Posizione centrale nella zona di Duong Dong con accesso ad attività commerciali di vario genere. Camera spaziosa con bagno ristrutturato. Balcone vista mare. Piscina e accesso alla spiaggia.

Appena arrivati senza neanche accompagnarci in camera la proprietaria ci ha chiesto di saldare il conto: non avendo contanti in moneta locale per pagare un soggiorno di venti notti abbiamo utilizzato la carta di credito a cui è stata applicata la commissione del 6% che ha comportato una maggiorazione di 45 euro. Abbiamo in seguito riscontrato che nessuno applicava tale maggiorazione. Nel nostro soggiorno avevamo inclusa la colazione: purtroppo non ne abbiamo usufruito poiché le condizioni igieniche della sala non lo consentivano. Ci siamo limitati a bere un succo di frutta e qualche caffè anche perché il menù era totalmente dedicato ad una clientela orientale: menù con cibi locali e completamente privo di dolci. La delusione maggiore tuttavia è stata la spiaggia di loro pertinenza: sembrava di essere in una discarica a cielo aperto piena di plastica, pezzi di legno, mozziconi, deiezioni di cani, bottiglie e lattine. Era praticamente impossibile camminare a piedi nudi con il rischio di procurarsi ferite. Alla nostra terza richiesta di pulire hanno incaricato un ragazzo che con le mani cercava di raccogliere l'immondizia. I lettini a disposizione erano di legno con pochi materassini sporchi, strappati e molto usurati. C'erano ombrelloni buttati per terra in modo sparso. Essendo confinante con un passaggio pubblico chiunque poteva accedere alla spiaggia che di privato non aveva nulla.

房間不錯，很大，而且陽台的風景很漂亮，可以直接看到美麗的海景，早餐也不錯吃，雖然沒有大飯店那麼多樣，但是對我來說可以了

位置比較靠近海灘，所以從大馬路進來會有一段距離，但是沿路會有一些小吃店，酒吧，按摩店可以參考參考

Location was excellent, right on the beach. Great pool and poolside restaurant was very good set on the beachfront. Sun lounges provided on the beach. Lots of restaurants close by & bars with live music. Beautiful sunsets.

Rooms were a little small. Unfortunately breakfast was terrible, worst we have had in Vietnam.

Absolutely lovely hotel, a true hidden gem that far exceeded my expectations.I was stunned at how beautiful, large and clean it was. I had an incredible view of the gorgeous beach from my balcony. Every morning I woke up to the sight of blue skies, sunshine and the beach. Every night, I fell asleep to the sound of the waves. This is a family run hotel and this family are just a lovely, kind, respectful and hard working bunch. The room had everything I needed, including a fridge, a kettle, a blow dryer and piping hot water, which is really hard to find on this island and a balcony with an incredible view of the beach. Every day housekeeping came by and replenished my water bottles and gave me clean towels with other things like tea, amenity kits and toilet paper. The breakfast was amazing. There is something for everyone including Vegetarian/Vegans.The location is also really great. Right on the beach. Although you must walk down a small alley to reach the hotel from the main road, it’s only a 5min walk. 8 min walk to the King Kong market, which is the biggest grocery store on the island where you can buy souvenirs, snacks,groceries... There is also the Vinbus bus stop that I took directly from the airport and back which drops you off on the main road 5 min from the hotel( 20 000 VND). There are plenty of wonderful restaurants, pharmacies ,coffee shops nearby. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel, a true peaceful paradise at an incredibly affordable price.

Everything was perfect. No mosquitoes or bugs in my room, super clean, sometimes noisy neighbours but they always quieted down after 10 pm. Good Internet. Staff speak limited English but no problem.

Forse devono stare più attenti alla pulizia delle camere , e il personale che alcuni dipendente sono troppo freddi nel rapporto con i clienti . Fanno fatica a salutare e interagire . Un sorriso costa poco e produce tanto 😃😃

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è davvero ottima, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. La zona è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo centrale, perfetta per visitare la città senza stress. L’alloggio era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!

Śniadania były pyszne – może trochę monotonne, ale każdy mógł wybrać coś dla siebie. Duży plus za sporą ilość świeżych owoców 🍉🍎 Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, wszystko czyste i zadbane. Ogromnym atutem jest bliskość plaży – dosłownie kilka kroków. Plaża czysta, zadbana, a przy basenie i wejściu dostępne miejsce do opłukania stóp z piasku, co jest bardzo wygodne. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt

Na przyszłość warto zwrócić większą uwagę na czystość w okolicy basenu. Przydałyby się również kosze na śmieci – zarówno przy basenie, jak i na plaży, ponieważ ich brak jest odczuwalny i utrudnia utrzymanie porządku. Mam nadzieję, że te drobne kwestie zostaną usprawnione 🙂

It’s beachfront and there’s a large pool. Good variety for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Having a balcony to watch the sun set.

Very basic bathroom with open shower that sprayed water all over the floor. The drain in bathroom smelled bad so we kept the bathroom door closed. There weren’t any light switches near the bed and the room isn’t very soundproof.

A reggeli nagyon bőséges volt! Volt amikor 7 féle gyümölcs közül lehetett választani! A közvetlen tengerparti fekvés szintén nagyon jó volt!

Tengerpartra néző szobát foglaltam, de csak földszintit kaptam aminek az erkélyéről ugyan látszott a tenger, de inkább csak a medencét lehetett látni! Mikor szóvá tettem közölték hogy teltház van és csak ezt a szobát tudják adni. Reggelente többször előfordult hogy nem volt melegvíz, szoltam a recepción de semmi változás nem volt! A reggelinél bár a reggeli finom volt, a székek meg az asztalok koszosak voltak, nem volt semmiféle terítő! Nem hotelhez illő volt a környezet! Inkább egy konyhai étkezőre emlékeztetett! Elég lehangoló volt igy! Nem értem hogy miért volt ilyen igénytelen az egész! Egy kis odafigyeléssel sokkal jobb lehetne az egész!

Pobyt byl super.vše blízko.Co můžu vytknout je bazén,který byl ráno znečištěn.Na recepci nikomu nevadilo ,že se zde koupou v oblečení.a to nebyli v hotelu u ytovani.Snidaně byly jednoduché,mohlo být některé jídla teplé,vajíčka natvrdo,, volská oka párky,,slanina,řízečky a káva byla též studená.Koho můžu nejvíc pochválit jsou uklízečky,které vykonávali dobře svou práci.Chvalime paní na recepci ,která nás ubytovala o nějakou hodinu dříve.Za vše děkujem.

Loud, in a horrible built up and very dirty part of town. Seawater is unfit for swimming with loads of run off putting into it. Rooms could do with an upgrade.

Nous avons aimé la propreté des chambres, la facilité d’accès à la piscine et la plage, le ménage quotidien, nous n’avons rien à dire sur l’hôtel, sauf le petit déjeuner qui n’est vraiment pas bon. Mes garçons n’ont même pas voulu y aller notre dernier jour (4e jour). Le petit déjeuner ferme tôt en plus (9h), donc pas idéal pour les vacances.. Le personnel d’accueil était sympa, mais pas très aidant, certainement lié à la langue.

Le petit déjeuner.. Aussi, quand nous nous sommes rendus compte le premier jour, qu’il y a un déversement d’eau stagnante et très sale (eaux usées?? Dans tous les cas qui sent très mauvais), a à peine 100 m de la plage de l’hôtel, nous n’avons plus voulu nous y baigner. Il a l’air d’en avoir plusieurs sur cette plage, mais le pire est celui à côté de l’hôtel. Le devant de l’hôtel est propre, mais l’espace de plage de l’hôtel est très dense et pas très agréable pour s’y reposer (beaucoup de transats très proches). Beaucoup de poubelles en général sur l’île et beaucoup de poubelle s’accumulent sur la plage (et dans l’eau). Le seul moment où nous avons vraiment profité de l’eau est dans une sortie de snorkling. Mais rien à reprocher à l’hôtel sauf le petit dej.

Прекрасный вид на море, до пляжа 1 минута ходьбы. Завтраки простые, но все что нужно есть. В комнатах чисто, убирают регулярно. Отель тихий, но в пешей доступности кафе, бары, магазинчики. До огромного Кинг Конг Марта меньше 10 минут ходьбы. Там же уже огромное количество салонов, кафе и ресторанов на любой кошелек. Расположение идеальное. Сам отель простенький полное соотношение цена/ качество.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The location is unbeatable, r ight on the sand, with the most beautiful sunsets. The rooms are simple but spotless, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning

Det lå lige ned til vandet. Hotellet havde egne solvogne til gratis afbenyttelse. Hotellet har en strand restaurant. Her spiser man ok og den er meget hyggelig

Der er ingen varmt vand om morgenen. Man kan først komme i bad om eftermiddagen. Hvis der ligger krummer eller andet spiseligt på værelset kommer der myrer. Har også set firben på værelset. Morgenmaden er den samme kedelige hver dag. Eneste forskel er om maden er varm, lun eller kold selvom det er en varm ret. Kaffen er også kold.

Obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania. Dobre śniadania, Bardzo duży wybór owoców. Polecam wybrać pokoju od strony morza z balkonem, idealny widok i ten szum fal. Bezpośrednio przy plaży. Nie było głośno w nocy, do głównej ulicy max 5 min. spacerkiem

Заселялись без завышенных ожиданий. У нас был семейный номер, 2 двухспальные кровати. Мебель старенькая, номера уставшие. Телевизор работали 2 канала. Душ около унитаза (особенность азиатских стран), пол долго сохнет, не комфортно, может кому-то это важно. Но чистое белье, убирали (подметали песок, мыли полы, выбрасывали мусор, меняли полотенца) каждый день без напоминания, приносили по 4 воды в день. Из плюсов для нас: Расположение. 2 шага бассейн. Чистый, не хлорированый, видела несколько раз, как его убирали и чистили. Есть огороженый детский бассейн, есть несколько лежаков и зонтиков. Еще 1 шаг и ты на море. Свои лежаки (не очень опрятные), зонты. Рядом пляжное кафе. Нам еда не понравилась, напитки нормально, ценник завышен. Рядом с отелем прачечная по 25 донгов/1кг + капучино с собой там же можно купить. Еще 10 мин пешком до главной улицы и супермаркета Кингконг. Рядом с отелем много дешевых кафешек. Смузи по 30тыс, соки по 25 тыс. Достойный завтрак для такого уровня отеля. Каждый день одинаковый: фо бо, вафли, блины с бананом, йогурты, свежие сладкие фрукты, маракуйя, манго, арбуз, ананас, папайя, питахайя, бананы, яичница, тосты, бутерброды, бекон, ветчина, сосиски, сыры, лапша дошик с овощами, рис с овощами, мюсли, кофе черный, молочко горячее, чай, вода, сок. Массаж на пляже у отеля самый дешевый в районе. 30 мин все тело 100 тыс. Кому надо жестко - идите к мужику в возрасте, тетушки делают послабее. Для непривередливых путешественников на недельку подойдет. Особенно кому важно, чтобы и бассейн и море были рядышком.

Beachfront room, i saw the sea every morning, so beautiful. Amazing pool. The staff is super nice and friendly. More suitable for families.

While the hotel is beachfront, there is a long walk: going down is easy, but coming back uphill can be tiring. No lights in the street to come back at night The hotel is at the end of the road, so taxis sometimes stop before reaching the entrance. I noticed small red insects around the room and on the bed, which made me feel uncomfortable. The shower does not have a curtain, so the bathroom gets wet after showering.

Après avoir sillonnée l’île du Nord au Sud , je ne regrette en rien le choix du Phuong Binh House : idéalement situé. C’est l’un des hôtels les plus abordables de Long Beach : pieds dans l’eau / pléthore de petites restaurants et de salons de massage à proximité / des commerces et bus gratuit dans un rayon de 300m / personnel serviable et souriant .

Je dirais que le petit -déjeuner mériterait plus de soins : charcuteries , beurres et yaourts sans réfrigération / fruits frais exposés sans protection

The view from the room was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. You can rent motorbikes from them directly. Breakfast was ok, not a lot if choices. Location is good

The part of the road to reach the hotel from the main road is a bit narrow. Toilet had a smell when we arrived, but after we told the staff about it they fixed it immediately.

I love everything here the staff was 11 out of 10 . I got a leg injury and they helped with everything .

Just that the road down was really narrow but thats the island .

Que no hubiese suficientes tumbonas para los huéspedes del hotel, y al llegar nos encontramos una cuchilla depilatoria en el lavabo y un antifaz para dormir, no habían limpiado muy bien….

Отличный отель на 1-ой пляжной линии. Здесь самые лучшие завтраки из всех, что я пробовала на Фукуоке: 7 видов фруктов и вкусные блинчики с бананом!и завтрак проходит в помещении с видом на море 😍Хороший бассейн, есть прокат сапов, меняют пляжные полотенца каждый день. Пляж чистый. Очень понравился балкон с креслами.

The hotel is located right at the beach. It is also close to market. The pool is well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Не очень качественно убирают номера. Сотрудники ресторана работают с продуктами без головных уборов , это неприемлемо. Мужу в еде попался волос черный.

L’emplacement est proche des commerces et face a la mer. Cependant, impossible de dormir le matin. Très bruyant très tôt le matin et ça tous les jours . Déjeuner correct Très peu de prises dans les chambres et la douche moyenne pas pratique car si on veut aller aux toilettes on a les pieds dans l’eau. Personnel à disposition sans problème.
