen kann. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass man beim Verlassen des Hotels direkt mitten im Leben der Altstadt ist und alles bequem zu Fuß entdecken kann.

Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war ein leichter etwas unangenehmer Geruch im Innenhof und Bad. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wirklich besonders und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

C’était bruyant le jour, beaucoup d’achalandage chez le glacier au RC. Il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans la salle de bain. Pas de téléviseur.

In the heart of the old city. Away from the partying but not too far!

Wiederholungsaufenthalt. Diesmal 2 Nächte. Ein riesen Zimmer über der beliebten Eisdiele 'Torrys". Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Man bekommt pro Tag 1 Kugel Eis umsonst. Suda ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist sehr sauber. Sonntags ist der Markt fast vor der Tür. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Hotel verfügt über nur zwei Zimmer, daher der Name 2Rooms, und liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Phuket. Das historische Gebäude selbst ist ein Relikt aus längst vergangenen Zeiten und wurde liebevoll zu Gästezimmern renoviert. Vom grossen Balkon aus kann man die verrückten, Selfies machenden Touristen beobachten. Die Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, äusserst geräumig und sauber – man fühlte sich sofort in die 60er-Jahre zurückversetzt. Durch die Größe hat man richtig Luft zum Atmen. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, eine Kaffee- und Teeecke sowie zahlreiche Gläser und Tassen, Safe und Klimaanlage, kein TV. Ein besonderes Highlight war für mich der funktionierende Plattenspieler mit alten Jazzplatten. Ich hatte wirklich grosse Freude daran. Das passt irgendwie perfekt zu diesem Stadtteil. Die beiden Zimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Gelateria. Die Hotelmanagerin/Besitzerin schenkte uns für beide Tage jeweils einen Gutschein für eine Kugel Eis – sehr lecker.

Eigentlich nichts. Wir hatten kein TV im Zimmer, haben es aber nicht vermisst. War alles bestens. Phuket Stadt ist superstressig, da ist so eine Unterkunft ein guter Rückzugsort.

Great location with good check-in experience. The room is nicely done and the record player adds a special touch. The caretaker Suda was very warm and friendly.

Voor mensen die lastig trappen kunnen lopen, kan deze trap, naar de kamer, wat moeilijk zijn.

The property was central to all of old town a it had a great vibe.

As this property is about an ice cream shop it gets very noisy during the day as the room is directly above the main dining area .

Wir waren zu Beginn unserer Reise drei Nächte dort und sehr happy. Die Besitzerin ist super lieb und das Eis schmeckt köstlich. Die Zentrale Lage ist perfekt in old town. Man muss nur immer die Treppe hoch und runter und abends durch den Laden, aber alles machbar. Wir hatten tolle Tage und sagen herzlichen Dank

Fantastic guest house at the heart of old Town Phuket. Staff was wonderful and free ice cream scoop was a nice surprise.

Even though well located, it was a bit noisy to sleep, specially on a Sunday night.

Tout! Cet établissement a été au-delà de nos attentes. Nous soulignons, tout d'abord, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Suda. Une vraie perle! La décoration de la chambre est pleine de caractère, un charme fou. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont effectivement en dehors de celle-ci mais dans un espace qui reste privatif. Un mini apparemment en réalité. Le balcon est également très agréable pour profiter de l'animation de la jolie rue. Et dernier grand plus...la glace offerte chaque jour au glacier du rez-de-chaussée. Cet établissement a été un vrai coup de cœur

Suda was amazing! This location can’t be beat. The views from the balcony were lovely. Huge room above the iconic ice cream place and you get free ice cream each day! The whole unit is behind a locked door, the bathroom is technically outside the main bedroom but its still your own bathroom we didnt have any issues! The ice cream store below is a touch noisy during the day but it wasnt a problem. Comfy bed, great staff, we loved it!

Incredible housekeeper who was always super helpful and friendly. Beautiful old building. Huge room with a record player and old records. Clean, spacious, a great little escape from a busy pedestrian street below. Balcony was a great advantage to enjoy and chill from too. Free ice cream upon check-in was a nice surprise.

Prime location and steps to absolutely everything in old town. Incredible staff (Suda especially!), free ice cream treats complimentary of the shop directly below, amazing balcony for watching people walk by and the happenings of the best street in old town. The room is massive and comfortable.

There is no hot water (luke warm at best) but it wasn’t a problem- would have just been a nice comfort.

Lage für Altstadt Besuch

The location was a lovely surprise. Right in the middle of Old Town in a pretty street which is prominently a walking street so quiet at night and in the morning. We loved the record player in the room.

Excellent location, clean, spacious, kind staff, very clear instructions. Just for clarification as I was a little confused about the bathroom, it’s like a little self contained unit, there’s obviously only 2 rooms on opposite sides of the building, so you go up the stairs, you unlock your door and you enter into a hallway. The bathroom is outside the bedroom but ‘within the unit where it’s private’ you then open another door at the end of a small hall into the bedroom where you can close off the room from the hallway. Suda was lovely as were the staff at the ice cream shop below. Thank you for your hospitality & kindness

Everything was fine

Location was great. Easy short walk to night market and restaurants. Room was large and spacious and the balcony overlooking the busy street below was great for people watching. The staff was so friendly.

I would have liked to have a television in the room.

Outdoor bathroom with curtain wall was uncomfortable when it was windy. The AC had mold around the vents and the bathroom faucet needs repairing.

Nice and big room, right in the centre of the old town, perfect location if you want to do a one night stop here, especially on Suday for the night market. Goo dvalue for money.

the bathroom is out of the main room and need a bit of reno, it doesn't fit with the rest of the room, just a bit of fresh paint and a couple of things more will change everything

Perfect location in the midst of Old Town. Very clean with the most comfortable bed we have had in Thailand. The room is spacious and very clean. The record player and records were a great touch. Balcony to watch the street traffic. Water pressure and heat in the shower are great too. Wish we had more time to stay in this oasis of a room. Will definitely stay here again

Everything was perfect

If you enjoy being close to all the action of the touristic side of old Phuket town, this is central and a fantastic location! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioner works very well.

The noise of people and staff talking from the ice cream shop below is very obvious. Luckily, they close at 6pm, so it did not affect us when we were trying to sleep. Just something to note of when booking this room.

The location is superb. You have restaurants and coffee shops right there.

It is hard to get luggage into your room if you have large suitcases, because the stairs are steep and small. Otherwise all good.

A wonderfully large room in the old town with a balcony overlooking the street. Much more chic and luxurious than we had expected to be honest and really nicely decorated. They provide a turntable to play records on which was cool and a large seating area with a big sofa. Air-con and two fans, free wi-fi, tea & coffee making facilities. Shame we only had one night here before flying home. Owner very friendly and helpful - excellent Ice Cream parlour below.

Beautiful room and very spacious. Loved the location it was in the middle of Old Phuket Town therefore everything was accessible.

I didn't like the entrance facility - the door being locked after 6pm and more specifically the locking system was at the bottom of the door (ground floor level) it was awkward and difficult to negotiate. I'm fit and healthy and reasonably slim - I wonder how having to open a lock at floor level might be for some clients who can't bend down or rest on their knees.

The location is perfect, the room is fabulous and the staff, both the house keeper Suda, and also the staff in the shop make you feel so welcome. Oh and the icing on the cake is a scoop of free ice cream every day.

The blind in the bathroom wash a bit frustrating when the wind blows, but that was no major problem.

Location fantastic, decor amazing, has a very eclectic, Cuban vibe.

Maybe just be aware it is noisy due to central location. It nothing a pair of ear plugs doesn’t solve!

What a stunning gem this place is!! First let's start with Suda-her smiling face and welcoming nature makes you feel at home right away, then when she led us to our room and opened the door and we saw it for the first time we were gobsmacked-it is STUNNING!! The pictures,even though great,do not do the room justice. It is so spacious,beautifully appointed,so many areas to sit and lounge and take in the beautiful part of phuket. The location is THE BEST!! We arrived on a Sunday and it is off from the main market Street which was a massive plus! But also literally 20 steps from the main market st. It sits btw that and dibuk road so you are literally in the best location. Even the staff at Torrys are so beautiful and the free ice cream scoop each day is a tasty bonus! We spent quite a bit of time chilling out on the balcony watching the world go by! Having been to Cuba it was so reminiscent of there-just with way more delicious food on offer. I am so glad we chose 2 rooms- and chose to stay 2 nights in this incredible part of phuket! Can't wait to come back!

Very Colonial and nicely furnished with nice quirks. Bed very comfortable. The location was right in the middle of old town .

The bathroom was not very private, just a curtain covering where a wall would be. Not great if a windy day! Steps up to room could be a problem for older people. Locking the front doors had to knee to do it as lock was on bottom of door.

The room is in a typical Phuket Town house on the upper floor. It has been furnished with great love for detail and is very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Phuket Town. Highly recommended!

Great location - very central to the old town and on a very characterful street. Housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. Room was quirky and unusual.

We had a few issues in that the air conditioning didn’t work for the 2 days we were there and the bed frame broke, so not great. The bathroom is a little ‘primitive’ and we didn’t like the fact that to leave the property at night you had to exit by unlocking the shop door. We felt that had there been a fire it could have been a serious issue as there was no easy escape route.

Quirky property in the heart of the Old Town. We only had one night (wish we had longer!) and the market was on the doorstep. The balcony was a real bonus - overlooking the hustle and bustle. It was nice to know you could dip in and out and retreat when you wanted. Everything about the room was spot on! Suda was amazing and met us on arrival and showed us around. Really welcoming.

What was not to like!

Great Location. Heart of old town Phuket. Suda the housekeeper is really nice . The room is pretty spacious, and there is everything you need. Very clean. They gave us a coupon for an icecream in the store downstairs. Lovely

If you'r very sensitive to noise and light, it won't be a place for you. All night you can hear a loud noise of the AC that cant be turned off. In the morning as well you can hear the street noises but that is the downside of having a great location. I had to sleep with earplug and a facemask because of the light in the morning as well that enters the room

Fantastic place to stay in the hustle and bustle of Old Phuket Town

The heritage room is very large and well appointed. The staff member Suda, who assisted us, was incredibly helpful and kind. Great location right in the middle of the old town.
